Relax and enjoy the ride.

On February 15, we'll "see .15 soon."

All with a grain of salt BB, all with a grain of salt.

Now in true BB fashion he will either, 1.) Post that he will never post again; or more likely 2.)respond by telling me I am Kat and Whole Health Girl.

Just gotta love the guy! Who wants to join the club?! [Big Grin]

I think there's a lot we can do to help spread the word about MOTG. But that's not the only way we can help the stock. Holding our shares, effectively decreasing the float, will help this puppy run when the volume comes in that drives it up.

GL to all longs, here's hoping for an end to dilution soon and a grrrreat pr tomorrow!

Not Looking too Shabby with Your Family These Days are we? Hmmmmm

You are the only One that I know of that would REC a Penny stock under .010 That "ALL HAVE POTENTIAL OF DELISTING" too Your Family and Friends Back Home.

Sheeesh, Now that is a BOLD staement!

There are a few mistakes in your comments that need to be pointed out. Yes, it is possible that MOTG has been diluting these past few weeks. But it widely known that these shares are not coming from MOTG, they are conversions from MOTG's investors. So MOTG is not getting any richer by all this.

The other thing to remember is, our CEO owns 13,000,000 common shares of this stock. He is "THE" shareholder here. That is good news, and one of the reasons I am here. He is not going to do something that is bad for the stock because he is a shareholder.

He repeats time and time again in his pr's that MOTG has never performed a reverse merger. Welch himself has said he is not considering a reverse split. I trust that whatever path he takes to get us on the Nas, it will be the best for shareholders. He listens to shareholders and usually responds to emails the same day, and usaully within minutes. He's a smart guy, and would not build all this raport just to screw us over.

GLTY, glad to see you want to get back in [Smile]

Do You still feel Like You were write on this staement?

What Really makes me Laugh is the Fact You and a Few people on this Board "CLAIM" that the CEO "CHEIF EXCUTIVE OFFICER of a Public Traded company" Email's you Updates to what is Going on.

BUT Out of all of you, NONE of you expected this price decline.

But Yet all of you are the One's Bashing me. LMAO

When people make different predictions, one of them will always be right. I said the Steelers would win the Superbowl, my girlfriend said Seattle. Everyone can't be right. Basher's aren't always right and neither are pumpers. At least we finished at the ask. .03. Looking for a better week ahead. Maybe the 10-Q. [Roll Eyes]

((((Results of Operations:

For the six months ended December 31, 2005, the Registrant had total gross revenues of $3,120,624 as compared with total revenues of $0 for the six months period ended December 31, 2004.

For the six months ended December 31, 2005, the Registrant had gross margin of $908,633 as compared with $16,961 for the six months period ended December 31, 2004.

During the six months ended December 31, 2005, the Registrant had net loss applicable to common shareholders of $1,361,916, as compared with $96,897 for the six months ended December 31, 2004.

The net loss for the six months ended December 31, 2005 is attributable primarily to expenses incurred as part of our acquisition efforts and activities related to locating and securing new portfolio companies.

During the six months ended December 31, 2005, expenses amounted to $2,276,806, attributable mainly to general and administrative expenses of $1,292,465, officers' salaries of $92,700, other salaries of $674,381, net interest expenses of $95,225 and preferred stock dividends of $122,035. For the six months ended December 31, 2004, expenses amounted to $113,858 consisting of general and administrative expenses of $99,858 and officers' salaries of $14,000. General and administrative expenses for the six months ended December 31, 2004 can be attributed primarily to legal and accounting fees.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

The cash and cash equivalent balance of the Registrant was $731,517 and $ (8,123) as of December 31, 2005 and December 31,2004, respectively.

The Company has incurred substantial losses through December 31, 2005. Until such time that the Company's products and services can be successfully marketed, the Company will continue to need to fulfill working capital requirements through the sale of stock and/or the issuance of debt. The inability of the Company to continue its operations as a going concern would impact the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts.

