Patricia, Don't let anyone get you down. In the beginning there is nothing wrong with putting only a little amount of money into a stock. That sure is a heck of a lot better than sinking a large amount down and losing alot. Just keep on reading and learning and I am sure you will do just fine. Good luck to ya.

I think you are right dkinvest, but in the beginning it is hard to not make a mistake or two or three etc.., but thankfully we all learn as we go and in the learning process it sure beats taking a chance on a little bit of money instead of a lot. I am sure she will do fine when she gets more experience. I know I have made my share of mistakes in this stock business, but I sure have learned alot in the process. I learned the hard way but I have learned quite a few lessons.

I agree, i put in a lil money knowing its a gamble. Although right now it seems to be a big joke, you never know, this could be the real deal and be worth something in the future. The way i saw it is, its worth .0001, ill take a risk and put a couple hundred bucks. I'm sure lots of investors think the same way and have a couple of penny's worth nothing hoping it will go up one day.

Am I dreaming or did I see the last ticks on the ask price of this to be at .0002? Is there any chance at all that I might actually be able to dump this garbage soon? Been trying to sell ot .0001 for days and no luck.

They'll take our money and run. Keep bashing so the newbies will be alerted to this piece of garbage and jellybean can accumulate billions of shares all to himself. IMO
If jellybean buys anymore of this stock, jellybean will be the majority stockholder, which PAIM will then become JBMI:

Patricia, I dont post here much on this thread I usually only come here to see the newest post from DK. I wouldnt invest any more than you are willing to lose. Period. That is the only advice I can give. None of these pink stocks are really considered to be investment grade, they are a gamble. Some like this and jphc are a gamble from the depths of hell. So only invest what you can lose. Learn and DONT get into the hype of pumpers and bashers. Good luck. TMAN...

Patricia, all available evidence points to massive dilution. The "CEO" is connected to a "virtual" nation (cf Dominion of Mechelzidek), which in turn is connected to many well-known ripoffs in the past. Being registered in Wyoming allows the company to claim unlimited authorized shares. Although it's true that at prices of .0001 to .0003 there's "a chance" to double if you can sell on bid of .0002, it is considered by veteran penny traders to be an amusing scam...no more than perhaps what you'd pay for lotto tickets.

Thanks tman, I'm really new at investing. At this time I let my nephew invest money for me in stocks. He don't believe in penny stocks. He makes lots of money in stocks, so I trust him. I'm just trying to take it slow and learn.

Its very cheap tho, cant get cheaper.
Might make a huge profit, or nothing. Lottery.
Gold is good tho. A good pick. Gets folks excited. When the prs start coming from the mine in asia, watch out.
I'd rather buy an actual lottery ticket through my state's lottery - At least I will know that the money I probably will have lost will be going to a better cause - the state school systems, not PAIM con-artists' pockets.

I don't think this one is a scam. I just think the structure is a bit screwy. We will probably see a nice run in the last quarter as the actual gold extraction process begins. If this was a scam, it would have gone away already. Toward the last quarter I will probably pump a couple thousand dollars into it to play the meaningful PRs that will be coming about the gold/revenues.

I'm not sure what to think about this one anymore. Last Thursday (April 27th), I noticed that $25.00 was taken out of my account. I called Ameritrade, and they said it was a 'Pass Thru' fee charged by the Transfer Agent for those dividends we received. I asked them to write off that fee, that we weren't told there'd be a fee, and they said they would, especially since I called twice about it. I have received dividends many times before, and NEVER got charged a fee by the transfer agent!! Has anyone else been charged? If you have, call your broker and try to get it written off.

Only shareholders of record on June 1st will be entitled to convert 9 out of every 10 common shares on the exchange date of the 15th of June, 2006 for a debenture.
The Company's Chairman of the Board, E. Pearl Asian commented, "We are so optimistic about the future of Pearl Asian Mining that we are taking this calculated risk, going into long-term debt, certain that when the debentures become payable, our earnings will far exceed the face value of this debt."
