btw, MOTG's quarter ended today. Countdown to filing begins now It should have nice numbers, it will be the first Q in a while without the "extraordinary one-time cost associated with acquisitions" as I'm sure all the longs are used to hearing

FWIW, trying to find some positives, but lately it's hard to do. Looked at the technicals indicators to see if I could find something. Only indicators that looks promising are the MACD and the Stochastic indicators.

Regardless of what the technicals say, we should see a spike when 3rd quarter financials are released in a couple of weeks. As Al has stated, this will be the first time that all of the revenue from the acquisitions are added to the income statement and the one-time costs of those acquisitions have already been paid for in previous quarters.
From what I’m gathering, there are still a great number of conversions to take place so we should expect that. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about this, and I may be taking some off the table in hopes of getting in lower soon after.
Of course, I may change my mind if:
a) The financials are better than anticipated or b) There is additional news/rumor regarding the potential acquisition.
There is still a lot of upside potential for this stock. We have been beaten down by conversions since Fall, but have tested .024 resistance levels multiple times in recent days.
Welch released a PR on March 20th stating that he expects our quarterly revenue numbers to be a 300% increase over the same quarter last year. Welch has been implementing a cost-saving plan for all the subsidiaries since, at least, the beginning of the year. If his “synergistic” approach to cost-savings amongst the subsidiaries is working, we may even see a decrease in the amount of losses. Both of these things could be the catalyst we have been waiting for. That remains to be seen.
Getting the quarterly filed on time is of the utmost importance. For two consecutive quarters, Welch has failed to deliver the Quarterly on time and forced us to trade as MOTG(E). Along with the conversions, this DUNCE cap we have been forced to wear twice has really hurt our PPS. Welch needs to deliver the quarterly in a timely manner to reestablish his credibility and regain confidence amongst the shareholders.
This is all just my opinion and I wish everyone the best of luck.

MOTG needs news bad. We are losing the .024 support. Anyone contact the ceo or ir lately? I emailed both and cant get a response, which concerns me a little especially when MOTG is struggling to hold on to the mid .02s

Just a few things, the Q is expected in about 6 weeks, we have a long wait ahead still. And Welch has given us a number, $4.6m in revs I think was his expectation. If the market reacts well to the Q, I expect to get out as I am sick of sitting in this turkey. GLTY

Aldeberon,
I think we're all sick of waiting. What else can we do? GLTA

I still think we could use a new thread. Not too much useful information on the last several pages of this thread, makes it harder for new investors to look at. So, what does everyone think about making a new thread with aldeberon's DD post along with the 300% increase in revenue PR?
