Timber, I stopped by my Scottrade office yesterday, and they had no info. The dude said the DTC would have to notify them. Then, we got the PR referencing the DTC, so I'm not worried. ST did say that, being a discount broker, they're always a day or two behind.

That's what I say about today! Every stock on my radar is depressed today except, of course, the one I WANT to drop. Not going to waste my time today. See you all tomorrow.

Yes IDWD. They are saying they are going to give out a divy. This has been going on now for 3 months. I have had my eye on it for a long time. The big question is can you trust them. They have been known to lie. IMO very dangerous play. But I am one who likes danger. Please do your homework before jumping into this one.

GWGO stock divy. Here is the lastest PR on it. Has been talking about it since Dec 05 as far as I can tell. Bid at .0004 and ask at .0005.

So is everyone waiting on the Divi's to sell off your BKMP shares? Is it confirmed that it's safe to sell and still get the SNYY shares?
I've been trying to wait until I see the SNYY shares in my account, but it seems to keep taking longer and longer and I'd like to play some other stocks.

For ever dollar that is taken from our pockets by unscrupulous hedge funds, we need one voice to speak out against it. For every share of stock that isn't delivered by a broker who has already spent the profits that he made on your transaction, we need an equal number of voices crying foul.
Call your broker, and demand delivery of your stock certificates. If he or she says that they can't deliver them to you, ask them why....and then make them put int in writing. Then forward those lame excuses to the SEC, and to your Congressman, and to Senator Richard Shelby. Force them to settle the trades, and deliver your stock. It really is that simple.
And then, call your Congressman every chance you get, or email them, or camp out on their front yard.

I continue to be surprised by all the concern over our divi's... they are worthless! When SNYY gets dumped into our accounts, it means nothing!
They can't be traded (until probably 2008 if ever), they add no true value to our portfolios, and they will not put any of us in legal posistion to begin daytrading.
Even when the restrictions get lifted, our SNYY shares will still virtually be meaningless because the PPS will self destruct when all of us flood the market with sell orders.

Doesn't mean you should just ignore the free coupons. They could be worthless next week or a year from now. Then again maybe they will be worth a penny.
This wasn't a buy just for the divi's but it's stupid to give them up, if they are there for the taking.

Hoping to re-enter at 6 or 7 next week......anyone think it will go lower? If there is a buyback I would assume no great news until it's complete.

I'm kinda stubborn.. and, no doubt stupid too, but when I said.. way back when.. that I was in this for the long haul I meant it. I know you can make bucks on this swinging in and out, but I just really don't have the time. At stake is not my house, or first born.. so, if I'm the last idiot standing, I will stand alone. Again, I believe in the company's potential. Could I swing in and out and give myself a better position -- obviosly. So, what's the point of all this? SNYY borders - IMHO - on being rediculous as a reason to have stayed in the first place. It is not worth anything now, and in all probability will not be worth anything a year from now. But good luck to all!
