The problem is, they are structuring the stock to be worthless. And if they would destroy the value of the stock, what's to say they aren't lying about the revenue. It's all very confusing.

If that split is for existing holders, shouldn't it be called a dividend?

I wonder if this is only for PAIM. How would they benefit for future expansion if we had billions of shares??? Any thoughts

They must think they can make their profit up to the split. Can you imagine all the shareholders trying to sell many billion shares in a 0 volume. This makes QBID look like a wet dream,... IF the split is coming. Maybe this is all a misunderstanding.

Even if you call it a dividend, it still divides the value of the stock by 1,000 and makes the O/S 30 trillion.

Just scanned their filing from 1/31/06. I thought this company sounded familiar. I owned MLON during this time.

IV. December 14, 2004 - Pearl Asian Mining– Oregon Corporation (PRMN)
traded 200,000,000 common shares of the WPML for 500,000,000 common shares
of Mellon Research Company (Stock Symbol: MLON) for a MLON Stock
Certificate bearing 500,000,000 Common Shares, booked at the cost of $5,000.00.

Ok...From what Etrade has advised is that the Foward Split has already accured. Im unable to sell over the phone because the foward split needs to settle first. However that doesnt make any sense to me when everyone here that has traded other then using an etrade account hasnt had any issues. So, this is good news...The split has already taken place and was initiated when they changed to this ticker.

Hurry up and wait.

The problem is, there are PRs stating that another 1000/1 is coming on Feb 14th. We can hope that this is wrong.

The split has happened already. The company may want to issue another PR to correct the 2/14 date that was listed. 30 billion is the current OS.

Check this out....there are around 3000 shareholders!

TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES OUTSTANDING:
COMMON PREFERRED
(As of Jan. 26, 2006)
A. Authorized UNLIMITED 100 Million
B. Outstanding 30,044,316,000 1,024,500
C. Freely Tradable 5,044,316,000 all
( Public Float)
D. Number of Shareholders app. 3,000 13

Maybe the Feb 14th date is for the shareholders who had their shares before the split. This should be cleared up soon.

I am new at all of this and I got in on it yesterday and got 100k *.0009. I got so excited when I was reading the posts, I had to get in on the action! I can afford to loose $90 or make some. Either way, it is a gamble and that is what trading is all about right?

Well, FCDH is now BKMP. SNYY is oil, so mining isn't too far off. Besides, it's not uncommon for CEOs and such to chair on other boards of directors.

With this latest PR, and the forward split, I'm inclined to believe that they have additional news pending.

What?! Throw Sandy in jail?! Just because he's got his fingers into everything and nothing's going nowhere?! I was considering that myself.

Come on Sandy, you don't have to be planet wide, just make some planet wide successes, OK?
