LoL... These people like "imakenothing" "Duncan Donuts" and "Orange Tuna" are still bitter about their Enron "misfortunes".

JMR... Don't let these former ENRN faithfuls fool you. They've lost everything already and they are still bitter. WE at "SSTY" are the ones that have everything to gain. [Big Grin]

"Johnny Paycheck" once said, 'Take This Job and Shove It'! You can take that star and do the same thing with it. Free TPDI-USA shares over stars any day.

Oh I am not worried about them because I know that the industry that SSTY and all of the subsidaries that they are in are just in line for the future. I know one thing is that the growth in china is enormous. SSTY is doing all it takes to do business in china. It doesn't happend over night to become a multi-billion dollar business and that is what SSTY will be. So as long a China is still growning and RFID exist then I will be investing in this stock. So while you are siting back on a great opportunity you will be loosing out. Then all of the investors, invested in this stock will succeed while you are still whining about how bad this stock is. So just keep the whinning up and we will be the ones celebrating.

facts about this stock:

o/s : 4.5 billion
investigation: closed*

*SSTY would have already been slammed by the SEC, if the SEC had anything on SSTY in the first place. SSTY has not been charged with anything, and if they had been charged that information would be available to the public... it's been nearly one year since then and nothing has come up.

Up to 4.5 billion now? Impressive. And don't be so sure about the SEC's investigation. Take a look at the archives on their site. There's many companies that have been under investigation for well over a year.

Fox,

your points are valid, and that all I ask when someone chimes in and makes a statement that a stock is a POS or its going to fly. I hope SSTY can prove you wrong in the near future

Good luck to ya

I call it a POS based on its merits, there are none! Ive had this in my porfolio much to long and its just taking up space. Even tried to sell some a couple times.
The idea is fantastic, but all Cimo ever comes up with is more smoke, Where is the fire? At this point I rank this right along side HCCF or NCDP. Maybe something will happen, but Im not counting on it.

Duncan, imakemoney, UP, Fox

Looking at the cover of this stock and the fact that it is in the Gray's, I can see why you would think this stock is going t i t s up. Not many stocks can recover and with all the newbies they need to now all the facts

When you read the book and learn about the product you can see the sky is the limit if they can pull it off.

Following all the PR and checking Brand 315 who they have a joint venture with in China and verious other things, I now believe they are ready to provide what the book reads.

You can remain on the sidelines and watch this unfold. I believe we are in the final stages and soon SSTY will be back in the OTCBB

I make no PPS predictions, but for me personally I due put a time line on this (end of August)and I know that people have held this stock for along time (1 year for me)and that truly is fustrating.

Good luck to ya,

Got a request. Before you hit the "add reply" button, please read your post to make sure they make sense.

Not a real big deal on this thread, but I've been reading Raging Bull and StockHouse. OMG, some of those people have no idea how to type, read, or speak in full sentences. They got good info on them, but it is hard as hell to understand it sometimes.

Also, a few pages back I posted that if your not going to post about the stock don't post. Maybe I should have said, "Let's all be civil". If you want to cut the stock down, I guess that's fine. But to cut a person down that you only know from a stockboard, In my opinion only, it's wrong.

I'm pretty sure that I own more shares then anyone on here, to include DWE(where ever he is) and i'm the first one to say that right now the stock is a P.O.S. The stock, not the company. But right now, no one really knows what is going to happen. I truely believe that this stock will take off and I will retire shortly but this is only a guess and a want.

We all report what we have heard and our opinions. Just remember that just because you don't agree with them, doesn't mean you have to attack that person or call them names.

Only time will tell who is right or wrong, the so called bashers(who own stock) or the so called pumpers(who own stock) and I'm sure that in the end, we all want the so called pumpers to be right.

Again, just my opinion.

Well said!!!!! I wish someone could explain why this stock sold over a penny last summer and then again at the beginning of December and then all this news came out and the stock has done nothing but go down. I think thats what's pissing everyone off. The company has a great idea, but so has many others with other ideas and those companies have gone into the toilet. Has anyone addressed the possiblity of dilution. If this is the case, we could be in for problems.

This is what I'm talking about Blue. Who cares if DWE is RickSouthCa. That has nothing to do with this stock.

I have never see you post on this thread before and then all the sudden, you come on here cutting down people and not saying anything, good or bad, about this stock.

I do DD on stocks, not people because I'm on here for the stock, not the people.

Are you against this stock? If so, why? How many shares do you own and at what price? This is the stuff I want to know. It interest me what people have to say about SSTY/TPID weather it's good or bad. Make me understand why you hold the position on this stock that you do.

Kane, no position....I suggest to you that the two posters in question have serious liabilities in the trust department....It is the responsibilitie of all who participate within Allstocks to point these individuals out who persist in mis-leading behavior..I notice 2005 for you, by now you have seen plenty....The word on Allstocks now is no more dishonest pumpers.

Once cleaned up, we will all have a much more fluid board where we can work thru the required time and effort it takes to get a better idea about the companies without distraction..We are getting very close to that day..Then this kind of thing will stop.

I don't know what is going on with this stock. They really need to start pumping out contracts along with getting uplisted. Every time that I see this one still at the tenth of a cent mark it makes me want to bang my head. But I know if the company is doing everything that they are stating then they can become a very strong corporation.

