Cmoney- I added the naz part subconciously. All my sources confirm HRVE is the target here, so I am assuming naz. Although Welch has backed off the NAZ talk as of late, so I dont know.
Hrve had some good news yesterday and is trading around .70 now. Welch's goal for MOTG in 2006 is .40. So put the two together and you are over a dollar. I think it is possible, but I do worry about the OS.
He's gonna have to give HRVE something big for that kind revenue, and I hope he's learned by now how to finance it in a better manner.
Watch UBSS struggle to be on top of the bid here. He is clearly the shorting m------f----er

katrina you're right UBSS struggling to be on top and FANC still on the ASK shorting IMO. If we didn't have ARCA to deal with I don't think they'd be shorting like that.

So when we aqcuire a Naz company, does that mean instant $1/pps or would we still be in danger of delisting because share price is below $1
C$
good question CMoney....i've wondered that too, no one seems to know what would happen. How could we just jump to 1$ with people holding 60M shares sub 0.10....everybody would surely sell and we'd fall like a rock....
in order to get on the naz we need to reverse split, welch said so himself

7.6M in volume and only up 7.25%...PPS at 0.037...unbelievable!!! Still in that range of 0.035-0.045 that we've been in now for an eternity. That 7.5M today makes what...about 40M in volume in like the last 15 days, and we are still in the 0.03's...and not only are we still in the 0.03's we are now on the SHO list...anybody that was watching today could see the UBSS and FANC are really working this. There is a reason that the T/A is gagged about realeasing the current O/S...anybody wanna take a quess ?

Congratulations to the 5 individuals that had gains in their stocks share price. Warped Mind and Mr Money had outstanding results. WM had a 72.3% increase while MM came in at 67%+. All subpenny stocks were in the RED for the period and six of the 9 that came in red were sub nickle stocks. I think these results just remind us how risky penny stocks can be. Thanks all for participating. I will be watching what stocks MM and WM follow. Ciao

trade04--welch has never said he would do a r/s. in fact, he has adamantly denied it every time I have brought it up, and I have brought it up several times.
he could be lying, but I wanted to make sure people knew he has never admitted to planning a r/s
bb--if ubss is accumulating, then why are they all over the ask? Why are they dropping the ask after buys are made? Where are all these cheap shares coming from?

Found this on the net. Describes a basher. I thought it was interesting.
A truth: IT IS EASIER TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO SELLING THAN IT IS TO INFORM PEOPLE INTO BUYING A STOCK.
It's easier to sell the stock and put the money into the bank for nervous people like the elderly and the Yuppie who needs college funds. THAT'S WHO THE PACK OF SHORTS PRAY ON AND DEPEND ON. They bet on a stock to go down-not up! Understand? And they have just as much money and risk as you. But they have the edge of fear, lies, falsehoods to post and pray on the nervous. Longs don't have that.
Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER BASH A BAD STOCK. Watch the board for stocks with no potential. They never have any bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are going upwards or have excellent potential to go up. Bashers get left behind, so they want to bring the price down.
Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of bad news. The basher will post this over and over again. The stupid basher will try to make the old news a bit fresher to try to fool you.
Lesson 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no positive comment they won't bash. They try to control the board. True longs may have to address the bashers or they will appear to the newbies as being the people with all the information.
Lesson 4: BASHERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a basher. The truth on startup companies is that many mistakes are made and losses happen. The basher will try to make you believe all startup companies make a profit, release financials every quarter and all aspects of the business run smoothly. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE BASHERS LIE TO YOU. Startup companies can go years without profits, financials and good business, this is the nature of the beast.
Lesson 5: The bashers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. That's why they make the statements they do.
Lesson 6: The bashers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. They can lie about information and you couldn't know the difference (unless you have done your assessment of the company and know the truth and facts).
Lesson 7: Bashers play on your lack of patience. YOU have held a penny stock for a while. You knew it will be a big penny stock someday, but the BASHER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN . That's when the basher is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the penny stock was to hold it for one year. The basher is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a basher as well. THE BASHER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW PARTNER TOO, to be able to get in at a great price. Posts: 1289 | Registered: Dec 2005

I hope whoever put out the description of a basher is getting some royalties from it. They'd be rich.

