I would think the fact they don't PR every little thing is a positive thing for a penny company. These guys have strong revenue for a small company, strong Q over Q growth, and are on the prowl for government contracts. A very strong company, the PPS will rise as the company grows - strong companies break MM's and the shorters. When news finally comes and MM's are caught short, watch this take off - b/c they will be short HUGE.

I hope your right, im sure a really good pr would make this thing take off. Its a great stock to buy right now and take the gamble that a great pr will happen. IMO GLTA - I will continue to hold.

I am not seeing mostly sells...I only see a few actually. most of it is trading sideways...MM's swapping shares probably.

dunno...L2's aren't showing any massive selloff. MM's trading shares around most likely. Nice to see large volume again though.

ya...or it could mean partial fills going thru which means MM's are tightening the belt at these lower prices.

it seems that this thing is heavily diluted IMO. and could go to .0001 I took half my money back at .0002 with no loss except a trade fee. I'll play it somewhere else. we'll see, but im not encouraged with today at all if all these people could buy at .0002. Up till now buys at .0002 were'nt gettin filled. still in though. just IMO

I had a buy in for 2 mill. shares .0002 for several days. My order must have been the last one because the second I got filled today the bid went to .0001. I'm happy though, this will be back at .0004 in no time for a double or hold it longer for a run. Either way it's a win. GLTA!

I totally agree. It ran to .002 about 5 months ago. And there was no real pr.
I'm holding until at least .0015. We're due for another run soon. Especially wiht Q1 results coming out soon.

For the year ended December 31, 2005, the registrant estimates revenues of approximately $3,332,630 and a net loss of approximately $(2,192,556). For the year ended December 31, 2004, the registrant currently states that it had revenues of approximately $412,052 and a net loss of approximately $(972,319). Results for this relevant fiscal quarter remain subject to further adjustment and actual results may differ significantly from the foregoing estimates.
The increase in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2005 was caused by the acquisition of CGM Security Solutions, Inc. The increase in loss is primarily due to the additional expenses incurred with the acquisition, including additional interest expense.

I wouldn't worry about this. A lot of companies file late because of closing entries and adjustments that they have to make to their books before closing the books and filing the quarterly financial statements.
Hey, if it's a good thing, maybe they had a big deal close on 03.31 and they wanted to make sure the sales price is reflected in their revenue statements.
