Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. Announces the Hiring of an Investor Relations Consultant and Further Clarifies That the Current Philippine Government Disturbance Does Not Affect the Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. ''Operation Gold Finger''
Tuesday February 28, 2:34 pm ET

PASIG CITY, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2006--Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC:PAIM - News) announced today that it hired the services of Mr. Richard C. Miller of Georgia to handle all the duties and responsibilities of the Company's Investor Relations to better service all the needs of PAIM's shareholders.

Furthermore, the Pearl Asian Mining "Operation Gold Finger" is not affected by the latest news of the Philippine government disturbance.

PAIM "Operation Gold Finger" business is as usual and continues to be on target scheduled of its goal: to have the first gold production estimated to be in the last quarter of 2006.

The Island of Masbate, where the XYZ Gold Project is located, and Cebu Island are situated approximately 2,000 kilometers (approximately 2,400 miles) south of Manila, so does not affect us.

The XYZ Gold Team is mobilized and is working hard to meet PAIM's target deadline. The plan for 4.5 kilometers of access road construction is ongoing. The rehabilitation of gold tunnels and underground mines are currently on schedule. The customized Gold Processing Plant Design is almost ready to be constructed and built. The Chemical/Metallurgical Laboratory and Gold Refinery Facility is in its first phase of permitting and development. The schedule to commence production is still anticipated to be in late 2006 and early 2007. The SSMP -- Small Scale Mining Permit -- to operate on the 20 hectares of the XYZ Gold Project has an estimated mine life of 5 1/2 years.

This PR clears up much about PAIM.

There is not going to be any more splits, forward or reverse.

The PAIM contact gave wrong information bcs. she is a miner and doesnt understand.

A consultant has been hired to clear things up.

Mining is going ahead, fast if you ask me. I think some gold will be refined in weeks. They have already dug up gold bearing ore for processing.

PAIM now has at least 1,000,000 USD from stock sales and thats enough to start mining in phillipines.

I think the .0001 shares are gone forever, but....

The MIB are still there guys, waiting to pump with abandon.

Holding 52M shares

They have until the 7th to file the dividend.

The dividend is in preferred shares.

This means if you have 1,000,000 common shares of PAIM, you will now have 1,000,000,000 preferred shares, which will be traded under a new symbol. Which could be anything but could be PAIMP.

Probably will be hard as hell to sell them since nobody will want to buy them. Oh well.

Anyone that bought or sold shares under the symbol PAIM has bought or sold forward split shares. It has come to the Company's attention that some brokerage firms sold and are continuing to sell the forward split common shares, but others have failed to credit PAIM shares to their clients accounts. The Company has no control over the speed at which the brokerage firms replace 1000 PAIM shares for the 1 share of PRLGF previously owned;

Facts are there already was a SPLIT.

PRs suggest a DIVIDEND on the 17th of march. They have until the 7th to file it. If they do the DIVIDEND you would have 15 billion shares in PREFERRED stock which will be traded under a different symbol. You would also still have your 15 million common shares traded under symbol PAIM still.

If there is nothing filed by the 7th, then March 17th is a meaningless date, that is unless you're Irish and planning on getting hammered for saint pattys day

I really think this stock is legit despite all the weird names and sandy winnick connections. If its all a lie well call me sally and whip me with jelly beans because the timeline all the PRs are on, and the DD i've done all match up really well. No loophole in any of it except this whole F/S deboggle, which is in the process of being straightened out.

Ive spent 6 months in the philippines so i know a lot is lost in the translation of cultures from time to time and some of they do have weird names.

I think the stock will run between the 7th and 17th but thats my novice guesstimate. After that I predict slow growth until the end of the 3rd quarter and beginning of the 4th quarter when this stock is pulling in its $300million in revenue.

Another thing is watch out for is PAIM is currently trying to get the permit for the rest of the 1800 hectares at the XYZ mining site. I think once they acquire it they could find additional deposits of gold. Most of the mines they work on are old abandoned mines that have been sitting there for years. That means there is less work to be done.

This company has no debt and expense costs should not be high since filipino labor is extremely cheap.

Literally and figuratively a friggen gold mine.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. Reports on Geological Exploration Studies Discovery of Additional 2 Tunnels: Now XYZ Gold Mine Has 6 Tunnels & 4 Trenches
Wednesday March 1, 8:30 am ET

PASIG CITY, PHILIPPINES--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 1, 2006 -- Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (Other OTC:PAIM.PK - News) reports that the company hired the geological expertise of the renowned Mayon Geotech & Geo-Environment Services (MGGS), Inc. led by Engr. Gil J. Apuya Sr., founded 2 additional tunnels. XYZ Gold Mine Site now has a total of 6 tunnels and 4 trenches. The MGGS Team performed exploration and evaluation on the XYZ Mine Site to further determine the Gold Silver Deposits as well as the full potential installation of the Gold Mineral Processing Plant.

