for all posters-When Ric went to bad mouthing Dan the ceo of PRRM-I sent Dan a copy of Rick's post here is Dan's reply------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- response:

Rick engaged in unsolicited promotion on his own, THEN wanted to get paid for it.

Around this time, I told him we were looking at upstanding IR firms including Hawk Associates, Subway and Small Cap Voice. I frequently reiterated to Rick that if there could be an appropriate relationship to be had with him over these companies, then we would entertain his representation. Ultimately, no agreement was ever made with Rick and he resents this.

Prime Rate has never done an S-reg filing.

The NHGP dividend issue is in the hands of the company's securities attorney. We hope to resolve this, and of course we'll PR it.

I do not take a salary from Prime Rate Investors, but I do hope to someday.

Feel free to post this as you see fit.

Best,

Dan

I have just confirmed that the AS has officially been reduced to 80 billion.

Follow these steps to confirm for yourself.

For phone in information on the AS:

Phone: 302-739-3073

Follow the prompts (select #8) and enter the PRRM corporation file number, which is 3866564.

The recording not only recognizes the name change but also tells you the AS is now 80 billion common and 200 Million preferred.

There are alot of penny scams out there and that's why my stock portfolio is widely diversified. over 40 to 60 penny stocks traded daily, while some are scamming me and other are making me money, at times, lots of it to make up for all the scamming. [Big Grin]

About PRRM..... I believe PRRM will one day make us very happy..... Even if it means selling at 0.0002. Picked up a total of 20 million shares at 0.0001 yesterday and today. Gotta love it!

Your words RJ…

“Right now he is JUST creating INTEREST!!”

And wise words they are. Plan execution progressing perfectly as stated.

Time for a stable much higher average trading base. No RJ. Not rocket science. Just a perfect plan being executed perfect… ly. Smart management we do indeed have. Real smart.

Well it’s all very real isn’t it? A very real company being built. And the right way. And certainly the good folks at ICAN and QBID and other such mean well. But? Well where indeed market level currently? After much effort? Where indeed the shareholder value? And what of pennyland realities? What there?

Dan and crew are as stated RJ no fools. They know exactly what’s what. They know just and exactly what needs doing and they’re doing it. The stock has to go up. Yes. And for more reasons than one as has been more than alluded to both here and elsewhere but it also needs to stay up. And therein lies the crux. The focus on the company itself that is. And just as it should be of course. And of course thus and indeed the grand plan. A grand plan that’s again being perfectly executed.

A plan being indeed executed. A very much grand one. Visibility. Volume. Value. Sparks and catalysts. Audience. Order flow. A stable higher average trading base. Much higher

Pennyland realities.

Realities that could as was said previously kick in at any moment. For example should the trading pro’s - the tout sites and the rest of it - decide to at a moment’s notice do their thing. As they’ve attempted to do here albeit to no avail on an occasion or two in the past. All it takes after is getting the ball rolling. Pushing over that first domino so to speak. And with that said and right now of course our budding little gem of a media and more empire is being watched maximally relative to earlier times. An audience - throughout the investment world - gathering.

The way we’re now seeing. No RJ. Dan and crew are no fools. Not even slightly as stated. They know exactly what they’re doing. No getting egregiously naked and no other such. Time to fly.

“I will make you money.”

Frank did it all wrong.

Yes RJ. Fully and finally capitalized at long last. And do indeed be very, very glad that we are.

“I will make you money.”

"And for the grand finale"....(RichiRich)

Major surprises in the works.

“You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”

What does everyone reasonably expect for this stock, ofcourse taking into account its history, management, and all these recent developements? I have been holding a small amout for about a year and was just wondering how many people think it will really pay off. Thanks.

Has anybody had any luck getting the restriction lifted on the BPWW dividend that was issued back in November of '04? Actually, it was NHGP first, then CMSI, and now BPWW. I called the IR company and they said the restriction has been lifted. I've already started the formalities, but was wondering if anybody has already done it.

Call your broker and ask them about their procedures. Evidently, each brokerage has different policies. With ETRADE, they will start the procecure right over the phone. It usually takes about 10 business days and costs 150.00.

Yep, they were restricted for a year from Nov '04. It's now called Big Apple Wallcovering. I called their IR firm and was told the restriction was lifted.

In 3rd place: Ambrosi Hoffmann on STOCKLI Skis.

He was on tv prominently (with his Stocklis in his hand) as he lead the field for quite some time

[Big Grin] Yes, after every skier went down the hill, they zeroed in on Hoffmann, with his STOCKLI Skis right beside him.
Got to love that world-wide advertising.

Hopefully Dan's PR man that is over there was on hand for this.

I am not rickpics. He was paid to pump many stocks like ICAN, CMKX, and started this one a couple years ago. I am sorry that I get so hard on this one just got a lot of friends burnt by this with the dilution that wasn't suppose to happen. Well I had my say that all I did. Wasn't planning on saying anything else just don't want confused with rickpics.

Got a lot of sad stories from people that were suckered in by him and many of his picks including this one like some single mom that was told this was the play of the lifetime and bought at .001 and rickpics convinced her to hold all the way down to .0001. A guy threatened to kill me over that one until he realized he had the wrong person.

I tried to tell people about rickpic but they wouldn't listen. I was mistaken for him before and got some interesting PM's. Anyone that ever follows his pick should really watch out. He does get paid for a lot of his pumps.
