Just doing some simple guess work tells me this company is very undervalued right now. But hey I could be wrong and the form 10 could show red across the board...actually there may be a little red ink on the numbers at first. PBLS is a long term hold for me. 5 years 5 dollars. This is not your average pink. They aren't selling shares for money. The are trading shares for proven companies with managers looking to retire in a few years. I have not seen another company run this way, but right now I like what I'm seeing...of course I would like it more if all the information was known...but it wouldn't be trading at 3 cents if everything was known. Time will tell. As it stands this is the safest investment ANYONE can make. You have a gaurantee of 3 cents on your investment. Obviously not many people are selling today since the price is over 3 cents.

deja vu all over agin!!! "Oil,you dont know" "Dog,prove....." I gots a pretty good nose,and I'm smelling a rat! That's been the problem all along. We dont KNOW anything,they hide EVERYTHING! Paul's slicker than a greased pig. If the Dec 19 statement is true, then they have now broken the law,committed fraud. And,I think it IS true,because they filed to do it Jan 8, then withdrew it because they were'nt a majority. Besides, they talk about the "time" it would take. Hey, they've had since Jan to get er done. Also could be why the filing didnt happen "on or before May 1",this was planned. imo

As for support at .03,gnu. Thats only good for 100 mil shares. 5% of the shares. Not much. Nevada's pretty looseygoosey with their corp laws. Thats why pinks like to incorporate there. Dont have to follow SEC regs. Oh well. I'm disgusted. Got a big board pointing its feet in the air. Think I'll go over there and groan. c yall l

What Oildog says is true, pbls stock is still under valued imho, But you have a widow here to get out at three. If you don't take your chances Paul did cap the amount he would buy back this stock is still under valued with 2 billion A/S but this stock has a history of trading undervalued slow to rise and very quick to fall and slow to recover Its a person personal call glta

Thank you oil dog for my post of Dec 19th no you know why paul had a buy back that extended way past the amount he said he was getting a majority for managemnet so it did not go to a share holder vote.

Seems a major contradiction here. Were they lying then,or now,or both? Then: O/S 346,560,260 shares float approx 159,000,000 I was asked to "prove" they were diluting some months back by someone. Guess they have their proof now. Smart move. .03 buyback to keep pps from crashing. Do whatever the H you want to do. Just dont see how .03 can be supported now,after the "buyback" is done.jmho

Yep it's definetly a personal call, but so many have waited so long...it just seem silly to bail now. The company has always kept their word from what I can tell and I believe them when they say they are not diluting shares with more common...christ they are BUYING SHARES BACK. I think we will see a new website with share structure posted like OMOG very soon. Like this week or next.
Bond I don't think we need a window of opportunity. As it stands right now we are holding 3 cents quite nicely and anyone that wants to sell can do so without the company buying those shares back. I doubt a single share has been returned...I also doubt a single share will be returned. Of course those are only my opinions...well actually they are the approx opinions of about 100 Mill shares.

I liked what I saw today, three important bits of information, to clear up and solidify the business plan...ALL GOOD IMO...
Now, here comes Oil again, lurking over the PBLS thread...LOL JK
I know this is a pink company, but people our fearful of a simple business plan, and the growth and processes of the plan...To me everything is lining up...Even if they dilute all 1.75 billion shares, Im not worried...
I know Oil will harass me here shortly, but once this pink gets all the components its needs, which is only a few things, we will see a steady climb up..However I dont know when!!!
Now lets hit oil in WY!!!

Special...I sure don't want to see 1.75 Bill common shares for a long time. I also don't believe we will. I figure within 2 weeks we will have a definitive answer on the current share structure and then we can start making much more logical guestimates about pps and such. Factor in oil and who knows.

GNU, I hear ya..Be interesting to see it finally!!
I was pleasantly surprised to see any green today, this makes me believe that we should stay around .03 for a few..But I hope I am wrong...I think PBLS has a lot of things on its plate and we will be getting some PRs at a pretty rapid pace for the next month or so!!

Look if you must know I would rather have an ungagged T/A and 2billion a/s than a gagged T/A and 1 billion A/S.
This is what get me mad at Alonzo most investors would not have minded that since he used the shares to get cash producing asetts..
Think of it the stock would not be trading at .03 today if people could see that he was going to hit his 1 billion net worth that would be a book value of .50 I bet if he did that which would have taken the morales to do like he talked he had stock would have been trading at .15 to .20 to day and who knows where in the future.
Instead he took the scam way and he will pay for that and so will his investors most of all. But the stock is undervalued and he should have been more in the open especially last December.

PBLS is not going to trade around 3 cents for much longer. We are going to get share structure info, and According to asus we are likly to get some audited numbers for some of the aquisitions. Hold tight peeps. The game is under foot.
Oh and bond. I disagree with you. I would rather have a gagged TA and a lower OS. That means the potential is still there. I know you are feeling burned right now, but I sure hope you hold through the next few months. Paul did NOT take the pink route. He has been a man of his word...there are a lot of very long term holders that will back that statement up.

Well gnu,here's a longtermer,back in the .oo4-.oo5 days,when it was a flatliner,that does NOT agree that Paul has been a man of his word about much of anything important. We bought this and that and no info about the deals,and NOTHING that can be verified. He USED us,in a word. Bond is justified to be disgruntled.And Asus,imo,tows the party line,uh...brownnoser?heh heh. ok. But,the Wy website is ggrrreeeatt. OK's sucks by comparison, TX is good but the WY O&G site is superb.All info right at yer fingertips.

Oildog Paul has increased pps from .004 to 3 cents and you think he's doing a bad job? WOW. Sounds like he has already given you a descent return on your investment. Sit tight because it's going to get a whole lot better IMO.

Oildog. He's not my saint. I don't know that man! LOL I'm just saying right now he has my partial trust...which is more than any other other pink sheet CEO has. But until I see some numbers and a share structure that trust will remain on the low side of partial. I'm certianly not naive about penny stocks...but from what I can gather this one seems to be the one that will make the move from the pinks.

Very possible I think next week will start a whole stream of news these deals should be closing and there should be something on figures
