Since they state "No RS as a policy" I'm not fearing an RS anytime in the future. Lack of interest is the only thing I can figure is holding this down today. Low volume compared to recent days. Everyone who wanted in * .0001 is pretty much already in.
Now it's just a waiting game until this smacks the radar again. WOuld be great to see a group play on this!

Yes. Shares are hitting the market. The easiest way to find out is to call the Transfer Agent for an update. They now know me by my voice. The first question I get is: "Didn't you call yesterday?". My response is I'll keep calling until they stop issuing more shares or they reach the 20 Billion Authorized.
First off they are Authorized (A/S) to issue 20 Billion Shares. As of 1:30 PM today the Outstanding Shares (O/S) is 15,155,873,412.
This means the O/S has increased by close to 8 Billion Shares since March 22, 2006. 4 Billion of those since April the 2nd.
This is why we are stuck at .0001-.0002. Keep in mind that the major of those shares are going to the MM's just try buying at .0001.
What does that mean to us shareholders?
1. The company needs money to accomplish the rollout OR it's a scam and a vehicle for them to issue all 20 billion shares, bankrupt the company and walk away. I'm not sure which is true. They do have contracts with some legitimate company's, not something your usual scam would do. Yet honesty with the shareholders would go a long way to helping their credibility.
2. They can only issue 5 billion more. In order to issue more they would need to make a change to the articles of incorporation and that would take shareholder approval. So they will either run out of stock to issue or stop the practice very soon. It's at that time we will find out if there is really any potential to this venture.
3. Whatever we had predicted as to eventual PPS must now be downgraded. When most of the predicitions were being made it was based on an O/S 5-6 billion and less. 20 Billion X .01 = $200 Million, a bit much. at .005 = 100 Million (Market Cap). More realistically .0025 = 50 Million.
4. We need to flood them with emails asking them to clarify their plan and why the dilution?
We still may make a little on this play but it doesn't seem to be in the cards in the short term. GLTA Wally Don't have a lot invested will hold and hope for the best.

Dilution always hurts, but you have to ask what they are doing with it.
If they are buying assetts, program time, future infra structure that makes a lot of money then dilution is ok.
Unless they raise the Authorized I think we are at a place where we can honestly say it can only get better. Even if they max the Os at 50 - 100 million in revenues we will do well.
10 mill in profit / 20 bill shares =.0005 X 10 pe = .005.
Just keep the contracts coming and we will be ok.
By the way I saw where Disney announced they will be doing the same thing, as more do this it will become the wave of the future.
Get in early.

I like Wallymac's idea of a mass e-mail campaign to get the company to give us some more information about the dilution, but then I think does anyone of these penny stock companies really give a sh*t about their stock holders anyway. I don't think they care one lick what any of us think or feel or whether we buy orsell their shares or not, because at the end of the day if the pps share starts to go up people will buy regardless of what they think of the comnpany or its management. I heard a good term that describes most of us who trade in pennies, sheeple, because we are basically at the mercy of the MMs and the penny companies and can't do one darn thing to change anything that happens no matter how much we dislike it or ***** or complain, or how much we think our phone calls, e-mails or clever posts on boards like matter. Sorry for being so negative but I'm starting to see the light in all of this nonsense finally, at least IMO. These companies use us for our money and we use them to try and make money, but at the end of it all there is absolutely nothing that we can do to affect any of it, other than not investing (that's laughable, it's pure and simple gambling) in the first place. Glad I go that off my shoulders. Sorry for rambling but I have a new outlook on all of this and it's every man for himself, screw the companies and the MMs, and everyone else. Take what you can get and run, because that's what everyone els is trying to do to you. My love, or even like for that matter, for any of these companies is totally gone. Time to use em and move on.

The bid was just at $1.00. I almost shat myself. Too bad Scottrade won't let you put a sell limit that much higher than the price or I would be a wealthy man.

What does that mean? -$1.00. Does that mean to sell it I have to give them the stock and a dollar? Do I actually have to pay people to take this piece of crap off my hands?

Well, after trying to sell at .0002 for over a week, I decided to throw in the towel at the EOD and sold at .0001 for a $500 loss. Moved over to NDOL. Check it out!
I'll keep VWKM on my radar, but with billions and billions of shares being dumped on the market, it doesn't look to be going anywhere in the near future. IMHO

EOD bid 0.0002 ask 0.0002 thats good to see, and volume was very high yet again. Seems like a lot of people are now gobbling up the cheap share price of 0.0001
I dont think i would be selling this anytime soon as a summer time phenomenon could be in the cards...just my opinion

I do not understand why you folks are freaking out like this!? Why can't you wait and see what will f***ing happen?! Do you know what PATIENCE is?
Look at these calculations : Even if they have an O/S of 20 billion the share price could easily go OVER .002! How?
Tell me if these numbers are correct :
Vision Works Media Group Inc. Updated Projections Announced For April 1st Launch Of Service
Ocala, FL – March 15, 2006, Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (VWKM: OTC-Pinks) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc. have announced their most current projections based on current contracts. The projected revenues for four affiliates (cable companies) are expected to reach $1,400,000 monthly and Video On Demand is expected to reach $3,200,000 monthly. The four affiliates’ projections are expected to reach full "expectations" in 2006.
$4,600,000 * 12 MONTHS = $55,200,000 in revenues per year!
$55,200,000 / 20 billion shares = $.00276 per share
And that is with a P/S (Price/sales ratio) of 1 !! With a Price/sales ratio of 10 you have a .02 share price.
These 4 VOD contracts and the cable revenues are JUST THE START! And MAYBE, JUST MAYBE <== hint hint! Mark will start the share buyback when the revenues will start coming in!
Most of you are a bunch of whining impatient CRYBABIES!! You are here to make a quick buck! Well buzz of then and do not come back! :| Or how about door number 2 : Just shutup and wait!!!!
If you want to post .. post something informative instead of *****ing about the A/S and O/S!!
Thank you for your attention!

I don't mind the dumping, but that poster's attitude stinks.
Defining 'patience' - putting 3 kids through college with 3 more to go, all on profits from stocks under a nickel (lately, most from buys at .0001 and holding for as much as 2 years). Warning: the last 2 kids don't want to go because they've learned how to play the pennies.
With the weird activity on this one, dumping is a relief. If all of the volume was MM activity, we would have a problem. This is still a good summer play, which can be hard to find. Most peeps playing these look at everything upside-down. Take a look at what happened to PAIM (which - IMO - is another winner if you are willing to wait).
Rule #1: Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Rule #2: Don't throw the eggs out with the basket. (oh, yeah... that's ...baby out with the bath water) Rule #3: Follow the MMs' lead. (accumulate when they accumulate, sell when they sell, etc.)
And now I think I'll stop posting on stock threads entirely and go back to lurking.
