First of all, they dont "offer", they just do it. The list of companies who do reverse splits and end up ruining shareholder value grows every day. And they say the R/S will benefit value. Never seen it happen yet. Every time, the PPS sinks right back down where it was before the split, and the investor loses his shirt. RVMO will probably open today at about .005, but I'd be willing to bet that within a month it will be back down to .0001. Any takers? PS: This isnt bashing, it's just my opinion.

Stinky If someone had 10 million shares pre-split when the price was .0001, their shares were worth $1,000. Now they have 133,333 shares and the price right now is .0016, so their shares are now worth about $213. If the price rises back to .0075 or above, your new shares will be worth $1,000+ again. The question is ... will the price recover to that point.
By the way, I have no idea why this stock did a 5-1 "forward split" ... followed shortly after by a 1-75 "reverse split". But I would be very wary of a company that does such things. I don't own any shares and have no opinion about this company's future.

Funny stories DWE, Stinky and Bobcatt88 but I feel your pain guys, I have been there. I bought 10 millions shares of ITGJ worth $1000 and I woke one day with only 3333, last time I checked they were worth $99.99. Let me tell you something I had that crazy idea to make some easy money I bought 10 millions of some eight stocks each value individually at $0.0001, I was so mad with ITRJ or whatever the hell it's called right now that I sold almost everything, ICAN, NNOS, GWGO at a small lost. I am sure you all see my point now, yesterday NNOS touched $0.0004 range, GWGO closed today AT $0.0014 AND ican closed at $0.0002 meanwhile I am hitting my head on my desk thinking how stupid I am, do the math. My point is, losing is part of the game, we win some and lose some, always keep our head straight, don't get to excited and don't get too down on yourself. The important thing is to make sure we stay on the green.

I know it has something to do with the "WARRENT" or "DIVIDEND" payout or whatever.

i just noticed that often after r/s and f/s ,the pps go down very soon after...then eventually, they have a big run. This happened with RVMN, and RVNM. I've seen it happen to many stocks that had r/s's, not sure why. Therefore, i believe this could happen again with RVMO. Just something i notice happening alot.

rv is correct. Those are warrants, one for every share you held on Feb 10. To exercise the warrants, you have to PAY for new shares. And if you do pay to get the new shares, they will be restricted and un-tradable for one year from the date you purchase them. Great deal....yeah right !!!!

My main reason for registering with allstocks was to tell you how much I enjoyed your reflections on Gina D. Thanks. I agree, their product has $$$ potential. If they would have left the stock alone, it would have been pennies a long time ago - IMHO.
I almost understand what they were trying to do with the FS, warrants, and RS. FS to increase exposure and pps (didn't work), split pps was so low that it was trading below .0001. MMs kept it down and most peeps couldn't sell the shares. With the warrants, peeps could sell their new shares and buy 75 for 1 directly from rvmn to give them the cash they need (didn't work). RS was written on the wall by that time.
I've been in and out of raven moon (love-hate relationship here, too), but I intended to open my wallet for those warrants just to support their product - UNTIL THEY R/S!!! Their stock manipulation has pushed all boundaries. Why would anyone exercise these warrants? At their pace, I would be lucky to have 1 share of restricted stock left at the end of the year.
After the RS, I put in a .0001 GTC. You know the pps will be there soon. Now I'll just have to tick it to death to get my money back before the next RS.
Anyway, thanks for your refreshing humor.

This stock has never went up after a R/S. It only took 4 days for the last R/S to drop from .40 to .0015. So if you paid $500 for 5M shares at .0001 then after 1:4000 R/S you ended up with 1,250 shares worth $1.87 just 4 days later. Buying $10,000 would have left you with just $37.50.

1) You believe a guy who has bilked investors out of literally millions of dollars.
2) You think a bid/as will exist long.
However, there is NO reason to think this will explode. There are thousands of better stocks out there. Don't get stuck in this one and don't try to get others stuck as well.

Hitman, what did you buy at? .0002? If so, I'll personally give you $50 if we ever see .0003 on the ask or .0004 on the bid, which would mean you could have actually sold for a profit (excluding after any reverse splits).
If we don't see it, you owe me NOTHING. That's how confident I am that you will never be able to sell this for a profit. (Although if some pumper like Shakerz comes in and pumps it, good for you, but guys like that don't usually intentionally pump stocks that they know has a good chance of not moving due to dilution.)
By the way, that bring up another point. They did claim that they won't do anymore R/S, but why not e-mail the company and see if they'll go on the record that they wn't do any more DILUTION. THAT, is the key piece of info. They have a history of diluting their own stock into oblivion (no bid) and then diong a R/S. If they want to do a R/S, all they have to do is dilute it into oblivion again, and they can reverse split while still "keeping their word"

Ah, yes. The mother of all R/S's is at it again. The spread is .0001 x .0002 - not .0005. Now remember kids, you will generally fill at the ask (.0002) - not the bid (.0001). Conversely, you will sell at bid - not ask. That said, how does one see any profit in buying this at .0001? A "perfect flip" requires being able to buy at .001 and sell at .0002. You act like you can just put in an order at .0001 and it fills, then you put in an order at .0002 to sell, and that one fills. I'm not calling you a liar about it actually working that way for you, but my point is that you are more lucky than good if your orders do fill, since there are most likely TONS of shares waiting to be sold at .0002.
I wish you luck, but hope others who may read this realize that you are greatly oversimplifying this process.

Your correct... I watch for buys of 3 million, 9million, 6million coming in at .0002 and judge from there as to whether i buy or not.... There are days when lots of hugh .0002 buys are showing up .... When that happens you can sell... Once I had to take the "all or none off" to get RVME to sell but it sold... Don't buy on my comments because you may/will get stuck if/when they do the reverse split (which is comming) buy only if you can risk loosing your money!

A true team of scum bags from the CEO to the board of directors. They issued convertible shares knowing that when the mature date came it would push the O/S above the authorized 30B. They probably had no intention of ever paying out the convertible. So they had to do a R/S to stay legal. In the request, they even state that they will now be able to dilute again with the 30B authorized (see 1st sentence below). These crooks should surly go to jail. I think that's the thing that would be hard to prove. They could just say that they are using the R/S and subsequent dilution to fund corporate activities. Who's to say the $10million house and 2 yachst aren't normal compensation for a CEO of a company like this?

I forgot to mention this the other day, but I was flipping through the guide on my DVR and saw "Gina D's Kds Club", so I checked it out. Holy f*ck is that show horrendous. My 5 year old daughter goes "Daddy, this show is dumb". The "host" of the show is terrible, the production looks like the equivalent of two high school kids doing a video project. Just a terrible, terrible show all around. Not surprising, given the obvious lack of morals by her parents, but pretty sad.
