anyone can make up numbers, if you knew they were 'speculatioin' you should have said so when you posted them. but if anyone had read the source of those numbers, they would know its BS

heh, yeah, the BS numbers went up 14:17. fatso put up a post at 15:58, quoteing iternity with a link that went to the messege boards that the BS numbers were posted by that duke guy. that post you asked about the fact the 'they MUST cover'...

When you say "they MUST cover"...is that an exchange rule or an SEC reg? Isnt what some naked shorters are doing with regard to USXP stock a separate issue from what USXP is doing about ANS? Or is it that a merged USXP/ANS entity has to have those things settled so a stock value can be established? And how can you control who you sell to? I mean if there are bids and you decide the time is right for you to sell, how do you know who is buying? Not trying to be a smartass; just trying to factor in as much info as possible. Hey...I can use as much reason as possible for optimism.

1- opt put up the BS numbers 2- somehwere itern put up the link to the source of those BS number so everyone could see them, as the link that opt put up would not work for me and i assume others 3- you quoted itern, with the link he supplied, at 15:58, but i can not find that post that you quoted, i assume itern edited for some reason.

Not quite. Someone named optimizer quoted those numbers from a yahoo board, and I went to that board and copied the message, which I pasted here. I did not attribute that to the guy you slammed earlier today. My questions to him were in response to his words.
what does that mean? it means you quoted a post by iternity, in that post, iternity gives a link to the forum that optimizer got the info that this mortimerandrandolfduke guy posted, with out any source. this is a good thing, which i do not think you are grasping. it gave other people a chance to see the source of this rumor and make up there own mind as to whether it is true or not.
where you got this quote, i do not know. i can not see it in this thread, nor will the link supplied by optimizer work for me, so it could have come from that as far as i know. I am not blameing you for anything, never was.
