(Pink Sheets: PRRM) announced the Company's newly established RSN broadcast affiliate station Steamboat TV-18 is scheduled to launch February 8, 2006. Steamboat TV-18 is based in Steamboat Springs, CO and will be carried by Comcast Cable under agreement with Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) (NASDAQ:CMCSK). "We are thrilled to be announcing our on air date to the community," said Steamboat TV-18 Station Manager Nathan Pickens. Pickens brings over a decade of TV production experience, including four years of station management experience, to the company. "Nate is an extremely valuable asset to the Company and we have every confidence that he will deftly lead Steamboat TV-18," enthused Prime Rate Investors President, Dan Burgess.

President Dan Burgess addressed shareholders in a statement regarding the Company's price per share. "Like many shareholders, I am concerned about the performance of our stock price. While the focus of my time is largely spent on increasing the value of the business, it has been hard to miss the recent negative sentiment. I realize why CEOs choose to take their companies private and avoid such headaches," he noted.
Dan is going to reverse this pos in a "Going Private" transaction.

Yes eddy, and no follow through on about 5 pr's from last year, so what are we to believe? That he won't RS or that he will follow through on those PR's? This stock has been, admittedly, pumped and dumped 4 times. Is this the 5th?

I think Dan got ahead of himself last year on closing some of the LOI's If he opens with comcast tomorrow, we should see press, and that is another that he has followed through with.

you have to remeber that PRRM is legit company too, also--a few months back PRRM had over 50 people working for them. I have not asked how many are working for them lately-G/L

.02 that will never happen i wish but have been holding this stock for about a year now and i dont see that happening now .0005 would even be alright but that may be a tough one. way to many shares out there
i will just hold my 15,000,000 shares for a few more months

G/L-been holding 19 months myself-jmo-Dan is ready to move this----5 months of no press and now 8 or 9 pr's in a month-lets me think it is ready-lot to look forward to here--jmo