The ability of the company to continue in existence is dependent on its having sufficient financial resources to bring products and services to market for marketplace acceptance. As a result of its significant losses, negative cash flows from operations, and accumulated deficits for the periods ending December 31, 2005, there is doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Management believes that its current available working capital, anticipated revenues, further planned reductions in operating expenses, and subsequent sales of stock and/or placement of debt instruments will be sufficient to meet its projected expenditures for a period of at least twelve months from December 31, 2005. )))))

As long as the PPS can hold out, we should be in good shape. There was a lot of support in the .03's, so I think if we can stick close to what we've been trading at, the next Quarterly should finally give the naysayers some proof that Welch does intend to make this company succeed.

Bigbuyer--I'm not going to go back and re-print all of your overblown negative comments. But you clearly bashed the hell out of this stock for months. And now you say you own 2 mil shares and that it's going to .15. That's the duplicity. Whatever, your credibilty is shot here.

I am in contact with AW nearly daily. I own a lot of this stock, and he knows that. I have posted many of his emails here, and I was the one to alert everyone to the increase in OS. (probably to my own financial detriment.) I don't pump and I don't lie, nor do I tell people what to do.

You are even crazier than I thought if you think I am a mechanic shop owner in texas, bubba's wife, a shrink in training, and a writer. Wow, I am a really well-rounded person.

I was holding this stock for a while.. I sold luckily before it got too bad.. In general this company has potential and could easily double from here but... with so many other stocks with better possibility why hold your money here? I was thinking of buying at .03 but why? Would be lucky to double money... Since I have left MOTG I have played CLBE, XKEM, and MSEP.. just waiting for MSEP to rise like the others... This stock has potential but I dont think people should think "long term" when playing penny stocks... just my 2 cents.

Who else are you up here BB? You must have a female handle and an old guy handle here as well, according to your self-revelation.

Big buyer--go to hell.

I think I can pretty much speak for the entire board when I say please stop posting here. You only bring discord and negtivity. Why don't you head on over to RB, where mudslinging/name calling is the sport de jour.

Sorry to others for the nastiness of this post, but I draw the line at being called a liar, or a basher, which is the implication of his last post.
I'm not going to defend myself anymore or respond to BB's posts. I suggest the rest of you follow and maybe he will finally, as promised, leave.

Katrina7,
I look to those with high ratings as being someone to trust but still understanding that we are not right all the time. I tend to put more credit into their input than someone with one star. I don't see many 5 star ratings. So he must be doing something right. Some people don't let others rate them so I don't know weather to trust their input. thanks

payup-most of the people on this board are honest, sincere folks trying to either make some extra cash or make a living daytrading.

many of us have been following this stock since November or before, so we have seen it all. We also police the board pretty well, and we call out bashers and pumpers.

But the stars don't mean everything. There are several people on the board who have lower ratings, but still contribute a lot. I would urge you to also look at the number of people that have rated a person. That tells a more complete story.

(Plus I'm secretly upset that Al has one more star than me! You hear that al! no fair.)

I wouldn't trust anyone who didn't let people rate them.

some of us can't leave our ratings on cuz when the group-grope folks register new aliases, they go after those who busted their scam(s). I turn mine on only via arrangement by PM...

You're right about "stars don't mean everything." You'll see some high ratings on folks who know very little, some on folks who "begged" and traded ratings like Halloween candy... You'll also see some very good traders with lower-than-stellar ratings simply cuz they don't candy-coat their responses.

Things to look for over time: honest, clear responses; admitting if they're wrong; general helpfulness; solid DD...lottsa good traders here

Katrina7,
3 stars is better than none, 3 better.
I don't care about having stars since I feel you all know more than me. I'm sure 99% are here to help eachother. This is my 1st board and if it works well, which it has for a little over a week, why go elsewhere. Hey, I'll see if I can nudge up your rating a little. Maybe someday you'll catch AL.

You hit the nail on the head.
And you spoke of scammers.
I think someone tried to scam me after I was on here only a few days. I won't give his handle cause if I was wrong then it would be slander.
