Let's be realistic too guys. There is going to be some dilution. Either now or after a run. This new company went public for a reason. Why does any company go public? To raise capital by selling an ownership stake. ie. shares. All the money that we have invested was pissed away by past management. These guys at some point are going to be using shares to raise money. Otherwise they would stay a private company.
That being said, bring on the run!

Okay, at least more than $100k changed the owner. Hope there will be more after this jump-start.
Because of McGovern selling shares: If he bought the whole crap from ryals, he should have around 8 Bil privately held shares, that he will be able to sell into the public. But I would suggest this would make more sense after the PPS has risen.

but why diluting at .0001? it could be better to wait and dilute when the pps is much higher....so they could have much more money to play with.

Nope -- the man sd they were told not to release any info -- thats it ---- now taking that into consideration --- Mcgovern states on his website that any attempt to gain info will be replied with a "no comment" -- we will see

he's gonna bring us a lot of $$. even if its dilution, he need this money to finalize all the deal he revealed so i still think we finally have something real in our hands.
