Judging from emich's post back when we were picked up by Lebed, there is roughly a week and half left on the contract. Anyone else feel like we didn't get our $15,000 worth?

I really don't know. I just put in a buy order at .033 and it got filled. Those low orders seemed to get filled in the early mornings.

oh lebed screwed anthony there is no doubt about that...the reason being is because it was cash and not stock...had it been stock trust me lebed would have been out their with pom poms on...the problem though is lebed wanted 750k non restricted shares ...that's alot to give someone...so if lebed got motg to say .10 he would walk away with 75k instead of 15k...that's a big difference...lebed did get people to watch motg the problem is that nothing has come out..i mean you can't expect this stock to move up just because...you have a 800 pound gorrila caled ajw that converts shares like the wind blows...anytime we look like we are moving up there they are the step uncle at the family party nobody wants there and nobody wants to acknowledge...but ajw is there and they are a monster...big buyer was right...got to give it to him...unless anthony comes out and redoes the financing or gets that aquisition done we will go to a penny because the dilluiton is going to be ridiculous...the 76million shares that they registered is to pay fot the 1.5cd that was lent to demarco convient isn't it we get dilluted while anthony's other company get 1.5mil...oh wait thats right we could get shares at .006...so they have approx. 3.5mil in debt that they have to pay yet at current shareprice that is well over 100mil shares...anyone expecting profits from img or sc to pay the bill is crazy they aren't going to pay for the loan that bought them out..

I know what anthony was trying to do and what he thought would happen. He assumed that by aquiring these companies IMG and SC and H-net people would just buy the company the shareprice would go up and the dilluiton would be minimal..We had an os of 31million when I bought this. We were at .085 and doing well and then the financials were late. Bam the stock tumbles than the aquisition doesn't get done until late december so the momentum is gone. plus tax loss selling coupled by ajw this stock was toast....I still think this could run but my days of thinking we will ever see more than .10 are gone. Even if hrve does come through they are struggling themselves. Plus hrve ain't free. The promotion done by anthony has been horrible honestly I am not sure what he does all day. He thinks by answering shareholders emails all day that that is going to get the price up. I offered him solutions. I gave him links to ir firms gave phone numbers to people. Nothing....he hired lebed. Ok better than nothing. But now what. If they do aquire hrve the debt on this company will be huge how they going to pay it off they will have to pay it off with shares...this is why i will never buy a stock like this again....

yeah I do thanx....i don't think that anyone here isn't thinking that though in the back of there head we are all hoping this works out. AW still thinks that way emich. Unfortunately while he's waiting for people to buy AJW is diluting the *#$%^ out of this. I lightened up after the Lebed fiasco, but still have some in my IRA. Maybe we'll get back over .04 someday.

Boy is this board down in the dumps. Seeing that I am not the cheerleading type, I will just say that sometime in the next three months this stock has to run at least once, if not more.
The mms who have been loading up in the threes and fours are gonna wanna make money. Maybe it won't be until the June Q, but I gotta believe we will get back in the 8s/9s sooner or later.
I know that sucks for people who wanted to make a quick buck, and it certainly sucks for those of us who bought back in the 7s and 8s. But that seems to be the scenario for now.
Redelmo said there was supossed to be a contract announcement on the 17th. Since nothing else he has "predicted" has come to light, I wont hold my breath.
I urge you all to write to welch and tell him how important it is for the Q to be on time. We cannot afford another "e".

Ok guys i don't know why people are down on this stock...we're in a slow uptrend ever since January...Higher Lows...check out the waves and draw a line where the lows are...we're going upwards!!
I just heard back from Welch regarding the Q. He says he has the final draft on his desk now which he says is "clean". He will re-send it to the auditors tomorrow morning for their final review.
He also said the auditor had fewer questions this time, and that he anticipates it going smoothly.
So I'd say we should be looking pretty good for Monday. Kat

Interesting, looking at HRVE and MOTG's charts side by side...
Anyone else find those February volume spikes interesting? (other than the fact that MOTG went down afterward and HRVE went up lol)

With the addition of the shares I added the other day, I now own the largest position I've owned, thus far, in MOTG. Still a far cry from some of you guys, but I'm pretty confident that we'll see a rise in the PPS in the near future (read prior to June Quarterly results).

I've managed to average down to roughly .042. Tough to tell since I sold and repurchased half my position the past couple of weeks.

Did Anthony express any other feelings in the tone of his reply to you? In other words, did he sound excited about the results in the Q or could you not tell. Should we expect any surprises? I'm curious as to how Sound City's Christmas sales added to our bottom line. While I'm confident that we are still going to show a loss, I'd really like to see those sales revenues up.

Bin- I didn't ask him, beacuse I knew he wouldn't tell me--he would have said insider info for sure on that.
He didnt say anything about upcoming prs or "somethings coming", as he sometimes does, so I am not expecting anything great with this q.
Al and I were talking about the q this morning. We are figuring between 2-2.5 mil from sound city if we are lucky. 3 mil would be great.
The other thing about this q is that it will show the cost of the INm acquisition, but I don't think it will show any of Inm revenue. So we will still be taking an overall loss, I'm sure.
Meanwhile, the MMS are taking the opportinuty to run this down before the q.
A little off topic, but hrve has been very quiet today, with almost no sales and only a few buys. Every once in a while, ubss comes on to buy. I find it very interesting that UBSS came to MOTG and HRVE at the same time, and has been accumulating both.