RB, ever hear the phrase "the check is in the mail"?
Kinda the same thing with MOTG. Who knows. We know that AW has submitted it to the auditors and that supposedly the auditors don't have a long list of revisions that need to be made... but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Let's just hope that it's on time this time. Not gonna be a great Q at all this time. Our next Q will be awesome though.

well I sold some at a big loss...only hold 1/3 of what I used too. Like warped said this Q isn't gonna be all that great, add that to the fact that we are now on the SHO list, ARCA is now parked at 0.044, we can't get the current o/s, we are getting higher volumes and the price is still dropping - allready 1M volume today.
rule #?..never fall in love with a stock right. When we had 10M in volume and only went up like 14% (our highest volume at a level we'd been trading in for weeks) and the 7M+ trading day we just had a few days ago and barely went up...these were signs to get out IMO.
Yes you can believe in a company, but you also have to follow the signs.

i AGREE its true he said no rs in the near future. i have the emails to prove it. then he said rs would only be used to get on a larger exchange. then i replied, if there is no rs anytime soon, does that mean we wont be on the nasdaq anytime soon? basically this was said mmm I think decemberish...

Energy Vision International Subsidiary, American Geothermal, Receives $70,000.00 Order for the DeMarco Energy Miser Geothermal System
OXFORD, Miss., Feb 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Energy Vision International (formerly DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc.) (Pink Sheets:DMES) announced today its subsidiary, American Geothermal, received an order to supply and install additional DeMarco geothermal systems at "The Island on Lake Travis" project.
"The Island on the Lake Travis" comprises 212 luxury apartments in a prestigious location overlooking Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. The complex was originally constructed in 1987 and fitted with geothermal systems using Lake Travis as the heat source and heat-sink. The condominiums are undergoing a complete refurbishment, and American Geothermal has been awarded the contract to initially replace 80 existing units.
The new owners of these condominiums will enjoy the benefit of lower heating and cooling bills by up to 70% versus traditional HVAC systems.
Victor DeMarco, CEO of American Geothermal commented, "It speaks volumes about geothermal heating and cooling systems that after 18 years of operation, The Island chose to continue on into the future with the technology."
Anthony Welch, Chairman of Energy Vision International, added, "This is excellent news. We expect a significant amount of positive marketing feedback from this prestigious site. We are confident the new owners of these apartments will serve as an important source of referral business after they experience the many benefits associated with using DeMarco Energy Miser Geothermal technology."
The company is on a rapid growth path, and shareholders can expect a series of regular updates of our continuing accomplishments. The EVI goal is simple: to be an international leader in energy solutions. EVI's current subsidiaries and growing operations, combined with its patented, market proven technologies, have created strong impetus toward these objectives already.
Stockholders can expect regular updates on EVI's rapid progress and projected revenues and earnings for 2006.
About the Company
Energy Vision International grows through energy-related acquisitions, marketing its patented geothermal water-air heating/cooling systems, and sales of energy conservation solutions. The company has two subsidiaries at present with plans for more. The company's subsidiary, DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. (http://www.demarcoenergy.com), has geothermal installations in Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, Montana, South Dakota, Mississippi, California and Texas. EVI's primary focus is to provide energy efficient technologies to commercial and institutional markets through the application of the DeMarco 'Systems' patents and other acquired technologies.

Up 67%, It's amazing what a PR can do. Lately it seems that all other stocks PR's are outdoing ours. Why can't we have that kind of increase in one day.

nystateofmind: Yes, this is an MOTG thread, but Anthony Welch is also chairman of Energy Vision International (DMES) and there are people here with interests in both companies. Coincidentally, DMES news is usually released under the MOTG ticker as well.

MOTG owns a $1.5MM Convertible Debenture in DeMarco and has rights to all of DeMarcošs patents and technology under the terms of the debenture. Demarco Energy Systems is a public company (Symbol: DMES) that manufactures energy saving geothermal heating and cooling systems for which it owns the patents. The company has a HVAC filter-replacement service division currently expanding throughout the U.S.A. with new distributors. Modern Technology Corp owns an asset of $1.5MM of debt in DMES in the form of a Convertible Debenture and is assisting the company with marketing, financing, product development, sales growth, and providing management assistance for operations.
This is why DMES news is released by MOTG.
