These group includes Jo-Jo, Miner Boy, London Hill, Silver Glance and Empress mining properties, located in the historic Slocan Trail Creek and Nelson Mining Districts of the Southeastern Region of British Colombia. According to the previous owners, these mines have been prodigious producers since 1893, with recorded silver values ranging from 134.6 to 395 ounces of silver per ton. The latest laboratory assay shows an average of 203 ounces of silver per ton from seven (7) individual samples. My job is studying the Philippines, I just spent 6 months there. I wouldn't invest in any company coming out of the Philippines that country is so friggen corrupt. However for the short term I have no opinion because these pinks are so unpredictable.

The recent exploration based on the Geological report of the Gil Apuya's MAYON Geological Company states that the present Geologic Resource of XYZ Gold Mine is about 1.5 million tons at a grade of 3.04 g/t-Gold (AU) and 19.96 g/t-Silver (AG). PAIM's team interpretation or projection as to mineable resource (projected to be mined or extracted) is about 446,592 tons at a grade of 5.13 g/t-Gold and 31.14 g/t-Silver. The mineable resources are categorized into low grade source of about 120,000 tons at a grade of 1.84 g/t (grams per ton)-Au (Gold) and 14.50 g/t (grams per ton)-Ag (Silver). The high grade source of about 326,592 tons at a grade of 6.34 g/t-Au; 37.24 g/t-Ag. These ores to be mined will be processed by heap leaching C-I-L and ELSA methods. The abandoned tunnels 3 and 4 are included in the projected high grade zone. The high grade zone or block of mineable resource of 326,592 tons using interpolation started from trench no. 1 at elevation 220 meters up to trench no. 4 at elevation 300 meters with a strike length of 400 meters. The 400 meters strike length was projected downward until elevation 160 meters, where abandoned tunnel no. 1 is situated. The average grade of the block of 6.34 g/t-AU; 37.24 g/t-AG were derived from the surface of tunnels 3 and 4 samples. The block grades were projections and will be confirmed once the tunnels are rehabilitated and sampled.
The estimates are based on projections derived from trench 1 down to tunnel 1 and possibly beyond tunnel 1 extending east and is subject for field investigation. Basing on the initial exploration results, the XYZ mineral deposit is an epithermal vein type deposit. The extent of the deposit at depth must be further studied through rehabilitation of old tunnels and core drilling to acquire more geological data and increase resource potential.

dont you understand? most of the phil. is very remote and has never been explored! PAIM has found gold in a volcanic formation identical to the one Freeport mines in New Gin.
Look at Freeports chart. $10.6B market cap, and they give most of the profits to Indonesia.
This stock could go to 500 at the very best, which will mean retirement for 7.
Now at 6 and moving up.

PAIM doesn't seem to have a terribly high float so I like the odds of a continued run. Above normal volume plus the nice PR should hopefully provide some fuel for tomorrow.

Guys, hold hold hold. Do not sell. Im sitting on 10M shares at 2. The float is not that high. The vast majority of the shares are held by PAIM insiders and they have no reason to sell.
PAIM has found $360M dollars of gold and that is only the first patch.
This mine is EXACTLY the same as the Freeport mines in Indenesia. Freeport has found patch after patch and has mined BILLIONS of ounces already.
The Phillipines are volcanic islands the same as Indenesia.
PAIM has merged into this pinkie shell and did the f/s bcs. they are going to make billions when they sell at $3. You guys all saw the mm sitting at 3. That is PAIM corporate. That is their price.

The philippines IS loaded with gold. In the area I was in for 6 months they did a core sample and found the potential for TONS AND TONS of rare gems and precious metals, the only thing stopping private investors or even the philippine government from tapping it is that the areas are controled by muslim seperatists.

i saw the n/r and got in at .0005, then the mm's shaked me out...and i knew they were doing that too..trying to induce sellers..but, i fell for it (i'm such a scaredy cat, i often lose out on runners because i sell way too early)...so i sold at .0006!...i cant believe i did that!
It just looks like its going to go higher, almost as if it was just gearing up. So, at 4pm i bought more at .0009....semms to move pretty well for a sub..and the news sounds so good..and the f/s news yesterday...had to jump in again..even at that price....going for the gold! (pun intended..lol)

