"....today signed a new investment and advisory contract with Navstar for the creation of a joint venture and a new Mideastern publicly traded company...."
No new company yet....just a contract. Don't read more into these pr's than they actually have.

The stock is going up. By all means invest. Pennies are a big gamble anyway you cut them.
I have USXP stock and have been following it for about 5 years. I've made money and may well make some more.

I think that the IDEA of separate luggage is a good one. I just can't figure out how the logistics would work.

Only speculating. Don't know who is Navstar's partner. It is interesting though.

Well right now it's interesting to watch a small company that bleeds red back as far as I can see is involved in such amazing 'opportunities' that seem to be presenting themselves.
If in fact something REAL presents itself and the stock is destined to go to a dollar...there will be plenty of opportunity to get in and make money.
But then I pinch myself and realize that with a minimum of 3 billion shares outstanding, I just can't acept that it would end up with a $3 billion market cap.

True. They would have to retire some shares. I don't see a 3 billion market cap anytime in the distant future. MM's could push it very high, if many investors bought in, they would have to pay way up and cover.

It will NOT end up with a $3 billion market cap. But a dollar is possible I think. We only know the O/S of 12/2005. IMHO this stock does not move like 6 billion shares out (plus 20+ billion NSS shares). JMO.

(In millions) Shares Outs. - Common Stock Primary Issue 3,240.11 Total Common Shares Outstanding 3,241.39
Market cap = share price x outstanding shares
Do the math.
To get to a dollar and not have a market cap of $3 billion woild require a REVERSE SPLIT.

Let's see...hmmm....to cut it in half to 3 billion (using the 6 billion number) would be 3 billion times .008
That's $24 Million at today's price.
Down to 1 billion?
$40 Million to buy back the stock.
Do you think he has that money? Would someone else give/lend him that? Why? What does he actually have to offer in return?
Play the stock for what it's worth. There is money to be made. BUT usually someone has to lose to give you that money

should have stayed in all the way, but anyway, just got back in at .0081 .. not much, just the profits gained from the previous sellout.. and regarding buy backs, they don't really announce when they buy back rite? i mean, they announce afterwards? anyway, i hope there's more action to come, it would suck for me to lose my profits.. heh

That would be a real good scam. Dilute the crap out of your stock and drive the price into the basement, buy back a ton of it at the basement price (without announcing anything) and then put out some fluff pr's and jack the price up so you can dilute the crap out of it again.
I have a feeling the SEC has some rule governing that.

The SEC was blind at shorting 25 BILLION naked short shares over the years! THEY have to lose also.

Most companies make an announcement about buying back their stock. Just no specific timetable is given.

Perhaps the deal mentioned about the US government only involves ships but it seems strange that it also involves Dubia.

SAMARRA, Iraq (Reuters) - A dawn bomb attack devastated a major Shi'ite Muslim shrine in Iraq on Wednesday, sparking bloody sectarian reprisals despite urgent appeals from leaders fearful the nation could slide into civil war. ****************** A civil war in Iraq would put our troops in a very bad position.
