I bet at this point they've probably bought back all that they are going to. Be interesting to find out I guess. If you plan on grabbing shares for the .03 buyback, i'd call and verify still.

yeah stick I agree. I'm not planning on selling yet. I think PBLS will eventually come back up...I mean it is a real company. Even tho they are acting real crappy about releasing information.

Oh I agree, other then financials being released by second quarter they really havent put themselves on the line. They have kept their word up to this point. I am going to play and flip it as a pink until something solid pops out to give me a confidence boost again.

WOW, more dumpage than I thought this morning. Best entry for the day has to be now IMO. EOD can still end up green and I would think up from here certainly!
Nice call stickfigure.
I am with ya gnulx.
Buyback at .03 and price is .023? Over 20% gain by buying and selling back to co. for .03. I would call co. and confirm they would buyback at .03 before attempting. GLTA

Should close with doji today. Stick-that was a nice call on .023-.024. I really didn't think it would drop any lower than .025 then climb out of it to close around .028.
Won't make .028 EOD but .026 is almost there.

Thanks, grabbed me some more at .023 I don't know if a full reversal can be confirmed but maybe a light tip toe bounce off the bottom. I have a sneaking suspicion we will see some more of the same tommorow. I think there may still be time to get in cheap, unless we get a heads up of something.

well stick you might be right. I was implying that if we closed over .025 then a reversal pattern would be setting in, but if we close down...forget it.

Mr. Alonzo commented further, "We have made the decision to make the full capitalization structure of Phoenix public very soon so as to set shareholders concerns to rest."
It will be one month in 2 days. What's very soon for Paul Alonzo?

I sent an email today to PBLS and received a reply within two hours:
XXXX,
Your interest in PBLS is most certainly appreciated. As indicated in the PBLS news release of June 20th, it is the intention of the company to make the capitalization structure of PBLS public very soon. I have added you to our PBLS Email List and will forward you news on this and other subjects relating to the company as such info is released.

Gentleman,
I’m an investor all the way from Belgium and I’m interested in investing in PBLS, but I have a couple of questions regarding the current share structure.
1) First of all, why is the TA silenced?
2) Why can’t the company post the share structure on the new web site?
3) Can you please advise me on the current numbers of the outstanding shares, restricted shares, and the public float?
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
XXXX

I've been trying to buy * .024. Nobody is selling. Could this be the new bottom? Last trade was * 9:18. I think she will start to rise soon, JMHO. Buyback over? Lets see the news!!!

The response to Persia's questions seems to indicate an increased reticence in putting a stake in the ground concerning information release (unlike the end of 2nd qrtr announcement made earlier that failed to bear fruit). I'm currently holding with this stock as well, the only pink I'm taking such a chance on. With the cash they had on hand, I would doubt they are still buying back now that they went below 3. Does anyone know that for a fact?

dlaserman: Assuming they are buying back in the open market and not only when you send them certs I would believe they are actually buying more since it is under 3 cents.
Just got off the phone with Ron Blackburn and also with my mentor here in NC. Here seems to be the scoop...
PBLS has yet to buy back 1 single share and in fact has only had 2 calls about it. At this point they are going to start buying on the open market to complete the buy back. This should help bring the pps back up.
Also, tomorrow they will be releasing a PR saying they are replacing their Detroit law firm with one from New Orleans. The NO law firm is "cheaper" and is willing to dedicate 1 full time SEC lawyer to the FORM 10 filing.
Ron also represents that within 30 days there will be some significant announcements for PBLS that should really jump the price. Heard that before. Isn't it always 30 days?
Now my thoughts...I think management sold some of their shares after Katrina and are now trying to add to their position so that they do in fact hold a majority ownership in the company. I also believe that it is in their best interest to hold on the FORM 10 until they acquire a driller, which is going to be expensive anyway. Having a Form 10 on file and being fully reporting really complicates acquisitions. I also still believe that the total number of outstanding shares is around 1 billion but have no way to confirm or deny. Still, there is no reason for them not to release the share structure and to get the '03-'05 financials audited ASAP. I told Ron this pretty heatedly, and I believe that it is in all of interest to call Ron, and do the same. Somehow, management still doesn't seem to GET IT when it comes to investor relations and I think Mike Mulshine would agree if he could.
We're still living on faith in this I know. But hell I bought for the long haul anyway. I think I am going to stop focusing on this until I go down in September...

I think they made a stupid mistake when they put a timeline for the form10, stating end of 2nd Quarter.
