According to the excerpt from PAGE 24 of the link TLW provided it would appear they don't have to wait three years;
The Continuously Adjustable Conversion Price Feature of Our Callable Secured Convertible Notes Could Require Us To Issue A Substantially Greater Number Of Shares, Which Will Cause Dilution To Our Existing Stockholders.
Our obligation to issue shares upon conversion of the Callable Secured Convertible Notes is essentially limitless. The following is an example of the amount of shares of our common stock that are issuable, upon conversion of the Callable Secured Convertible Notes (excluding accrued interest), based on market prices 25%, 50% and 75% below the current conversion price, as of January 11, 2006, of $0.04:
%Below Price Per With Discount Market Share at 50% ------ ----- ------ 25% $.0325 $.0163 50% $.0217 $.0108 75% $.0108 $.0054
As illustrated, the number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of our Callable Secured Convertible Notes will increase if the market price of our stock declines, which will cause dilution to our existing stockholders.
Interesting since some shares did go through yesterday at .0108

Here it is...just within your grasp!!!!
I changed it to 14. But it filled! I only need to flip 2 more times, and I'll have all of my capital back and have more shares than I first started, gotta love it.

If you look at Feb14, you will see the big drop, even touching .01. The next day a small increase in PPS, then the run up to almost .045. If you look at the past few days, it looks amazingly familiar doesn't it? Just an observation...

The charts mean more to my DD than the speculation on this thread the last month....

RockLobster, I was saying the same thing earlier today. Let's hope it pans out. 10 of 13, my experience with higher priced stocks is using Technical Analysis exclusively. You are absolutely correct that looks just like a morning star. I hope works the same with penny stocks. The biggest problem I've found with pennies is, since there are no big institutions coming in and out of stocks because of the risks, you can't really follow things the same way. I feel when you can follow the big institutions you have a better edge with TA. Seems every time I try using TA with these pennies, it back fires. That's why I'm trying to find the key to learning how to play these since there are bigger gains to be made. Let's hope for an up day tomorrow to confirm the morning star. Better yet let's see this puppy gap up at the open, say around a dime. trade - I just wish people on this thread would explain their thinking when they make the comments they do, rather than get so defensive. When someone gets so defensive, it's either because they don't really know the facts or don't want to share their knowledge. Since I assume they're successful, I just want to understand where they are getting their information from as I would like to learn the system they're using and also be successful. If this thing shoots to a $1, I would gladly eat crow and apologize.

Cool--another reason they get so defensive is they're just peeps---riding the coat tails of some one else. I thought everyone had the same agenda, despite different trading styles, but not on this thread. Good Luck

The thing with the peeps and the "attitudes" sometimes it is hard to read the "emotions" or "tones"...sometimes things get "mis-read"...mis-understood...
We are all here for the same reason...to make bank..however one may do it...by following or leading or just doing...
To be honest...I will "stick up" for anyone getting "attacked" or "questioned"...but it may be better that if "we" don't like a post...just read past it...and go on...
Let's all make bank...and get this puppy movin'!!! Raindance...magic stick...fullmoon...nice chart...wishing well or filing...but movin' would be good (MOVIN' UP!)
See yah all in the mornin'!

Yes-- but don't hold your breath....10-K (last year)at this time was delayed till June 20th. Might get an "optional" 10Q soon but don't see one of those pushed in April or May of last year either according to the link below. Not sure how this works....
