I guess my only question is why do people think that the quarterly is going to push this thing so higher when the great financials only briefly moved it?

The 10K was good not great. We need a 10Q that demonstrates that the company is not only growing revenues but approaching breakeven or profitability. That's what I will consider a great report. For the current PPS it's still a bargain. One could buy all the OS shares for $1.635 Million. I am playing the Powerball tonight and if I hit it I am buying a controlling interest.

not only that raged, this hasn't moved yet because of the massive accumulation going on. MM's have been holding this down while getting all the cheap shares they can get. Take the all the 2 trades....those are not, IMO daytraders or the longs - they are all small amounts meant to keep the price at 2 for the MM's. I've had a buy sitting at 2 for quite some time now, and I haven't gotten any more than I already have.

I totally agree with you. If you look at the times and sales today, it's very clear that those trades at .0002 are just the MM's at their games. There were about 10 straight trades for 50K shares at .0002. That's $10 a trade. No trader would buy that amount of shares. The trade commission is that much alone. The PPS of .0003 is stronger today than it's been in the last few days. JMHO

Hopefully they eventually decide to buyback some of the O/S and even more hopefully there is never a R/S which I know they are committed to avoiding right now.

59 trades at .0003. Average shares per trade: 2,126,291 Average price of trade $637.89
18 trades at .0002 Average shares per trade: 178,083 Average price of trade $35.62
It's apparent the MM's are toying with us. Only 2 of the trades that went at 2 were of any consequence and both were under 1 million. They will fill a few just to keep us guessing. JMHO

It looks that way. Shupin said they weren't. Just emailed on that issue. I was not too happy. I wonder what explanation he has, if any. A good Q will still put us over the top. GLTA

Sigh...well, we all knew there were an awful lot of 9 mil trades going on the past week or so which is a good indicator of either dilution or large scale buying.
Would like to hear what Shupin's reply to you is Ragedbull.
My guarantee still stands though. I really think it is only a matter of time for these little guys.
I'll even forgive them the dilution if they can report debt is paid off sooner because of it.
We shall see.
GL to everyone here and have a good weekend.

My 9 mill. at .0002 won't fill. May move it to .0003. This thing can always move to .0005 or .0006. Have doubled several times. Still think we are in for another run to .001 or so soon. GLTA!

a good q and PR about another company acquisition, which may be what the new shares are paying for.

I agree. This is a legit company with great products. Their sales prove that. I can't beleive we are still at this low pps with what they already have and are doing. There are so many other companies at higher stock prices which on paper don't compare. We will have to see. I feel positive about the potential of this company and whats to come.

They do need to have plenty of money on hand for day to day operations and like you said gator, maybe an acquisition. Still feel strong about the future. Yes there are a lot of shares, but the market cap is still very, very low. To put it into perspective, the 2005 revenues were much higher than the current market cap. If and when they become profitable they may even consider a buyback. Who knows, maybe we could be bought out. JMHO. Everyone a great weekend! GO SPURS!

Raged, let us know if you get an answer. I would really like to know why he said no dillution, then it occurs.

I don't think Tony can do much against the cd convertings ... so actually Tony might be right when saying he isn't diluting ...
Is he aware of the converting at the moment the cd's are being converted ? Maybe he too can only guess ? I don't know ... not so happy either but I do think Tony can't do much against it. Just my thoughts ...
Anyway I still believe we will see good financials and news that will make us feel good !
I e-mailed Tony (when I was in a pretty bad mood about the PPS was, again on high volume, coming down) asking when he would give us something to light up the fire on the pps ...
His answer, short but powerfull, gave me another "believe boost":
*********, Working on it...
Thanks, Tony

Don't like the extra shares that made it to the market. Guess we'll see lower levels soon. Hope the 15th will bring some good news.

The revenue per share is higher than the current price per share. How many stocks can say that? I know microsoft and sirious can't say that. Just 2 that came to mind. CIAO

They haven't done one in the past. They try HARD to stay on the up and up. I personally don't think the integrity they run the company with would let them do such a manuver but you never know.
Regardless they won't do one too soon here. That would be shooting themselves in the foot considering they have had more attention by investors in the last month then they have had for the last year prior!
Just my opinion here. No...promises.

I agree BF...Shupin definitely doesn't behave or do things like a penny scamster CEO. I believe in the past they have said no r/s...more likely a repurchase of the shares and retirement to lower the O/S in the future. JMO