Further activities included research work and collation of existing geological reports, acquisition of field supplies and materials, preparation of working maps and mobilization. The Gold Team coordinated with local officials and residents including recruitment of local residents as guides and laborers for trenching, test pitting, clearing, handling and transportation of samples and sampling. More detailed geological mapping of the area was reported on a 1:10,000 scale. The MGGS identified all outcrops, rock types, alterations and mineralization by megascopic identification. These activities included rock / ores sampling, exact plotting of encountered outcrops, mineralization and preparation of geological maps and sections. They cleared and channeled the samples from the old tunnels and dug pits. The trenching and test-pitting were delineated and traced the continuity of mineralization. The samples gathered were analyzed for Gold, Silver Copper, Lead, Zinc & the Platinum Group of Precious Metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn, Pt's.). All these collected information were interpreted. Two batches of samples of approximately 20 Kg of ores each batch were sent to KNELSON Company of Langley, British Columbia, Canada and ELSA Metals Company of Geneva, Switzerland for further laboratory analysis. The laboratory assay results done by Knelson, ELSA Metals, and the Ostrea Laboratory of the Philippines were utilized and confirmed the First Preliminary Assay Reports. These assay results gave the exact design for the gold concentrator plant & gold powder refinery, in which the plant design was based on the type and quality of the XYZ GOLD ORES. Additional activities besides the chemical laboratory analysis included Topographical Survey of the entire XYZ GOLD MINE SITE.

I could not phone them, email them, and therefore dumped my million shares. I really hate to loose money, but this smells to high heaven of fraud when you can't even get an email through to the company from their "official" address on the latest PR.

Perhaps I am wrong, but when the majority of activity on GOOD news is selling off at a loss, it appears that I am not alone-- jmho--!

I got a bounced message as well from the mail, I don't like that a PR announces a new IR manager yet he's not there yet. Either its premature or .. I won't mention the or yet. But I did get a response to my mail 1 hour or so later.

Date: Wed, 1 Mar 2006 06:51:05 -0800 (PST)

Good Morning,

I am a small investor in PAIM, and I'm curious about the "dividend" or forward split that's happening in March.
Can you please clarify what will be happening?

AS LONG AS YOU ARE THE RECORD HOLDER OF THE PAIM STOCK ON THE RECORD DATE OF AMRCH 17TH, 2006...YOUR BROKERAGE COMPANY AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITS THAT TO THE DTCC AND THE TRANSFER AGENT..YOU DON'T NEED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY....AS THE NASD WILL WORK WITH THE 3 AGENCIES MENTIONED ABOVE.. THE COMPANY PAY DATE IS SCHEDULED ON MARCH 31, 2006..

.HOWEVER THE NASD DECIDES THE EXACT X-DIVIDEND PAY DATES..AFTER THAT..IT IS ON THE HAND OF NASD...

Will the dividend be in preferred stock that will trade under a new symbol?

YES, I AM HOPING SO.. THE COMPANY IS WAITING FOR THE STATE OF WYOMING TO SEND TO US THEIR ACKNOWLDEGEMENT IN THE FORM OF REGISTRATION # WHICH IN TURN THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY SENDS TO NASD & CUSIP DEPARTMENT TO BE ISSUED A SPECIFIC CUSIP # & SYMBOL..

THE COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE SYMBOL & CUSIP..THIS MAY TAKE 5-8 BANKING DAYS..

i sure hope that this will ahppen before the pay date..

Will the preferred stock be tradeable?
then perhaps that can get our preferred stocks tradeable too..

Thanks in advance,

YOU ARE WELCOMe!!

DC's opinion...
this stock had a great bounce when it fell dramatically...
but these PRs, they don't make any sense, and they certainly don't say anything too concrete.
i think these people are trying too hard, and it seems like they don't know much about running a business. if they know something about digging up gold and selling it, then hopefully there is some $ to be made...
don't mean to bash, i just haven't touched this since i rode the bounce and sold... i haven't touched it mainly because their PRs don't make any sense (and if what they said is actually what they tried to say, there is going to be a HUGE amount of shares in the float).

Can I have some money now?