Sure Trace Announces Plan to Spin Out Its Subsidiary Globe Staff Consulting to Sure Trace Shareholders
Thursday July 13, 1:44 pm ET

BAYONNE, France and PHILADELPHIA, July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC: SSTY - News) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to spin out its majority owned subsidiary, Globe Staff Consulting Corporation (Pink Sheets: GSFC - News), a homeland R&D security company focused on serving the transportation and homeland security industries. SSTY had previously announced that it was considering plans to effectuate a spin out through a dividend to its shareholders.

SSTY owns a majority of the shares of GSFC. SSTY's Board of Directors has approved the spin out of GSFC through the dividend of 100% of the SSTY owned shares of GSFC to all stockholders of SSTY on a pro rata basis. The dividend will be payable on a record date to be determined by the SSTY Board of Directors. The conversion ratio of SSTY shares to GSFC shares has not yet been determined by the Board of Directors. Further details will be released regarding the dates and percentages along with other pertinent information. Fractional shares of GSFC common stock will not be issued. The shares issued to SSTY shareholders shall be restricted. SSTY shareholders will retain their present shares in SSTY.

The Company intends that the dividend will be structured to qualify as a tax-free stock dividend to SSTY stockholders for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

Shortly after the dividend record date, SSTY will mail an information statement to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on the record date. The information statement will include information regarding the dividend and the business and management of GSFC following the distribution. In addition, SSTY and GSFC intend to file important information related to the spin out, including this release, with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K.

About Globe Staff Consulting Corporation

Globe Staff Consulting Corporation is a subsidiary of Sure Trace Security Corporation. GSFC is one of France's leaders in the field of wireless security communications. GSFC has partnerships with Orange, French Telecom and Thales. The Company was formed for the purpose of selling and distributing wireless security communications services and is focusing on tracking, tracing and geolocalization of products and people. The company has developed a mix of security tracking services targeting businesses, governments and consumers. Our technology assists our customers to be informed in real time of the exact location of products or people with 2-way communication, and can be customized to meet additional client requirements. GSFC's innovative product and service offerings provide the best advantages to customers, including the smallest tracking modules with GSM and GPS dual capability, innovative specialty cellular phone models, and data capability, all hosted on an ASP server platform.

Overview of Technology

eGeocardio

eGeocardio allows scientists to track the heart rate of people or animals. The integrated cardiometry is displayed with graphics and alerts on computers. eGeocardio first appeared at the 2004 Tour de France to monitor the cyclists. It was utilized by teams, trainers and television broadcasters to monitor the cyclists' performances. Our next version of eGeocardio, which has been advanced to the prototype stage, will include a GSM/GPRS/GPS module which will allow managers and fans to follow the progress of people or animals in real time including location, speed, and altitude. Over the coming weeks and months, Globe Staff will detail additional applications and developments of its groundbreaking technology in cardio-monitoring as well as in elder care, child safety, and law enforcement.

SIM TRACE V4X ACCEL

This device is able to detect and analyze 3-D movements with our new 3-axes(X, Y, Z)-integrated accelerometer. Through the device, we can detect, for example, the existence of a person's bodily movement and breathing rate. Limited or no movement or breathing can automatically cause the device to send appropriate data to the control center equipped with devices such as a laptop computer, server, cell phone or PDA. The type of data to be collected and transmitted may include the following: acceleration, shock intensity, map localization, GPS/GSM/goniometric, temperature, heart rate, etc. The next version will integrate a miniaturized camera.

Tag and Track

The "Tag and Track" system will provide a flexible, rapidly deployable assisted-GPS/GSM location-based service including an innovative integrated RFID technology that enables a wide array of customizable applications. The technology locates and/or tracks vehicles, objects, assets or people. Our customers will deploy a portable receiver or reader devices network, whether inside or outside a building, which will be used to pick up the signal transmitted by our "Tag and Track" Tracker with its integrated RFID Tag. The device is about the size of a cell phone. This system was originally conceived/developed on a Special Police Forces request from the French Ministry of the Interior. RFID chips don't have their own energy source; they are passive. They emit a signal when specific frequencies of radio energy are used to "paint" them. RFIDs contain tiny antennas that receive the RF energy and then re-radiate their encoded information. The Company's RFID chip will be a miniaturized, implantable radio frequency identification device that has the potential to be used in a variety of security, financial, and other applications. It is smaller than a grain of rice; the encoded information is captured by briefly passing a proprietary scanner or passing through any receivers.

This is definately a good thing for us. More free shares. I just hope it does not delay the uplisting of SSTY. That should still be there main focus after this is done.

It's the latest trend in pump and dump stocks. Spin off shares that are never going to be worth anything, the pps of the issuing company goes up and the insiders sell into the rise. It happened with CMKX, JPHC, PRRM, and countless others. It's a sure sign of a scam.

This was posted on Stockhouse by a person that goes by the name: PRYBAR

SUBJECT: Cimino said

'Do not expect uplisting for a couple of months.' Think October.

I'm thinking this is what we've all kind of been thinking all along. Sooner would be better, but come the end of October and it still hasn't happened, then the real red flags will be thrown up.

That sure does s u ck

October 1st would be the end of the 1st quarter for TPID

Maybe they think that would be the best time

They should be giving an update on this, instead we have to hear it from a third party

which may or may not be true

So I do have to say that I like the fact that this board is quiet. I've been reading RB and they post stuff like every 10 sec. It's annoying as hell because half the time they are not posting anything relavent(sp?) to SSTY.

I hope everyone is trying like heck to keep your heads up. I know it's tough, but I'm sure in the near furture (no proof) things will begin to brightn up. At least I hope so because I need a vacation just from the stress this stock is giving me..... lol
