Hitman and terence, if you saw this:

"RMEI 1:4000 R/S 03/08/2007
RMNE 1:2000 R/S 12/15/2006
REVM 1:200 R/S 09/20/2006
RVMO 1:20 R/S 07/17/2006
RVMN 1:75 R/S 02/17/2006
RVNM 1:1000 R/S 07/15/2005
RMOO 1:50 R/S 07/10/2003
RMOO 1:10 R/S 06/30/1999

120,000,000,000,000,000 shares 4 years ago is 1 share now."

and still decide to buy, you deserve what is about to happen to you. They are a real company, they have real products, but they dilute, R/S, dilute, R/S, over and over, thuse the price wil NEVER increase. If somethig happens that would ordinarily generate a run, the company will kill it by dumping shares at .0002 most likely.

PCola is right, bottom bounce will
not happen unless dilution stops.
But dilution will never stop for
this one, along with wgtl, prhb,
mhus, and axgj. Don't get into any
stock -- unless you know the
dilution has stopped.

Company Plans No Reverse Stock Splits as Long as There is a Bid and Ask Trading Price

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: RVME - News) announced its Board of Directors resolved:

"In our opinion, the Company has completed the most important set of milestones in its history, recently announced, including establishment of a relationship to distribute products; it is hereby resolved the Company will not plan any reverse stock splits as long as there is a bid and ask trading price."

In other words, if the Company stock is quoted for buy and sell orders, so there is a bid and ask price for willing buyers and sellers to trade with sales occurring, no reverse stock split will be undertaken.

The Board is enthusiastic about the potential moving forward. The Company's main goal of giving parents what they have been asking for is finally a reality, achieved by Gina D's Kids Club products soon to be available on a wider retail basis. Those products enjoy the award winning Dove Foundation Family Seal of Approval. They are G-Rated. They combine clean education with wonderful entertainment, so that children love to watch and listen to Raven Moon's TV shows, as well as its DVDs and CDs.

CEO Joey DiFrancesco, speaking on behalf of Raven Moon's Board of Directors, which is made up of three independent members: Dr. Janice K. Battenberg, Robert McCarthy and Financial Editor and Chairman of the Finance Committee Larry Oakley, described why the Board is so optimistic: The Board notes: "(1) We have 44 DVD titles in our catalog and the Trinity Broadcasting Network is airing our programs in 95% of the world (available TV audience); (2) We now have the new distribution deal with worldwide distributor STL/Faithworks that can put our product in over 1150+ retail outlets; (3) The B&B Media Group of Dallas will have Gina D do interviews with major Christian radio stations and networks this summer; and (4) After nine years of effort, our Company is ready to generate revenues that should have a positive impact on our stock price and bring further value to our shareholders. We are ready for the next level."

For more information go to: www.tbbmedia.com, www.faithworksonline.com, www.tbn.org, www.ravenmoon.net, www.ginadskidsclub.com.

To get a FREE sample 90 minute DVD of Raven Moon's product call (407) 774-4462. The retail price of $19.99 waived, so one just has to pay $6.95 for shipping and handling. Terms and availability subject to change.

That PR is just crazy. Who would fall for that bull. They can still do a R/S and say there was no bids for half a day or so. If the bid stops, it mean their product sucks and they are not making improvements. Which is where it is now. If they did their job amd make a good production, there would be no need for a PR like this.

The PR is good under 2 conditions.

1) You believe a guy who has bilked investors out of literally millions of dollars.

2) You think a bid/as will exist long.

However, there is NO reason to think this will explode. There are thousands of better stocks out there. Don't get stuck in this one and don't try to get others stuck as well.

More info on no more rverse split and why!

4/24/2007
News Release Today Before the market opens!

ORLANDO, Fla., Apr 24, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: RVME) Raven Moon CEO Joey DiFrancesco explaines in detail why the company's Board of Directors made an historic decision not to do anymore reverse splits as long as there is a bid price and an ask price. He also talked about why the company did previous reverse splits.

In the interview Mr. DiFrancesco stated that the company is giving parents the kind of award winning Dove Foundation Family Seal of Approval G-Rated product for their children that they have been asking for, for years. "With 44 DVD titles in our catalog, the Trinity Broadcasting Network airing our programs in 95% of the world, the new distribution deal with worldwide distributor STL/Faithworks and The B&B Media Group of Dallas, Texas putting Gina D on the radio to do interviews with major Christian radio stations and networks this summer, our company is ready to generate revenues that will have a positive impact on our stock price and bring value to our shareholders," stated DiFrancesco. Mr. DiFrancesco also stated "that if you look at our stock price today, there is a real opportunity for anyone who is willing to take a risk with a penny stock company that has survived nine years in business to build a DVD asset library of 44 titles and is now ready for the next level."

Hitman, what did you buy at? .0002? If so, I'll personally give you $50 if we ever see .0003 on the ask or .0004 on the bid, which would mean you could have actually sold for a profit (excluding after any reverse splits).

If we don't see it, you owe me NOTHING. That's how confident I am that you will never be able to sell this for a profit. (Although if some pumper like Shakerz comes in and pumps it, good for you, but guys like that don't usually intentionally pump stocks that they know has a good chance of not moving due to dilution.)

By the way, that bring up another point. They did claim that they won't do anymore R/S, but why not e-mail the company and see if they'll go on the record that they wn't do any more DILUTION. THAT, is the key piece of info. They have a history of diluting their own stock into oblivion (no bid) and then diong a R/S. If they want to do a R/S, all they have to do is dilute it into oblivion again, and they can reverse split while still "keeping their word"

Ok, I'm done with my warnings. Good luck to you and terence, but I think this will end badly for both of you, and anyone else in it.

Since there are tons of buys from others at .0002
I may risk another .0001 buy and flip again....
Depends on how the price and volume keeps up..
I got in and out at the right time... May can do it again..... Not a lot of pennys that have buys daily at .0002 and 4, 5 million shares.... bought (in one whack) by lots of traders :}

Yep.... I think they will do another reverse split in a couple of weeks/months .... So dont buy unless you can take the risk. It the stock hits .0001 and all trades look setup gr8 - I will buy again and flip at .0002 I CAN see that posibility at least once more... shortly

This one is very risky .... Dont buy at .0002 or it will never sell..only buy $100 worth at .0001
However even though I did buy last week and made $80... I am not ready to buy again yet ....
even at .0001 I will have to watch it some more and see how it looks in a few days.... All the posters at Allstocks are down on it.... I respect their opinion at this time! I have a friend that just bought at .0001 and has it set to sell at .0002 but so far this week it is not selling... at .0002 BEWARE

Ah, yes.
The mother of all R/S's is at it again.
The spread is .0001 x .0002 - not .0005.
Now remember kids, you will generally fill
at the ask (.0002) - not the bid (.0001).
Conversely, you will sell at bid - not ask.
That said, how does one see any profit in
buying this at .0001?
It won't fill there - it'll fill at .0002
And the MM's won't give you .0002 unless
the spread goes to .0002 x .0003
(don't hold your breath).
And that's assuming it doesn't R/S for the
upteenth time.
I mean really, this is basic stuff kids.
Let the boiler room boys keep kicking this
back to the top but I wouldn't touch
this with a 100' pole.

Now no bid x .0001 ask. Prepare yourselves for the next reverse split. Only took 3 weeks from their generous "No R/S" PR.