Im thinking at this point .0007 or .0008 would be good but good luck! you may get in at .001 first thing in the morning, with half of what you want to spend. sell around .0015 if it starts to retrace. then spend the other half below .001 but dont sell the first half unless it starts going down. you will now what to do when you see the bid and ask ten minutes before open. So wake up early try to get in cheap. good luck

For ETraders--
ETrade won't accept sell orders online on this security becuae the recent structure reorder (1000 for 1 split) needs to be settled in some way. If you bought recently you CAN place you limit sell order over the phone (I did) and they will waive the 'broker assistance' fee since you couldn't place the order online.

etrade will sell your shares, just not online, you just have to call them...so...the obvious thing to do is call them and tell them you want to place a sell if it reaches a certain price...thats what i did

100n = 100 * .0001 = .01 = 1 cent.
I use the terminology, 100 "nit". Bucks dont matter down here with these crappers.
PAIM right now is at 8/20, in "nit".
Traded for 100 last week. (that is, $0.0100)
But for the record, I think we are trading with about 5% of the shares that were NOT owned by PAIM. Remember that in a reverse merger, the original stockholders are left with about 5% of the shares, and they can trade them. PAIM is still sitting on about 95% of the shares, and they will sell them some day.
1000:1 f/s. This talk about another 1000:1 split is exiting. I made a mint off of GVRP. Remember that one? (I still have 11 shares)

Most people own millions of shares. Now they have Billions of shares. Who the hell is gonna buy billions of shares of a stock that is overpriced? You can't make any money unless somebody is stupid enough to pay for a stock that is REDICULOUSLY overpriced. I'm not saying I am not considering getting in, but it just seems rediculous to own billions of shares of ANYTHING. Cuz once the hype is over, the volume on this stock is going to plumet and you will have a hard time selling any of your shares.

I just figured this stock out. I thought the F/S was already factored into the pps. I had no idea they were planning to F/S a .001 stock by 1000. I am not here to bash the stock, I am hoping somebody can dispute my discovery, so that the stock is not the nightmare that I think it is.

Initially, it will be like taking each share and tearing it into 1000 pieces. So you will have a billion shares. And if somebody is dumb enough to buy a few shares at say .0001-.0005, it will look good in your porfolio. The problem is, eventually people are going to wake up to the MASSIVE dilution that was done to the stock and nobody will want to buy it, leaving you stuck with a billion shares that you can't sell. That is my opinion. I am still confused about how this thing will play out. It should be interesting. In any case, it is a MAJOR gamble that I want no part of.

They say the split is coming Feb. 14th. You do qualify if you hold 'til then. I am not completely clear on what is going to happen. I hope that somebody discovers more info. I am just giving you the worst case scenario with the info I have now. You sell or hold at your own risk. I would keep an eye on this thread to see if somebody can come up with a more positive spin on this info.

In the LONG term it would not benefit them. In the Short term, if this is a scam, it could benefit them until people figure it out. That is why this is raising some serious red flags.

In my opinion the Philippino lady, if she exists, is mistaken.
The 1000:1 f/s has already occurred, on Monday.
I bought 10M on tues.
Ive seen a number of companies make mistakes before. Few people understand splits and reverse mergers. You cant expect some lady to understand, and she doesnt watch the stock either.
This is a fairly normal reverse merger of a foreign mining firm into an american pinkie shell except for the 30B OS, which is huge. There is someone else behind this. It is They, Them, the Men in Black (MIB). Their name is unknown but their address will be in Utah or Florida, and They are prob. mobbed up. We may never know who They are. Some have mentioned a mm on the ask at 3.00. That would be Them. They dont have to file anything in a pinkie.
MIB will pump this stock with all their might, and then they will sell their 28B shares.
After that, PAIM will sell.
What is going on so far is just noise. MIB have just started pumping. There is no telling what will happen which makes it fun.

PRLGF insiders have 1.5B shares.
1.5B * .001 = $1.5M
PRLGF prob. had a MC of about 100k b4 the merger. So PRLGF went from 100k -> 1500k MC and this is why they began dumping.

FCX, Freeport, another asian gold mine, has an $11B MC, and they give most of the profits to Indonesia.

When this type of stock runs meaning sub .0010 it usually will run all day or two...This one just flat lined after 1-2 hours which took me by surprise...This is your baby and looking at the action we saw today I think we may see something simular tomorrow but not to confident...What are your thoughts.

