So what does this mean if we own less than 10 million shares? Will they be prorated or do we not get the share dividend?

What is so hard to understand about a 15 percent divy? Yeah, you have to have 10 million shares because it is impossible to calculate 15 percent of anything below that . . .

I own 2,490,000 shares. I can calculate 15% in my head... 373,500
But I guess they did state "FOR EACH 10 MILLION SHARES OWNED"
I didnt catch the wording when I originally read it.

I have only 950,000 shares. Do I still get 15% divy or do you have to have 10,000,000 to get bthe divy?

Guys I have thought about it some more and read the PR again. I was wrong. I do think everyone needs to own at least 10 million shares to get the divy. So . . . if you don't have 10 million shares, you should buy some more quickly. Very quickly, because this thing couls end up near 15 to 30 cents by close today. I'm just really trying to help every one out. lol

If my calculations are correct, we'll either see the pps jump to $4.33 or stay the same...

It will take much more time for the MMs to get more cheap shares, maybe after the summer is over.

No Bid X .0001. Maybe this is the only way he can stop himself from issuing shares. More likely that he'll issue the rest of the 30B A/S by June and then need to raise the A/S again, so the dividend willgive him a reason.

I would love to take 0.01 for 100X -- if the MMs could do it.
With 15% dividend, it will make 115X at 0.01 -- if those MMs are excited, they might just do it. It's nice to have a dream.

If the divy is true then all the PRs about new clients signing on board are valid as well...can't really pay a divy to stockholdes without revenues to back them up, so this is quite encouraging for investors. I currently hold 10 million shares in VWKM.
