Again, this information is totally false and extremely misleading and I want to assure our shareholders that the dividend is being paid as stated in previous press releases.

Finally, I have been getting many calls from shareholders wondering where their dividends are. Hey everyone, I just noticed on one of the Fight Network flyers that Fairtex is a sponsor (since the fairtex logo is on the flyer). Anyone that knows MMA or better yet Muay Thai, then you have heard of the Fairtex Camp. These guys produce some of the top Muay Thai fighters in the world.
Also, on top of the UFC/Pride/K-1 becoming US mainstream, I also found out that Jack Osbourne (yes that Jack) was also recording a reality show where he basically gets his azz into shape by traveling over to the Fairtex Camp in Thailand to train/prepare for his first Muay Thai fight.....and wins! Not sure yet when it will be released for viewing on TV.

Another tid-bit, for those who watched the "ultimate fighter" series, in one of the series the fighters were trained by one of the head trainers at the Fairtex camp in San Francisco. UFC---->Fairtex----->Fight Network.
Definitely the kind of MMA camp as well as equipment supplier you would want in your corner as a network channel with martial arts programming.

does anyone honestly think with even awesome news this will ever see .005 in its life the truth everyone please and not what we wish but what this really has the potential of doing. because lately these pennies are making me sick. like gzfx i thought this was gonna be the penny of the year now look everyone hates it now bkmp is what i am really looking at and for what i see right now it looks pretty good so i am just asking for some opinions on what the potential of the stock is.

And I'll assume that you know of Sandy's checkered past and I'll also assume they you believe that leopards do on occasion change their spots. Next I'll assume that you know that this company, as FCDH, terminated their filing requirements on what appears to be a fradulent amended 15-12G filing. I'll also assume that you are aware that the last reported a/s of the company is 10 billion shares and they have been in serious pump mode lately which tells me that those shares are being shoveled into the market. I assume that is the reason why the stock drifts down on glowing press releases. Lastly I'll assume that Rasica will refer to me as a MM Nazi Muffin as he is so fond of doing. It puts a humorous spin (in his own mind) on a potentially dangerous stock.

Don't be so quick to get discouraged. .005 may be a pipe dream until an American carrier comes but don't think this should discourage you.
Look at the volume today!!! There are a lot of people accumulating shares! (That is unless you think a ton of people are selling for a loss right after such news.) You gotta have a lot of momentum to take care of a float the size of BKMP's but it can happen and if things keep moving the way they are now it will happen.
Eventually the company will have to do something to take down the amount of shares outstanding to a more manageable level in order to keep positive gains during profit taking. .002 and perhaps even .003 are still more than possible right now with the right news.
I'm not saying don't sell and I'm not saying buy. I'm not in myself right now. I'm just saying this turkey ain't fried...it's still walking and may yet learn to fly.

Note... Upside's cautions have some merit. I haven't seen evidence in this stock yet to warrant them but the possibility is very real. And I bet he's right about Rasica's response too.
