I didn't, but you deserve it! I used to be 5 stars, but must have pizzed someone off, because it dropped to 4 stars. Do I care? Heck, I didn't deserve any stars anyway. Happy for you.. and, good luck - go get'em!

Hey, like one of the posters said.. he'd rather have five good buys than five stars. Not ashamed to admit it, but most of the one star folks know 10 times more than I do.

crabrapper,will Etraders be able to sell this online soon?

ETrade won't accept sell orders online on this security becuae the recent structure reorder (1000 for 1 split) needs to be settled in some way. If you bought recently you CAN place you limit sell order over the phone (I did) and they will waive the 'broker assistance' fee since you couldn't place the order online.

etrade will sell your shares, just not online, you just have to call them...so...the obvious thing to do is call them and tell them you want to place a sell if it reaches a certain price...thats what i did

Clarification: PAIM was at 100n last week, not $100.
100n = 100 * .0001 = .01 = 1 cent.
I use the terminology, 100 "nit". Bucks dont matter down here with these crappers.
PAIM right now is at 8/20, in "nit".
Traded for 100 last week. (that is, $0.0100)
But for the record, I think we are trading with about 5% of the shares that were NOT owned by PAIM. Remember that in a reverse merger, the original stockholders are left with about 5% of the shares, and they can trade them. PAIM is still sitting on about 95% of the shares, and they will sell them some day.
1000:1 f/s. This talk about another 1000:1 split is exiting. I made a mint off of GVRP. Remember that one? (I still have 11 shares)

"The forward split is payable upon surrender of the old certificate. It is a process the DTC has to work out with the transfer agent, American Heritage Stock Transfer."
Well, there it is. Simple, plain, to the point, and.. uh.. what the hell does it mean?

A 1000/1 split would send this thing COMPLETELY below the radar. It would turn million share owners into billion share owners. THAT would be insanity.

Great, but what will they be worth? If everyone owns a couple billion shares, and the shareholders only own 5% of the company, what is the pps realistically?

Okay Max, let's do the math again. If I got 250,000 shares and it's now worth 250,000,000 that is now worth only .00001 wouldn't it now be worth $2,500?
To be sure it may only be worth .000000000001.. but what the heck. Mom used to say be honest, strong and stay the hell out of pennystocks. Well, two out of three ain't bad.
