Three Star General WarpedMind walks onto the dark auditorium stage. A spotlight shines on him, as the audience settles in their seats...
"Be seated.
I want you to remember that no trader ever won a stock play by sell his stock early. He won it by making the other poor, dumb trader sell his stock early.
Men, all this stuff you've heard about traders not wanting to play the pennies, wanting to stay out of the OTCBB is a lot of horse dung. MOTG Traders, traditionally, love to trade. All real traders love to watch the Rally Monkey dance.
When you were kids you all admired the champion marble shooter, the fastest runner, big league ball player, toughest boxer. MOTG Traders love a winner and will not tolerate a loser. MOTG Traders play to win all the time. I wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man who lost and laughed. That's why MOTG Traders have never lost and will never lose a trade, because the very thought of losing is hateful to MOTG Traders.
Now, the MOTG shareholders are a team. It lives, eats, sleeps, fights as a team. This individuality stuff is a bunch of crap. The bilious bashers who wrote that stuff about individuality for the Raging Bull don't know anything more about real trading than they do about fornicating.
Now we have the finest chocolates, whips, metros, and the best darn triangle player in the world. You know, by golly I, I actually pity those poor market makers we're going up against, by golly, I do. We're not just going to shoot the stupid MMs; we're going to cut out their living guts and use them to grease the treads of our gas guzzling Hummers. We're going to murder those lousy NITE scum suckers by the bushel.
Now, some of you boys, I know are wondering whether or not you'll chicken out under the MM shakedowns. Don't worry about that. I can assure you that you will all do your duty.
The Market Makers are the enemy. Wade into them. Spill their blood. Shoot them in the belly. When you put your hand into a bunch a goo that a moment before was your best friend's face, you'll know what to do.
Now there's another thing I want you to remember: I don't want to get any messages that we are holding our position. We're not holding anything. Let the QBID traders do that. We are advancing constantly and we're not interested into holding onto anything except the enemy. We're going to hold onto him by the nose and we're going to kick him in the ass. We're going to kick the hell out of him all the time and we're going to go through him like crap through a goose.
Now, there's one thing that you men will be able to say when you get back home. And you may thank God for it. Thirty years from now when you're sitting around your fireside with your grandson on your knee, and he asks you what did you do in the great MOTG run to NASDAQ? You won't have to say, "Well, I shoveled poop in Louisiana. "
Alright, now you MOTG Traders, you know how I feel. I will be proud to lead you wonderful guys into this stock play anytime, anywhere.
That's all."

I don't expect anything but fluff (to give traders something to chew on while they wait) until our big deals are done. Being done by New Year's is possible, but not probable. Let's just hope this baby keeps going for a little while.

I won't be happy until we reach back to .09 at least.
All of this pain was because of our diligent and efficient 'auditors', who did everything to delay the filings, gave the sb2 owners a chance to dilute, and allowed the shorts to escape unscathed.
Welch must dump these snails before the next q.

By far my favorite part of your post Warped:

No new money is coming in because Welch lost confidence to some investors, thanks to the eternal delays in filings.
I pointed this problem several times in RB. Welch tries to run before he can walk. It is not time to think about Nasdaq. Getting timely filings is more important than impressing the Nasdaq board.

caym, I agree with you that some investors have lost some confidence. HOWEVER.....you must begin ANY project in life with then end in mind. You must at least think about where you ultimately want to be, and coordinate all your efforts to get there. That doesn't mean that you can jump to your feet and immediately run, but if you're not thinking "How is walking going to help me to run" then you'll never get there. There will always be set-backs. That happens all the time. But if you look at the overall picture, I think that Welch is putting all the pieces together as well as he can.

This has Nothin to do with the late filings. 2 late filings and NO News and over 10 million added to the float only Brought this stock back to where I bought it orginaly.
You really need to research this company more.

I agree with you on your approach, but unfortunately, if others don't think that way, the shares still suffer.
I hope Welch can pull all this together soon, so that the people who don't have foresight can see something tangible. I believe Welch is doing all he can... and if you think about, he's really doing an incredible job. With this acquisition and others in the near future, as well as taking care of other companies such as DMES, I'm starting to wonder if he ever sleeps! We can be very critical, but it is one tough job he's running.
I hope our support builds back up soon.

My take. Hmmm Well. First you have more MM'S comming on this BID to accumalate. This stock is up 25% today with more volume this a.m. then there is ussual in a hole day. I beleive this will be a gradual Rise Up, Stopping people from Day trading it.
This Biggest Increase will come when they annouse there intention on who they merge with to get listen on the Nasdaq. If this thing just ran up 100% too 300% in 1 day, How many people will be Holding? Not many. IMO
Just Look at the Float. Very small, in comparsion to other stocks. This will be a gradual move up. IMO.

You also have to take into consideration that this is a relatively new company. It's not very well known yet. I emphasize YET.
There are a lot of us here who are in for the long haul, and have been spending time developing our positions. A good majority of us are out of money and can't spawn new buying (or are waiting for Ameritard to clear our ACH's!).
It will take time for everything that is in the pipeline to unfold and deliver the picture that Welch has painted for us. If you're here for quick, fast runups, then best of luck. If you have the conviction to hold onto your shares, you will be rewarded in the long run.
IMO, I think we'll only see small gains until:
1) We show positive EPS on an SEC filing 2) An announcement is made with precise plans for listing on a major exchange 3) Warped uses NITE as thread grease
I believe Welch is doing a fantastic job. In only 1 short year, he has delivered us three companies with a total of over 20M in revenues. At the same time he has mangaged to keep the O/S count to an absolute minimum.
Next year is going to be HUGE for MOTG.
Patience is key on this one, people. Mr. Welch has been very busy lining things up. Empires are not built overnight.
NO news is DIRECTLY related to the late filings. Because no news would do any good while this company had the E at its end.
No. Now you are intentionaly Holding back News because of the late filings, which is wrong. They closed the deal after the e came off. They only put a down payment down on InMARK When the E was On.
If they were holding back news because of the E then you would have seen a FLURRY of news comming out on this stock.
No. It is a GRADUAL MOVE UP. Welch is thinking Big and he wants to do the right thing. Other then Filing late I havn't seen a mistake on his part yet. Good acquisitions a good start plan and will see what comes. IMO