Ok...From what Etrade has advised is that the Foward Split has already accured. Im unable to sell over the phone because the foward split needs to settle first. However that doesnt make any sense to me when everyone here that has traded other then using an etrade account hasnt had any issues. So, this is good news...The split has already taken place and was initiated when they changed to this ticker.

The problem is, there are PRs stating that another 1000/1 is coming on Feb 14th. We can hope that this is wrong.

The split has happened already. The company may want to issue another PR to correct the 2/14 date that was listed. 30 billion is the current OS.

There is NO way they intended to mislead, cuz it messed up their run. I'd still love to see all the evidence that Sandy is a criminal. I personally don't care about him one way or another. As long as his stocks go on runs that I can profit from in the short to medium term, the dude stays off my s*it list. When you start to think of pink stocks as LONG term investments, you have nobody but yourself to blame when they crash. You gotta keep your head on a "swivel" in the pink jungle.

What you have to take into consideration with Sandy is that he is CEO of a Holding Corp. Holding Corps by definition, usually have their hands in a lot of "cookie jars."

Another thing to consider about Sandy, and I don't have a vested interest in pumping the dude up, the reason you may hear about him so much is because HIS pink sheets go on runs. There are tons of pinks out there that you don't even hear about, don't make any money, die in obscurity. But many of HIS get noticed because they make people cash, when they play them right.

PASIG CITY, METRO MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2006--Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC:PAIM - News), commonly known as "PEARL ASIAN" announced today that for every Common Share owned by its Shareholders on the Record Date of March 17, 2006, One Thousand (1,000) Preferred Shares of Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc., will be paid on March 31, 2006. ADVERTISEMENT
Anyone that bought or sold shares under the symbol PAIM has bought or sold forward split shares. It has come to the Company's attention that some brokerage firms sold and are continuing to sell the forward split common shares, but others have failed to credit PAIM shares to their clients accounts. The Company has no control over the speed at which the brokerage firms replace 1000 PAIM shares for the 1 share of PRLGF previously owned; as well as there was confusion, that the Company has become aware of due to the NASDAQ releasing the new forward split symbol on January 26, 2006, before the payment date set by the Company of February 14, 2006.
The Company cannot do another Forward Split on February 14, 2006 as NASDAQ had made this already effective on January 26, 2006. As a result, the Company called for a Special Board of the Directors Meeting held on Feb. 11, 2006 which unanimously passed a resolution authorizing a 1,000 preferred shares for 1 common share dividend.
The PRLGF Common Shares are still convertible to PAIM Common Shares 1=1000 upon surrender to the Company's transfer agent, American Heritage Stock Transfer, in Markham, Ontario, Canada. If you own your shares through a securities firm, there should be no action necessary on your part, as this is processed between the DTC, your brokerage firm's clearing house, and the transfer agent.

And stated that that they cannot do the Feb 14 split because it already occured.

Will our computers be able to print the low pps after the split? Maybe they will f/s to make sure everyone got some divi's and then r/s to get the number of shares back to something reasonable.

Just got an email back from PAIM. I emailed them Friday. There answer is in CAPS!!
I am an investor of PAIM and want to know what the total shares will be after the forward split,and if I will get the 1000 per share also.
YES YOU DO QUALIFY AND THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST OVER 30 BILLION SHARES..

The email I received said the O/S was 30+ billion.
So if you have 1,000,000 common you will get 1,000,000,000 preferred?
That would mean you own 1 billion out of 30 billion!

Dang so no mo confusion...ha. Yep that OS will be 1000 fold, but hey it's gonna be turnin' heads just like CMKM did way back when. You'll start seeing billions of shares being traded on a daily occurance....then there will be a quick jump from .0001 to .001 for a few dayz then an SEC investigation. this was only on 50 acres of land, you cant rule out them finding more and more deposits just like that, the philippines is literally one big gold mine...the country is just severly underdeveloped

30 trillion O/S is hard to overcome. When was the last time you tried to sell a billion shares in a 0 volume? Multiply that by a few hundred shareholders. Do you know ANY intelligent stocktrader who would mess with these numbers? I could be completely wrong. And if there is anyone out there that thinks I'm wrong I would love to hear the pump spin on this one. I will still keep my eye on it, cuz if they scrap this 1000:1 "divi" plan, it may be a more attractive situation. A 30 bil O/S, while a bit high, is more workable.
