I heard it will be a 10-K not a 10Q. Don't know the difference but again it would be nice for two runs but the second run is assumtions that a good report, like last quarter, will be issued. Will be interesting to see if the MM's feel the same....

As of January 13, 2005, the Registrant had 20,082,933 shares of common stock issued and outstanding...from pink sheets
And I think that JimSc's thinking was that their last 10Q came out on the 13th of January...so he was figuring the next one would be around the 13th of April...but if JimSc is reading...he can put in his own thoughts...this is my interpitaion of what he said...

It all depends on the news...my fingers are crossed in the mean time...I still say that anything under .02 is a bargain...I'll keep buying on the dips and see what happens...the MM's still keep bringing it down and buying up what they can...something is up....

If you look closely at the chart...you will see IGAI oversold on very low volume...Could be a positive breaking point here with the MA50.

I did some DD et review post here and I can't put my finger on any serious explaning about the actual pps of IGAI. In my mind, this stock is so undervalued at the moment and I am not sure exactly why? PPS base on Revenues vs OS should be much higher. Chart look great but we need some news beside 10k to obtain some attention and volume.

I haven't noticed PR's doing much for many stocks here in Pennyland... I am in this with the MM theory and the control they have... they have defintely been loading up..I have watched...this is going to move... look back at February 14-21...why did that move? News? Nope... hmmm..MM's?
Besides..their financials ain't half bad!

According to last 10Q IGAI make 20m in revenues for 9 months. How many penny stock co do that? Not much. That mean 20m/20 OS= $1 pps at only 1 time the revenues....???? Strange. Lack of news from CO who use TV to promote their product.
