bond I think you are right. They better be getting the companies audited BEFORE they purchase them...they also better have a good system in place to keep everything current so that we don't get delisted from the OTC:BB once we get listed......whenver that is!

The sells at .029 confuse me, did people miss the memo about the buyback at .03?!?!

SpecialK, my guess is stupid, impatient or lazy. Let's say you buy at .029 get your certificate and send to PBLS for the .03 buyback and it takes even 3 months to get your check from the time you bought at .029. That's still a 3% per quarter return or 12% annualized, double the rate of any bank CD out there today but why settle for that when you will likely get a much higher return. Buying at .029 is an absolute no-brainer.

I doubt anyone could buy at 29....my guess would be the MM's will be the only ones getting the guaranteed return...just a guess tho.
River rat...my co-worker is in XKEM with ya...she keeps trying to get me to sell my PBLS and join her...lol...right. I have a firm resolotion to not buy biotech companies because I work for on. For what it's worth I did sit down and figure out what the maximum possible value for xkem could be. In order to save space I will just give you the short and skinny of it.
If XKEM treats all cases in the word and they make 1 dollar profit on each pill with a 30 times multiple they should top out around 30 cents in a few years.

I'm still waiting for .12-.15. And I will keep holding until I get it! Good luck to all of us here, and go PBLS!!! I can only cheer because there is no new DD on this one. PR's will come soon. And if Alonzo screws us he's going straight to hell.

Has anyone ever emailed Mike about the new website and why they havent updated the old site in a long while!??!?!
The new website should be ready to go, and that would be the only reason that they would not keep up with posting the PRs and adding the acquisitions to the business units.

The mission at Phoenix is straightforward and blindingly clear: to produce superior earnings and sustain rapid growth. A solid, three-part strategy provides the springboard (or foundation) for achieving our goals:
Acquisition – to buy quality companies in our core business areas Development – to strengthen and streamline our current holdings and new acquisitions by creating operating efficiencies and by providing capital resources coupled with the backing and support of a seasoned management team Performance – to deliver and sustain rapid growth
Like the mission statement!!!

Just a guess here. I am betting that the form 10 will not be released by the end of June, but my best guess is we will see news of acquisitions closed, wells being drilled in WY, new wells currently producing in KY, somekind of a dollar figure concerning the pit in LA, and trucking in LA, share structure and also an approximation of form 10 release in the future as well as share structure.
