I am with you there. I am still waiting for the announcement of the dividend paydate!
At the current pps, it is a 400% return on investment. Likewise, the chart is also looking good to begin its reversal as well!

There is good support at .14-.15! I added today at .16 as my order at 15 was there for a couple days with no fill.
They have been too quite the last couple weeks, and something is brewing... just a gut feel.

Why do you say to .87? Is there news coming or something? Just wondering, the chart does look good...though im going to wait till it flattens out till i know the bottom. Whats your input?

there is an .87 to 1.01 special dividend being paid for each share. The money is coming from the sale of one of their operating units that they recently sold.
They also claim that the EPS is currently around .22 - .23. This is very undervalued at these levels.

I e-mailed the company on that .87 to 1.01 dividend. It has been a week now and no response. All should note that they have not even mentioned the dividend in their last two PR's. I sold all my stock in this company. The PPS just kept going down and down. Before one invests money in this company. I would hope you are not doing it for the dividend they promised. It was promised over two months ago. Be sure you read the PR's on what they promised and what they have really delivered. They also promised way back. That they would put a site on their web site for investor relations. That is still not done. All I am saying is do your DD. This thing could pop big time if they really deliver what they claim. If they do not. IMO it will just keep slowly going down. Do your DD.

Andrew, I highly doubt that Matto will tell you or anyone how much to put into this play. Noone will tell you that. You have to decide and be comfortable with what you do with your wallet.

Andrew I love your egarness to learn but, I think you may be asking the wrong questions.
You need to educate yourself on the penny market in general.
You will get burned EVERY TIME on the coat tails of others.
I love people that ask questions but, Ask the one's that will educate you with the tools you need to deal with the penny's. Just a little Opinion of mine.
PPS is bouncing off the bottom bolli band. Once it hits the middle (1st resistance), if it can break that, it should really take off!

I tried to warn you all yesterday. Now it is at .11 and was down to .09. Also, I will try again and tell people these charts are totally of no use in penny land. Quote on two other stocks yesterday. Very bullish signals. Today both are down and down big.

IDS Updates Dividend and New HLS Contracts.
ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 15, 2005 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (Other OTC:IDWD.PK - News) today announced that HLS division has been awarded the fire and security contracts for the HKB Department Store Chain in Asia. HKB currently has 18 box type stores of approximately 400-500 thousand square feet and are contracted to expand under the JC Penney and Levi store brands to 140 additional stores this year. IDS beat out other industry leaders such as Brinks and Phoenix Security in winning this major contract. IDS is very pleased that HKB showed its confidence in our HLS division over these leading competitors. volume starting to pick up.... once news starts to spread, this one shoudl run very well...
Special dividend of .87 on a curent pps of .12 is a 600% return!
