the office (trajectory, tfn or anyone else using 300 park av 17 fl) in nyc is owned & managed by an office-rental place. so they may have a virtual office there, just a mailbox, or an answering service... or they may be renting a suite. no way of knowing.
[i]Located on prestigious Park Avenue across the street from the famous Waldorf Astoria, the 300 Park Center Center occupies the entire 17th floor, offering wonderful views of mid-town Manhattan. The center is surrounded by five-star restaurants and is just a short walk from Saks Fifth Avenue and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Travelers arriving in New York City will find their productivity enhanced given the desirable proximity to Grand Central Station. The center amenities include friendly, professional support staff, three meeting rooms seating up to 12 and videoconferencing capabilities.[/b]

Interesting. According to Trajectory Sports it hired ABC regional sales to push the company. Not too shabby, if it's true and if it's ABC regional sales that is actually a part of the ABC network. Maybe that's where we should be looking. I think Monday I'll call ABC and find out.

I'll tell you what else is interesting in a funny kind of a way. One minute we're hoping TFN becomes a household name in the world of martial arts, the next minute.. given what's happening with the dividends.. we're hoping they find oil in Russia. Go figure.

SNYY also owns a chunk of Kachina Gold and Terra Block. So hope for gold discoveries and Terra block contracts as well.

There was something posted here awhile back about the procedure. All kidding aside, it's not risky and/or dangerous. That was funny. But it did seem rather complicated. However, throughout the course of the year I'm sure that will be broken down again and again.

As for ABC Regional Sports Sales, please don't get me wrong. That is a VERY good thing. Primarily, it reps.. something like Telerep for local TV stations.. selling local time to national advertisers. Only in this case specializing in sports.
Most TV stations at the local level hire reps to sell their TV station in NYC to national advertisers.. but, at a cheaper rate than if it were advertising on the network. In fact, a good deal of their profits are made like that.
You need three things to make this company a whopping success:
1. Exposure (I think most of us feel that is only a matter of time.)
2. Audience (Again, I believe most of us feel the audience is there - ergo - we need the exposure.)
3. Commercials (You can have number one and number two coming out the wazoo.. but without commercials ain't nobody making any money. But, given number 1 and number 2.. once you have those.. advertisiers buy, buy and buy!)
And that is where those left standing in this company will really clean-up.
We all want this puppy to run like crazy and make us rich, but in the competitive world of television it doesn't happen overnight.
That said, it only takes one US outlet for this thing to catch on quicker than a California brush fire.
For those of you in CA.. there's nothing mean intended there. lol
In short, let's say the company finds an outlet in real small town USA. It does well. TV and Cable execs.. kind of like us playing the pennies.. will know about that success, literally, overnight. Again, it can.. and does happen that fast.
Good fortunes to all!!!

I don't think it is a scam, and I am excited by the unacknowledged evidence that another carrier has been found. However, there are still plenty of ways that the company can manipulate pps to the detriment of the shareholders without sacrificing the forward movement of the company.

Somebody who doesn't care about shareholders would not give away that hefty divi(I, personally, would have held without it), talk about a billion share buy back, and say that there are no planned R/S's. I can't see him doing a "QBID" to the O/S unless the US contracts don't pan out. But, hey, I could just be drinking too much BKMP "cool-aid."

I agree Max. Why would Sandy go through all this if it was a Scam. He could have kept the divi and retired himself in a year. The potential this stock has is the best I have seen in sub-penny land. When the U.S. carriers are anounced and TFN AND the Waggering Channel are in most households in the U.S....BOOMMMMMM, the pps will be far, far higher than most people think.

With Colorado's natural-gas drilling activity booming and a shortage of equipment, a local businessman wants to import Russian rigs.
More than 80 drilling rigs are pumping in Colorado, but there's demand for 200, especially in the Piceance Basin of northwestern Colorado, said John Works, managing director of Emerging Markets Finance International in Denver.
High oil and gas prices worldwide are driving demand. Related Pictures

Works said he plans to import newly built rigs to Colorado from Uralmash, a Moscow equipment maker, and sell or lease them to U.S. companies. The most popular rigs sell for between $8 million and $10 million. Lease rates can run up to $12,000 a day, Works said. http://rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=28949
