Back from the field, and I'm trying to figure out what is going on with PBLS...down to 0.023...I know...keep the faith and think long...don't stare at the numbers daily. But it hurts to see my little hard earned dollars go red. We wait....
I'm glad you're feeling better. Take care.

Thanks Jelly, I did not notice that until you said it. Scottrade and Yahoo finance show it closed at .023 but it according to level II it closed at .025 with some big orders going through on the ask it appears.

Watch what you say f8less, you might find the price going below your average.
We all know that this stock is worth more than this, so let's just go get a happy burger and pretend its several months later than now...and we're all looking back at the big dip back in February...and how glad we were that we didn't abandon the stock then.
Remember, you won't have this thorn in your side forever, and it's just money. Go spend some time with your loved ones or some needy people. Your viewpoint will change quick enough then.

Apparently what we saw on level II was not after hours trades as that does not occur on pinks. They were apparently trades that took place earlier in the day that did not get posted so we are still at .023. Oh well, buying oppurtunity may get even better tommorrow!!
Of course Jelly was right there was some nice buying at the end so we shall see!

Nice to see all of you here enjoying your self I really don't see anything all that bad here if you are long I am confident in the dd that I and all the others did here. We all know after the trip that the place is real and they are using the cash cow pit up 3 to 4 times faster because they are selling the product like crazy. Good lord we have that on film now. Great volume and that is what is needed before we can go forward. And dispite all the selling the damage is minimum so far but the charts look like we thru it and Febuary ain't over yet. I still think something will be pr'd yet IMHO

Good morning Lil and evryone good post as to the soils Kelly called united soil and asked where the soil was going

cash2go..
I think the reason for the failure of some of the original levees will be debated for years. Personally I believe this excerpt from waverider's post last night hits the nail on the head.
"The corps used weak, organic soil that was dredged from the ship channel to build the MR-GO levee years ago. The result was a levee that couldn't withstand scouring from the water that overtopped it during Hurricane Katrina.
Col. Setliff says that the corps is taking great care not to repeat that mistake. Although some soils are coming from marsh near the levee, he said the corps is seeking out suitable clay layers and is doing extensive on-site inspections and frequent outside lab work.
"We're taking routine samples and then more samples. We're checking the checkers," he said."
Now along the same lines, I took the liberty to call Adam at Murphy yesterday. I asked if the material that United Soils was hauling from the pit was going to levee repair. Answer yes. I then commented that would indicate that the Corps accepts Murphy materials for use in the levee rebuilt. Answer..all test results from samples submitted show the materials at Murphy meet or exceed the specifications for use by the Corps.
There is more to being approved by the Corps as a specific supplier than just having the proper materials. Alot of red tape and hoops to jump through, paperwork to submit, and waiting time involved as the powers-to-be review and rehash. Typical governmental workings at their best. Adam said he had to submit a 72 page questionaire document regarding the company and pit property to the Corps to start the approval process. That was approximately 60 days ago. The Corps approval process takes 60-90 days generally.
Bottomline from this conversation IMO. The Murphy materials are acceptable by the Corps and are currently being used with United Soils being a supplier. (My guess is that they already had pre-approval as a company for Corps of Engineer contracts) We are close time-wise for the Corps to approve Murphy itself, not the materials per se as they are fine, but the company as a Corps supplier.
Of note I thought, was Adam said one of the questions asked by the Corps was how much material, quantity, would be available and how much more in addition could be offered if needed. They are looking for suppliers with big volume availability. Glad we have a 820 acre site. Oh, and the photo showing the newly cleared ground on part of the pit site that asus posted from the trip..that area is designated for United Soils.
Again, thanks to Mastercraft and others for their trip and report..without their information, I could not have asked some specific questions and received some answers to my satisfaction as quickly. Kelly

New rule: No more investor trips to PBLS headquarters. (Feel bad that these guys took the time, made the comittment, and are rewarded with this crap.) I am guessing that comments regarding the reserves in the pit may be leading to some of this..just my 2 cents. It's a shame.
