I think I'm still receiving 25 million free shares of RVMO on Monday from the company. It's already listed on my trading platform. The people at my brokerage house is clueless of what's happening. If this is so, RVMO is good with me for a very long time, well, until their next R/S.

i think those are warrants. I checked with my broker too. I think we need to pay to get those shares. b4 april something. IF Iam Wrong please PARDON me

i just noticed that often after r/s and f/s ,the pps go down very soon after...then eventually, they have a big run. This happened with RVMN, and RVNM. I've seen it happen to many stocks that had r/s's, not sure why. Therefore, i believe this could happen again with RVMO. Just something i notice happening alot.

rv is correct. Those are warrants, one for every share you held on Feb 10. To exercise the warrants, you have to PAY for new shares. And if you do pay to get the new shares, they will be restricted and un-tradable for one year from the date you purchase them. Great deal....yeah right !!!!

My main reason for registering with allstocks was to tell you how much I enjoyed your reflections on Gina D. Thanks. I agree, their product has $$$ potential. If they would have left the stock alone, it would have been pennies a long time ago - IMHO.
I almost understand what they were trying to do with the FS, warrants, and RS. FS to increase exposure and pps (didn't work), split pps was so low that it was trading below .0001. MMs kept it down and most peeps couldn't sell the shares. With the warrants, peeps could sell their new shares and buy 75 for 1 directly from rvmn to give them the cash they need (didn't work). RS was written on the wall by that time.
I've been in and out of raven moon (love-hate relationship here, too), but I intended to open my wallet for those warrants just to support their product - UNTIL THEY R/S!!! Their stock manipulation has pushed all boundaries. Why would anyone exercise these warrants? At their pace, I would be lucky to have 1 share of restricted stock left at the end of the year.
After the RS, I put in a .0001 GTC. You know the pps will be there soon. Now I'll just have to tick it to death to get my money back before the next RS.

I never knew that the state laws govern reverse splits. I wonder if I should write a complaint to whatever state they are incorporated in.

Yep, they got me too last year. It must have been those good PR's or maybe it was the changing symbol. I believe they are RMVE.OB now, it's hard to keep track.

This stock has never went up after a R/S. It only took 4 days for the last R/S to drop from .40 to .0015. So if you paid $500 for 5M shares at .0001 then after 1:4000 R/S you ended up with 1,250 shares worth $1.87 just 4 days later. Buying $10,000 would have left you with just $37.50.

Saw this one dropping fast so figured I could make some fast cash..... Bought 1000000 at .0001 Wednedsay at 3:17PM put an order (Not all or None) and it sold for .0002 at 945am Thursday.... Figured I could get ONE dead cat bounce .... Lucked out.... The next R/S will be a little while from now.... I will watch the ticks and may buy again at .0001 for a dead cat bounce again...Cleared $80.00 off a $100investment. NOT BAD

I recently was in Franklin, Indiana and noticed a HUGE building with the words ..... "RavenMoonProductions" across the top.... The building was Fully Lighted up in Hollywood Style... I was in an 18 wheeler and therefore wasnt able to check it out..... I just sent an e-mail to RVME to see if it is one of their facilities ... Never Know if It was It could be a good sign
