Looks Like a Mexiacan standoff...lot of people cannot get any shares at .001. Looks like a lot of smoke and mirrors.

MMs and order filling... The way I understand it is; we open an order with our broker. He sends it to whichever MM they are dealing with at that moment. It is up to the MM to fill the order, let is sit or whatever. When it is filled, MMs have until the open the next day to report the sale on Level II. Legally, they have 3 days to cover the sale. In reality, many sales are never covered (NSS position) and become shifted between MMs to avoid settlement. MMs can also borrow shares from the DTCC through the Share Borrow Program which was designed to allow MMs to create liquidity in thinly traded stocks. MMs borrow these shares (which don't exist) and avoid settlement by trading the borrowed position with other MMs, thereby passing the buck and avoiding the pill. If they do this long enough, they depress the shareprice and the company is unable to raise funds and goes broke. NSS is negated at that point and MM walks away free and clear with 100% profit. It's the perfect crime.

MM's take heed... no matter how low you drop this
it will not affect the amount of dividends I get... unless I panic and sell because of your actions.
But that won't happen... I am not selling.
So you better cover all your short sales because in the next two trading days, you may have to buy back higher... and you know that. so do what you do best and then let the dogs out...

Anyone know what the time frame is, when we would hear if they get the US deal? Days, weeks, months?

The awesome thing about this is that a US deal isn't the only thing we are waiting on here. The company has made a commitment to a share buyback, there is a very real possibility that they have merged with another company, and we have the US deal as well.
Add to that the divi and the fact that this company is making statements nearly every day to stay on the radar...these guys have a plan that is being inacted.
Give it a few weeks. You can send me a black rose on Valentines Day if I'm wrong.

Finally got in at .0011. Had to sale a lot of shares of another company and that took all dang day. Tried to get in at .001. But after 3:15 decided to just settle for .0011 before it started going up.

I remembered the last time I bought a Canandian stock, it was MCZ... that didn't work out that well. I hope I see a rally soon with FCDH or I might have to boycott Canada...

IMO I will not understand if people are selling tomorrow. You have to be in tomorrow to get the divy. Now since I said that. Watch them sell it off. I would think all would be trying to jump in before tomorrow morning.

No, I think there will be a sell off after the divi. I also think that very soon after that the company will be ready to make an announcement that they have merged with Blackout Communications. I see a US deal shortly after that as well but perhaps I am going too far there.
If you can get in and get out of the divi and make a profit...good for you. Me...I think there is an Ace up Mr. Winick's sleeve that he's almost ready to pull out.
Off to do some last minute shopping, have a good day all. Tomorrow should be a VERY interesting day.
