[Smile] Eddy, thinking out load here.
PRRM must be making some serious money?
Mortgage pay-off, and $300,000 in shares retired in the last week?
Dan is doing the right things. Ran up a huge O/S to get money for these projects, now that revenue is coming into his pockets he is retiring the shares "HE BORROWED".
Man if only Frankie Olsen of QBID had Dan's Savvy.LOL

anyone not getting filled at .0001? Dan retires 1 billion shares last week and we get 2 billion volume, then Dan retires 2 more billion today, and not much volume at all.

I said I would not post on stocks here anymore in December, but this thread is making me sick!

The #1 reason is that Dannyboy is a RIP OFF artist!

Lets start with an O/S in excess of 70 billion and then talk about profit! PRRM is a break even company at best period, and even to do that there are shares being issued! "VVV" Volume Volume Volume! The shares Dannyboy retired are a ploy to dump into VOLUME!

Dannyboy cheated the man who help him go public in the first place by issueing an "S FILING" anyone know what that is? Its and offshore issueing of UNREGISTERED SHARES and its not even part of the O/S boys!

Then he cheated me out of $21,000.00 for advertising. Thats right! He and I had an advertising agreement, and to this day its not payed. He doesn't even bother to respond to requests for payment!

Then theres the guy who built and hosted his website for over a year and never got payed dime one.

Try calling those who he buys product from and see how many get fast payment if any, if they extend Dannyboy a line of credit! I dare you!

Word is in Stowe that Dannyboy is in deep do do!

Invest if you like, but take it from someone who has been around the block with Dannyboy! Its all about himself, period!

He's a fast talker! Who doesn't give a dam about the next guy! Any value is going in his pocket!

Try asking him how much he paid himself last year to issue all those shares. That sounds like a fun question!

Well your at it, ask him where the NHGP shares he promised would be payed to those who bought after he changed the divi date are! How many here remember that PR? Go try to find it! I bet you wont!

Sorry for venting here, but there are more facts than what I see being presented in this thread! Be carefull that your rose garden doesn't have a skunk in the middle of it!

Cheers
Rick

If Dan owes you $21,000.00, why don't you sue him to fulfill his bargain?

FREE WILLING! This is the Rick, but the site was never free and your free willing is only the difference between a hand shake and a contract!

Funny that after I posted that a E-Mail popped up from Dannyboy!

I'll be calling ya on the 16th as you requested Danny!

So, Danny is a fan of the message boards. Can a CEO pump his own company on a message board?

I sent the post to Dan-- here is his reply---------------------Bob: I just replied to the same concern. Here is my response:

Rick engaged in unsolicited promotion on his own, THEN wanted to get paid for it.

Around this time, I told him we were looking at upstanding IR firms including Hawk Associates, Subway and Small Cap Voice. I frequently reiterated to Rick that if there could be an appropriate relationship to be had with him over these companies, then we would entertain his representation. Ultimately, no agreement was ever made with Rick and he resents this.

Prime Rate has never done an S-reg filing.

The NHGP dividend issue is in the hands of the company's securities attorney. We hope to resolve this, and of course we'll PR it.

I do not take a salary from Prime Rate Investors, but I do hope to someday.

Feel free to post this as you see fit.

Best,

Dan

What Danny is forgetting is that I had with me a witness to the little meeting in Stowe!

I'm glad to have that little "Prime Rate has never done an S-reg filing" in writing though!

As I said before Danny I'll call ya on the 16th as you requested!

To Whom it may concern!

Maybe someone should be pinging the IP's of the poster on this thread and seeing where they lead!

How many of the RA RA posts to this thread come from STROWE VT?

Funny that the post I made here was pasted all over the net, along with Danny's reply to a supposed SHAREHOLDER!

Read the boards guys!

Two people have taken credit for the same reply from Danny one is named Bob and the other is named Paul! Did Danny cut and paste his reply to more than one E-Mail or did he post it all over the net under the names he's been using to RA RA PRRM all along?

Timing is everything! The responce time to my post hitting my E-Mail box was in lightning speed! Has anyone ever gotten a responce from Dannyboy that fast? It was like he read it when I posted it! Hmmm?

If your gonna post this or forward it! Don't forget to add this!

Dan has no recourse against anything I post, unless he wants to drag it into court! I dream of that day Dannyboy! The day we put all our cards on the table! Bring in on! If you dare!!

no JMO or IMO needed in this post!!!!!
