Listen...If the pps skyrockets through the roof...Why would you think that they would still buy back a billion shares. That is ridiculous to think that any company would do that. I sure would'nt. They have most likely already began the buy back. They sure will not announce it...then the pps would go up and it would cost them more money. Am I even close with this?

Jelly; Very easy. When I was little my mother said. That I must have a tape worm for as much as I ate. Because I never gained any weight.

Staying off topic. My brothers which are all older than me. Hate to see me come visit. As they all married local girls from a small town and I remember every thing they did with them and other girls in school. They would tell little brother everything. Plus being little brother their girl friends at that time would want to talk to me about them. I have a very good memory and love to talk about the old days.
I am going to visit them again this summer. I can't wait.

Interesting.

And sounds like you're planning to be very fresh. They must be so excited. LOL Go get 'em. I'm sure they got you good, being the youngest for long enough.

Yes they did. They deserve everything they get. As in the movie Predator "it's pay back time."

Andrew "Why would you think that they would still buy back a billion" I hope I did not imply that they would buy back shares at any price. I do not think they will buy back any at any price.
-----------------------------------------------
Now you are 100% correct. Buy back as low as you can. But you must ask yourself one question. Why would they if planning on buying back stock. Put out any PR's that would cause the price to go up. I sure would not. When you can buy it at .0003 why pay .001. IMO they will never buy 1B shares back.

Do not get me wrong. I still think that this stock is a good play. But one must keep a clear mind on how to play it and keep the facts as straight as one can.

Sounds very reasonable Andrew. I also think it lets the shareholder know that dilution is inconsistent with his plans for BKMP. Now if the pps does sky rocket, BKMP cash increase should be commensurate. Therefore, Sandy at his discretion, may tighten up the overall O/S via any sell offs on the way up.

Releasing this information simply says, no dilution and later may decrease O/S, thus increasing share holder confidence. This also says to the MMs, I'm watching closely all the way!!

Tape, here is O/S information from pinksheets.com

Outstanding Shares: 2,530,142,699 as of 2005-10-26

Float: 1,600,000,000 as of 2005-10-26

The 4 billion number you saw was in a post back when people were wondering if Mr. Winick had sold a majority of the 1.5 billion shares the company was reported to have held in September. That was all stirred up by the Form 4 if you will remember.

The company holds the 1.5 billion shares to insure a majority ownership...they are not in play. So the o/s would be 2.5 billion shares.

I agree with most posting here. The buy back should be considered mostly B/S. Common tactic to keep interest in the stock. Not a shady move unless they would have sold stock after announcing, which they did not as far as I can tell. Just a delaying tactic until the next part of the plan is implemented.

During November and December 2001, a trader then associated with Vfinance
assisted a stock promoter in manipulating the market for Gateway International Holdings, Inc.
("Gateway") stock, without the knowledge of Vfinance. During the relevant period, Gateway
was a shell company known as Gourmet Gifts, Inc., with no reported significant operations,
assets, or revenues. Gateway’s stock was quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board (a quotation service
operated by the NASD).

vFinance Investments, Inc. (CRD #44962, Boca Raton, Florida) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent in which the firm was censured and fined $17,500. Without admitting or denying the allegations, the firm consented to the described sanctions and to the entry of findings that it executed short-sale transactions in a NNM security and failed to report each of these transactions to the Automated Confirmation Transaction Service (ACTSM) with a short-sale modifier. The findings stated that the firm executed short-sale orders in NNM securities and failed to make an affirmative determination prior to executing such transactions. NASD also found that the firm executed short-sale transactions in NNM securities at or below the current inside bid when the current inside bid was below the preceding inside bid in the security. In addition, NASD determined that the firm's supervisory system did not provide for supervision reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations concerning short sales. The goon I am talking to at Etrade says he knows why they symbol hasn't changed to BKMP and where my divi's are, but he's not allowed to tell me why.

So now I'm back on hold, listening to this borderline porno music, and waiting for someone who is allowed to tell me what's going on...

No moaning or groaning... just the cheeseball music... it's really quite a tease if you ask me.

You don't want to switch to etrade. They are the third-world of online trading. They are a joke. I need to get out of this mess...

And I'm still onhold!!!

After being placed on hold-hell I emailed etrade early this week. Actually got two replies.. both of which said they'll get back to me. At least I didn't have to go out, wait in line for two hours, to get a 2-cent stamp.

I just got off the phone with my broker (Scottrade) and they have no information in their system about any dividend for FCDH/BKMP...I have a call into BKMP IR dept...hopefully they can clarify what is going on? Can anyone confirm they have received their dividends with any other broker?

Thanks!
