Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC:PAIM), commonly known as "Pearl Asian," announced that the forward split of its common shares 1=1,000 has been in effect ever since the symbol changed from PRLGF to PAIM.
Anyone that bought or sold shares under the symbol PAIM bought or sold forward split shares. The Company has no control over the speed at which the brokerage firms update their records to reflect the forward split and symbol change.
The PRLGF shares are convertible to PAIM shares upon surrender to the Company's transfer agent, American Heritage Stock Transfer, in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

i figure in 12 pages this has been covered, but please save me the reading:
we do know that MLON / mario / mellon was involved with this company about a year ago. (SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mellon Research, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MLON), the market leader in providing boutique investment banking services to private mid cap companies, today announced that it acquired 3,000,000 shares which is less than 5% of Equity Retirement Distributors Canada Ltd. (ERDTF.PK) from Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (PRMN.PK) in exchange for 500,000,000 newly issued MLON shares subject to SEC RULE 144.)

C'Mon you guys can't really be Satan Winick supporters can you....and you can't tell me they didn't fully intend to mislead potential buyers with that pr...but hey this is the pinkies and no one to blame but ourselves, but don't try to pull the wool over the public eyes. I can fully see Sandy joining the same cell as Casavant himself once the SEC places PAIM in the Hold Trading Mode. Don't think it won't happen, but I'm in for the ride. GLTU'S'A...cuz we'll need it.

There is NO way they intended to mislead, cuz it messed up their run. I'd still love to see all the evidence that Sandy is a criminal. I personally don't care about him one way or another. As long as his stocks go on runs that I can profit from in the short to medium term, the dude stays off my s*it list. When you start to think of pink stocks as LONG term investments, you have nobody but yourself to blame when they crash. You gotta keep your head on a "swivel" in the pink jungle.

Nah, I wanted to get in when it was at .0003-.0004, but now I am broke. I am bald spot deep in BKMP. So I will just have to watch this one blast off (or crash... or both) without me.

This is prob. the Man In Black. Them. They.
Not his real name. Obviously a fake name.
"E. Pearl Asian Founder/Chairman A true visionary. Pearl Asian is the leading force behind Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. Her ambition and drive is helping to realize the potential of valuable mining properties that have been under-developed and under-utilized for decades. She is focused on providing a profitable return for investors, coupled with her humanitarian mission, to assist in providing sustainable jobs, the gift of education for the under-privileged children, healthcare benefits for the people and environmental protections of the communities. It is also her vision to make Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. as the “Model” for all mining companies in the Philippines; as the “Pioneer” to make use and leverage the involvement of the communities, the local and international NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organization), to participate in the development of the Philippines Mining Industries and to become as a One Team to help sustain the economic stability, community involvements and environmental protections of the Republic of the Philippines. In 2003, Pearl has taken a "mom and pop" mining operation in the Philippines to a fast growing multi-national gold mining company."
That is taken from their website. Having spent 6 months in the philippines it doesnt suprise me that someone would have a name like that. It is a she not a he anyway.

That is true. I would be less concerned about someone named Pearl Asian and more worried about Sandy Winick being the secretary. His name is all over pink stocks, from gold mining, a fight club TV network, treatment for diabetes and more...maybe he is a really rich guy who just buys tons of ****, but i doubt it.

What you have to take into consideration with Sandy is that he is CEO of a Holding Corp. Holding Corps by definition, usually have their hands in a lot of "cookie jars."

Seeing Sandy's name as secretary makes me think that the pink sheet industry is a worldwide convenience store. "We got everything you want, a little of this , a little of that, ..... "
Maybe Sandy has a reputation of knowing how to wheel and deal in the pinks. It is bothersome. Its like telling a loan officer at a bank that you want a loan to fill your lifelong dream and the bank finds out that your pushing 50 dreams at once.
