Here are some things SSTY is suppose to be doing for GSFC
files a Form S-8 Registration Statement, it intends to apply for an OTCBB listing.
SSTY, in particular, intends to bring GSCC's technology to China, where SSTY has already developed significant relations with government and industry.
MY guess is they are going to announce a GSFC China contract the same time they announce TPID China contract, plus and this is a big hope SSTY will be uplisted at the same time
TPID and GSFC look to have a good future SSTY is in limbo yet

I think that the big news that was suppose to be announced. Was delayed due to the thing's that MCJA stated. I also think that once this stock is uplisted then I really think that the pps will take off hopefully. But of course they are still leaving us hanging around and not informing us on how the uplisting or the contracts are going.

(OTC Bulletin Board: TPDI - News), today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Mondex Capital, Inc., (MCI) whose parent Mondex® is a part of the MasterCard International (NYSE: MA - News) suite of smart card products. The terms of the agreement grant MCI the exclusive rights to utilize TPID's technology in Korea and Japan for an initial term of three years. The use is limited to the manufacture and distribution of credit cards and card-related services such as smart card products. The exclusivity is subject to performance minimums.
TPID will receive a royalty of 7.5% of the gross receipts received by MCI and its affiliates from sales utilizing the licensed technology and an up-front rights acquisition fee of US$100,000 (US$50,000 per country), which is not an advance against nor recoupable from royalties otherwise payable under the agreement.
TPID was granted exclusive rights to this technology under a Master License with Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC: SSTY - News), which has also approved this agreement.

This is the first revenue stream we have heard of since TPID has been formed. We should start to see a steady flow of news and contracts from them in August.
With that said, I big question is still the future of SSTY? Can they get this thing Uplisted or not?

I also think that if TPID does good in just this 1st quarter, SSTY will have a much better time getting uplisted. One month down, 2 to go and then 3 to 4 weeks for the report to come out. End of Oct will either be really good, or really bad

I have had a sell in for 4 months for 500K shares at .003 and has yet to be filled. I did get my TPID shares though. Maybe someday I can get out of this stock with a profit.
