there are still some people that want out flat,at .0001 to move on. I was told all but 8-10 billion were in real friendly hands. so maybe another day or 2 people that want out will finally get out.

To be sure, I'm a newcomer here.. unlike Eddy.. but I feel perfectly comfortable where I am.
My account money is so unsettled I would really be pushing it at this point to try anything cute. But, again, I am very comfortable with today's move to this stock. Glad to be aboard.
Although many have been in this since Moses I can't help but to think this is like a spring that's just ready to be sprung.
When I was in USXP you just knew it was ready to spring. It kept jumping back and forth. Finally, as everyone now knows, it exploded.

from another PRRM board- I’ll get to your share structure question momentarily but first I’d like to say how much I enjoyed (wink wink) this day’s posts both here and elsewhere. Most of which left me either shaking my head or laughing uproariously. And the best of the bunch? Well none other than -- “Plane” old -- himself. You know. The one who only recently while wild-eyed and glaringly foaming at the mouth ranted and raved maniacally about bailing at the first opportunity. And while calling Dan no end of names and wantonly hurling threats about. Remember? And now what? On the rooftops in stentorian voice singing the praises?
So okay. Our share structure and the rest of it…
Everything we’ve witnessed of late RJ is just the setting of the stage. As I tried to point out. Is just the beginning. And to what does it all relate for the most part? Well the company’s registered MM’s and the necessary cooperation from same and our funding deals more specifically. Standing sell orders were soaked up of late. And they were so for a reason. Another wall collapsing on a road to far greater things. Our outstanding stock isn’t going to climb. That was just me looking at things from every angle possible in light of -- at the relevant time -- incomplete detail. Everything is happening for a reason as stated. And with that said we have Dan’s recent and extremely telling words…
"Like many shareholders, I am concerned about the performance of our stock price.”
We’re going up RJ. Our future very much depends upon it. Particularly now as we approach being fully capitalized for the first time and in light of our overall streamlining and management restructuring and so on. It’s time to move the stock. Time for a stable higher average trading base. Yesterday’s action came as no surprise to me. Nor today’s. Nor the PR’s. We have two upcoming funding deals we’ve spoken of and we have market level. And is there a connection? Everything as stated is happening for a reason. There’s a very real company being built and it's being built the right way with a focus on positive cash flow and earnings and so on. And there’s continued M&A activity we’ll be soon hearing about. Not to mention putting all of phase one behind us in ways to smile about including formalized the Skiershop deal and taking on a brand new identity and the rest of it. A persistent one-sided quote left many hungry to exit and understandably so. And now we have our registered MM’s holding .0001 inventory for a change. And they would be so for what reason exactly? Dan’s been sending all the right messages lately. That and a lot more. And like I said it’s just the beginning with very much the best by far yet to come. And as for Steamboat TV-18 going prime time? Well here’s the central point…
“Original programming will be broadcast to the greater Yampa Valley region of Colorado beginning Valentine's Day, February 14th.”
Original programming. That’s where the money is. It’s not about the local offerings. It’s about a target audience and meeting a certain set of needs and wants. Needs and wants that amount to revenues and a lot more. And Nate Pickens is just the right person to get the job done. Him and the rest. Including Jeff and Mike and of course those we’re all most familiar with.

On the subject of Steamboat TV-18 there’s no need to panic as the explanation is very simple but unfortunately I’m not at liberty to say certain things before certain other parties do. But I will say this much…
Did WE go to Steamboat or did Steamboat come to us? And there was a lease entered into wasn’t there? And an original slated launch date also, right? And yes. The funding was and is the crux. I’m limited in what I can say as to how it all strings together but again there’s nothing to panic about. We have a new subsidiary that will be very soon broadcasting original content (see above). And with that said how was our deal with N’east originally structured? Intended to be structured? It’s all about funding. Funding that’s all but –- formally -- in our hot little hands as of this moment. Everything will be spelled out in good time. We just need to get the funding deals formally announced first.
It’s been a long wait calling for much including management rethinking a few things.

And the MM are creating a Market at .0001 AND .0002... Just kidding, but this is what I believe!! DAN is NOT DUMPING....he is BUYING!! And when he PRs that, this stock will continue to TRADE at a HIGHER PPS and VOLUME!! Today's PR about the IR Firm is HUGE...Dan WILL Grow this PPS, but this is NOT a DAYTRADE, and we will continue...IMO, to trade at .0001 and .0002 for a week or TWO... This is ALOT better than NO BID!! Just be HAPPY, that we have INCREASED volume...FINALLY, we are talking BILLIONS and NOT millions!!

eddy, I typically take what the mountainman says with a grain of salt. He is a crafty one with his language skills. It also makes me curious when I see people, like mountainman, who say they get information directly from Dan. These people are the ones responsible for past pump and dumps. I don't want to hear Dan said this, Dan told me this. And no Dan isn't readily available to talk. What I would like to hear is something other than the fluff PR's and something tangible, like numbers that can be back by facts, ie audits and real Pr's with teeth.
Keep pumping though, I'm not going anywhere. I just hate to see these newbies jumping in not knowing what they are getting into.

Use find on page for both Steamboat Springs, and A Hoffman. Steamboat is one serious winter sports center (capital?) with some major homeboy contenders. Hoffman tied for first in trial run. Took a third last March in World Cup. Third place went to Switzerland's Ambrosi Hoffman, who sat out the early part of this season with an injury to the medial collateral ligament in his knee.

More for new people. I see here people asking questions on Dan and company. Here is an objective view from a very good poster from another board. There are two sides to every story. Keep in mind, this poster is a stock holder and the farthest thing from a basher. This post was directed to the poster eddy copied in post 891 (see above). Use your own judgement whether to enter PRRM or not. Just trying to let you know there is much more to read up on these guy's than Eddy's posts. One more note, really read the last pr, they are going to Italy not to cover the olympics. How is it being funded?

QUESTION: What prevented us from going live and broadcasting today?
QUESTION: Why the delay, until the 14th, for our new "on air date?"

4) What’s been going on with this LLC since 10/26? Was the LLC dormant since 10/26 and if so what was it that Nathan needed that Dan couldn't provide? Funding?
5) Did we purchase the equipment mentioned in today's PR for this station? If so, how will we be compensated?
7) What's our business model for generating revenues on a station we don't own but are affiliated with?
8) What does affiliation mean to you or Dan? Is this a N'East Magazine type of arrangement where we fund a new venture?
9) I recall you hinted at using shares to fund growth. What's your assessment on 2 Billion shares traded today yet no move in the bid past .0001? Did today’s shares traded represent part of the remaining 29B shares available to help fund the "go-live" date on 2/14? Is it possible that the interest Dan was generating through the 7th a prelude to create interest, thereby allowing funding of TV18 through the sale of shares on the today?
If #9 is true, please indicate the silver lining you hinted at.

Each minute prrm stays at the .0001 makes me want to change my sell at the .0002 to all I own instead of just half. This is beggining to look like a good doubler!
