GNULX-His answer to that was that he had just got off of the phone with Blackburn and that he had told Blackburn that they needed to just PR why they needed the preferred/restricted shares, he also told me that he told Blackburn that they needed to release the share structure 100% and be more transparent to the investors community.
I sold all today. May look to get back in later.

Doesn't it just piss you off BOND. We have believed and stood by them this whole time and they don't have the decency to give a simple PR stating why they have increased the A/S?

Thanks Macd. Mike Mulshine is right....totally right. I suspect Mike is tired of getting phone calls about the share structure right now...he can count on at least one more when he calls me back.
Mike is a nice guy and he has a lot invested in this company as well. He told me personally that this was the only pinksheet his company has ever represented and that he likely would not do it ever again because pinksheet companies like PBLS rarely come along. Mike's on our side with this one...that I'm sure of.

I just got of the phone with Mulshine and I was told a PR will be out soon to explain the authorized share situation. This is not the time to panic, if you have some extra dead presidents it would be a good time to add to your position.

I also talked with Mike. A new pr is in the works and Mike is pushing them to releaes the share structure. I told Mike there was no way larger investors would come in unless the share strucuture was opened and he agreed fully. He say's they need the restricted shares and not the common, but they could not issue more restricted without more common due to the way the company was initially structured.
I'm waiting and holding. Everyone has to make up their own mind on this, but I'm sticking it out.

Thats what worried me all along. Jan 8 '06 "mistake" to double A/S, then the gagged TA. Paul thinks pink,talks pink, DOES pink. Twenty plus years as a "pinkie",guess a skunk cant change its stripes. At least now he can do the "buyback",if it exists,at much cheaper price,right? Well,I guess with double the A/S, the new pps is .015. Just have a "core", glad I'm not one of the "longs". Nasty Paul.

Relax. The company increased the AS to 1.75 Billion because they needed an extra 250 Mil restricted shares. The company said it will repurchase 100 Mill shares at 3 cents...I suspect they would even purchase more. A follow up pr is on the way describing what happened. They didn't realize the share information would be posted as quickly as it was and they were caught with their pants down so to speak.
Expect another pr tommorrow or the next day. Yes I am a little irritated and worried about the way things went down...but I'm not throwing in the towel as others have. I was basically insured at 3 cents today...as were you. At least give the company enough time to explain themselves. That's just my opinion tho.

Folks it is real simple we have been pinkied if you want to get out you have been given a window of .03 for a while Paul has made that possible but with that he is saying that is all its worth why at this point would anybody pay more if you think the stock will be worth more than .03 in the near furture diluted by all means don't sell but never take Pauls word for anything again such as if he gaggs a T/A in the future and tells you it for your own good don't believe him

bond you are way over reacting. There is plenty of time to wait on the clarification pr. It will be out in a day or two. Also you don't know any more than the rest of us what the actually OS is. I for one am pretty sure it is less than 1 billion. I'm pissed as well and I want the share structure released...I also believe it will be released very soon indeed. I understand everyone's frustration especially you cats that have been holding this for over a year, but I don't thing PA has dupped anyone yet. That's my opinion.

I don't feel that I am overreacting one bit makes no difference what the os is you can write up to the a/s any time you want and as far as the price goes you havea price of .03 until Alonzo stops buying shares the it is what ever the market is.Could be more or could less if you think this had a book value in the near future of a dollar a share 1 billion it is a book value of .75 now. As far as dupping any body this is what he said he would not due when we caught him doing it in December and he said it was a mistake that he would never do such a thing as this to share holders and changed the wording with the t/a who he said it was all there fault for making a typo. Call this not a dupe if you will but I think his brain was working over time on this and the pencil was burning. I don't care because I have made money at three

well I'm even at 3 and I am certainly going to wait for the companies side of the story before I completely flip out. It sure looks bad on the outside, but having at least called Mike and gotten an explanation I feel a little better. I agree the TA needs to be ungaged...I have said that from day 1. I won't call it a dupe until I get an explanation from the company. I was told flat out that they have an explanation pr in the works...they did not think the share news would get out before the pr. I might be wrong, but I'm holding out to see. If need be I will drive to ameritrade and get my certs and fly to NO to hand them to Paul personally. As it stands I'm insured at 3 cents and PBLS is the only company I know that has ever done that. If they were a true pink they would have thrown the investors to the wolves.
You are right PBLS may only be worth 75 cents now.

All that happened was the A/S was raised by 750 mil. They did not issue any new shares. A/S do not mean O/S plain and simple. Noone here is an expert on this stuff so we have no idea why they did it there is only speculation. If something like this makes you sell all your shres after you held for this long then you are a terrible trader.
People saying Paul Alonzo is a crook and everything, get out of here you either have an agenda or are just a plain idiot.
If you did your DD like you were suspose to, you would have faith in Paul Alonzo. Give the guy a chance he hasnt done anything wrong yet except not disclose everything, well guess what this is a pink you knew that going in. Everyone should have known the TA was gagged before going in as well. This is the same company as it was before with the same assets and still has everything going for it. If you sell when there the smallest glimmer of trouble then get out and stay out because im sure PA doesnt want you investing in his compnay.
