Reports posted on the other BB that VWKM is behind on filing taxes. Not good. Also, a lot of MM's have called it quits. No one wants to buy this one anymore. Its going to take a major PR with definitive numbers to get this to move off .0001x.0002.

Logical buyer - the screenshots were posted. They are delinquint in their taxes. I'm still holding a postion of 3/4 of a million shares - we'll see what happens.

What the heck was he talking about .... acting like it would take an act of god to move this stock to .0002 . I just sold a batch of this for .0004 on march 9th . Now I'm back in at .0002 & .0001 . This stock won't have any problem going to .0004 before you can even wink . And one more thing ....it is hard to capture this stock at .0001 ....Thats a special dip made posible by the MM's & their games before a stock shoots up on increasing revenues . THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE EASIEST PICK I HAVE EVER FOUND ON THE PINK SHEETS . Don't take my word for it ...Study it and do your DD . And don't scare the newbies out of this with unjustified bashing ......This is a good and safe one for them too .

Company is registered in Delaware but doing business in Florida. I don't recall if it was on the bullcrap or the hubbahubba board (not their real names). Do a search on VWKM on both of those and you will see it.
And to the other poster, I don't know if your comments were directed to me or not, but I'm not trying to scare anyone. The late tax filings and the stock dilution are facts. Do your own DD and decide for yourself whether or not you wish to buy, sell, or hold.

I see $128K in delinquent taxes, but don't know the date of that report.
They got $1 million for the sale of the local channel and another $1 million on the dilution. If the taxes are not paid is because they don't want to. Cash is there.

Public posting of private report is just bad form/unethical. Betcha the report buyer agreed to limitations of use, too. IF its legit.
I lean towards it being NOT legit. My spiffy little Gateway Tablet PC w/ stylus can turn a snapshot into anything you want, simple as that, and fast. Nobody could tell the difference with a snapshot on the web.
If peeps want the paid report, they should pay Delaware to get it. If not, they get what they pay for - nothing. Thus, using this info is not necessarily helpful and a potential liability to the hosting site.
I threw down a little money on this company to see what may happen this summer, but it's giving good entertainment already.

astrom is one sneaky sob. sure no RS when people read "share structure" on the pr they were expecting float count. if astrom continues to dilute and never RS. the stock will stay at .0001 for a long time

The IRS offers payment plans on taxes when neccessary. I don't know if VWKM qualifies or not, but if they do it should'nt be a problem if they're making money to pay their bills. JMO

A lot of posts concerning buying, but haven't read any in recent memory about selling. I'm concerned and here is why. This was bouncing between .0003 & .0004. After DD I bought in at .0003. Price then bounced between .0003 & .0002, so sold at .0003 and bought at .0002, then stock was diluted A LOT. Put in order to sell at .0002 and after a week, order still hasn't filled, yet billions have traded at .0002 What's everyone elses experience / opinion on this. Anyone else having trouble selling?

If I have your timeframe right on your sell at 2, there were a lot of .00019998 sells. There would have been a long line of sells at 2.
I think I have a little of this stock at 3 or 2, before buying more at 1. Dilution isn't always the cause of high volume/lower pps - sometimes, but not always. MMs getting turned around (musical chairs) does the same thing. Interesting thing to watch, but timing will give you a good pps.
Pink reporting is not always in real-time, too. Some situations allow for batch reporting (3 or 4 times a day). We call all these things MM tricks, but if they can't get turned around, we go nowhere. Maybe they'll get it worked out soon.
Hope this helps. If you still want out at 2, it should happen soon.
