Fatso, Have you been able to find anywhere that states that ANS has even acknowleged USXP's offer? the way that i see it..USXP..made the offer..and ANS did not say no....they didn't say or do anything...which to me is more of a bad thing than a good...before getting all excited over the ANS...see if you can get some type of verification that ANS is even considering it....JMHO

Well, they did let USXP present the offer to the board. Also someone last week posted an email that she got back from USXP, saying that the two companies still are chatting and no response to us will be offered until a deal is either agreed or abandoned. This is good news to me, as it is more than a flat "NO!" That they still are huddled to discuss means that each side sees something good in the other company's position, and each wants to maximize its shareholders' benefit. I merely ask what the best outcome could be. As I told you previously, a couple of dimes per share would be wonderful, and surely more cash than I have bulging through my pockets right now. Thus my point is how much we COULD make if things work out to the best.

Fatso, The email that you were refering to, was posted by me...and it was from USXP...sure USXP will say that they are still offering...I have not been able to find anywhere that ANS has even acknowledged USXP's offer...If you were selling your home and asking $200,000.00...some one came and offered you a buck..would you even say or do anything?
IF the ANS deal is truly in the works...that would be fantastic...but IMO...USXP has made it look like it is..but it really isn't...
I just didn't want you to get your hopes up on the ANS "rumors"...but if you find some where...other than one of these boards...that show's ANS is at least considering the offer...please let us know..or at least let me know...I have looked and can't find it any where... IF USXP makes it to .05...I will be happy as a clam...

Great day for USXP nonetheless Over 900Million Volume. Thats pretty Huge. Float is churning around. Lets see if we get some more momentum going tommorow with some momentum traders and chart players coming in with some fresh money to push USXP .0016-.002

The good news for us USXP owners is your analogy is backward. ANS is worth about 3.44/share, and USXP is offering $6.15. Therefore your $200000 house is being bought for over $300000. The ANS site did state as late as last week that USXP made an offer, but I looked today and did not find that in the "latest news" section. Still, though, that neither company has come out with an announcement that the deal is none is good news. You will also recognize that I tossed the ANS thingy in as an extra point to the benefit of our USXP share value, in addition to the nekkid shorts, the Europe contract and the lawsuits.

Agreed. I am just curious to what folks think could happen IF the deal were to go through. You posted a breakdown of the numbers last week, and someone replied that those were "BS numbers". No idea where he got that idea, but at least you offered something. If, as you say, the ANS deal is a zero, fine and dandy. As I said, I am just interested to find out what COULD happen.
