If BKMP would of considered going into the hard-core porn movie business instead of the ridiculous "FIGHT NETWORK" B.S., then maybe BKMP would be at 50 cent PPS mark by now. JEERS for BKMP!

Somebody has to do the fight stuff. And we don't have to buy it if we don't want.
You could have started your own porn website and possibly raked the money. [Wink]

There are millions of rednecks and trailer-trolls who love this kind of stuff. This network is going to fly, and fly fast once it hits the U.S.

My concern is that another network will rip them off and get going in the U.S. before BKMP gets firmly rooted here.

TFN is going to go International. The hard part is done. They are up on the Sat. Spreading the virus is almost a flip of a switch. Those QBIDders thought the gay channel would be big. Gay channels cater to the blue states. TFN will be a coast to coast phenomenon. And once the US has it, it is just a matter of time before the UK, Australia and South Africa have it. Then Japan, South America, etc,..... Fighting has universal appeal. Not a lot of language barriers to keep it from being accessable. If you don't have patience, you should get out now. Cuz this is a 100,000,000k marathon.

Another difference between this and Q is that Q had to create original programming that fit the demographic. TFN just signs up groups that are already professionals in the sport.

I'm getting a little concerned here guys. I don't have any proof so I not saying it's happening but...consistent hits at .0004? On 500mil shares traded? I don't want to believe it but it is begining to look like there might be a real dilution problem here.

I still plan to pick up shares when the time is right as I think whatever the o/s...these guys get a US carrier and this is going to touch the sky. I am a little worried about the present though. Any thoughts as to how to find a reliable and current o/s to prove dilution isn't happening?

Q created a bunch of low budget public access quality shows that were personality driven. I would think it takes a bigger budget to set up enough cameras and crew to cover live action at a sporting event.

If there is dilution going on and people are trading with that info in mind, where are THEY getiing that info? Seems to me the word would get around. I don't think BKMP wants to lose the credibility that they have gained with their shareholders, by diluting the stock. There is WAY too much growth potential for this company on the contract end for them to wanna even focus on tampering with the stock. The stock can only go down if there are people willing to sell it short. The answers come from discovering who the people are that are selling it short on good PR, and finding out their motivation.

yes yor correct it would take nothing for a company like viacom to start there own and call it the fight channel.i am still long on this stock, but yes that could happen, and sometimes that is good because it builds awareness.

Viacom has their hands full with some the garbage channels that they have right now. TFN has exclusive contracts signed with specific events, even if another channel was created, the content would be different and diehard fight fans wouldn't need to choose one over the other, they buy both, like they get FSN AND ESPN. But all of this stuff is irrelevant to me anyway. I just wanna ride this pony until it is a full grown stallion and sell it for a profit. My break even is .003.

There was nothing better than MTV during the few years when it first came out. Nothing but bad ass 1980s videos. Now, MTV is corrupted with those horrible "reality TV" shows.

Just got the TFN monthly newsletter. Nothing really too new, but in case you guys have not signed up, here it is.

Hi Fight Fans,

Well, its official Fight Network is now available nationally in Canada on satellite thanks to our friends at Star Choice and you the fans who have been demanding the service. Fight Network can be found on channel 404 on the Star Choice system right NOW and will be in a Free Preview mode for the next two months so check it out. www.starchoice.com

Speaking of Free Preview's just a heads up to all you fans on the Rogers Digital Cable system (channel 427) that Free Preview ends on Feb 7th so don't delay call Rogers today to subscribe only $1.99 per month plus tax. www.rogers.com

While we are on the availability front just a heads up to all you fans who may not have Rogers or Star Choice as your current provider we are working on other deals so that everyone will get a chance to experience "All, Fights, All The time" what are we doing you ask to make this happen... well we have signed a deal with Cancom satellite service as of February 1st so in theory all Cable, Satellite and Telco providers across North America... yes North America can gain access to our signal. So if your provider is Not carrying Fight Network well call them again tell them this and tell them... you want to;"Get it On!"

Now on with programming updates... as you can see from our daily schedule found on our site we are always on the look out for more programming to keep things fresh and exciting for you the fans. This month we have added some new shows, specials and PPV events.

Starting things off will be the debut of NOAH wrestling on Fight Network. NOAH originates from Japan and features wrestling great Kenta Kobashi who has been named Wrestling Observer's Wrestler of the Year three years running.

On the boxing front we have picked up the rights to a very interesting special that originally aired back in the 70's and made its debut as a closed circuit event called... "Superfight" a computer generated "Fight of the Century" between Muhammad Ali and Rocky Marciano where a "computer" decided who would win this battle of all time greats. Not only do we have the event but we also we be airing the accompanying documentary on how this show was made.

On the MMA front this month we have something a little different as The Fight Network has obtained the PPV rights for Canada to present on Viewers Choice starting February 4th Rumble on the Rock 8 from Hawaii featuring the first round of the 8 man welter weight tournament. Check out www.viewerschoice.ca for more details.

That’s all for this month. Thank you for your time, and do check out the rest of this newsletter for more news, contests and special offers.

Kind Regards,

Mike Garrow
President & C.E.O.
The Fight Network Inc.

With Colorado's natural-gas drilling activity booming and a shortage of equipment, a local businessman wants to import Russian rigs.

More than 80 drilling rigs are pumping in Colorado, but there's demand for 200, especially in the Piceance Basin of northwestern Colorado, said John Works, managing director of Emerging Markets Finance International in Denver.

High oil and gas prices worldwide are driving demand. Related Pictures

Works said he plans to import newly built rigs to Colorado from Uralmash, a Moscow equipment maker, and sell or lease them to U.S. companies. The most popular rigs sell for between $8 million and $10 million. Lease rates can run up to $12,000 a day, Works said.

To me it shows that 175,000,000 more shares were sold during the day and that they did not post until after the trading closed for the day.

I believe this information should have been shown to the public during trading hours. In turn I noticed that the volume increased to about 687 million shares and the ask went to .0007.

Okay Rasica, I know I'm going to regret asking this... But what does this have to do with BKMP? Excuse my ignorance if it's obvious and I just don't get it.

kilerb---> Okay Rasica, I know I'm going to regret asking this... But what does this have to do with BKMP? Excuse my ignorance if it's obvious and I just don't get it.

Answer---> FCDH/BKMP dispersed a 'windfall' to their shareholders via 'restricted shares' they recieved from SNYY for Kachina Gold & Terra Block. SNYY merged into Amerossi Energy symbol AMSN. As FCDH/BKMP shareholders we wait for 1 year before the 'restricted shares' can be cashed in.

The above post shows the activity Amerossi is engaging in to increase the value of our 'restricted shares'. [Wink]

FCDH Gave divi to shareholders 6:1 of SNYY (Restricted for 1 year)
FCDH changed name to BKMP
SNYY changed to AMRN
The pps in one year affects the BKMP divi value.

Help me out guys....This is it in a nut shell, correct?

Other than "The pps in one year affects the BKMP divi value" part, (which I don't understand the point) everything seems to be factual.

Ahhh, cool deal... Good Divi! I wish I had as many shares of BKMP then that I do now. I still had like 2.5 million then, but this would've been way nicer.
