All we did was buying Ambassador Eyewear Group, Inc as an empty inactive "stock exchange skeleton." after they finished their business life, and with a court decree that the company is clean from creditors.
We don`t know what they did with whom (we even don`t know the people that was there) , we never act in their line of business, and we don`t care what they did. All we did was to inject InterAge activities (Since 1995) into the empty company skeleton

The next time someone emails Kobi, you might ask him when he is going to release ITGJ's annual report. Even pink sheet companies are obligated to produce one (although it can be very nondescript). I'm surprised he hasn't mentioned in a PR that he's working on one by now.

OK, I just emailed him and tried to convince him to release an annual report. He's answered me twice in the past, I'll see if he does again. If I do get an answer, naturally I'll post it on this thread.

nop...i just finished to file a complain to the SEC about all this. If Kobi is real, he's gonna release all what we asked him and they will close the case, otherwise we all have been trapped in another pink scam!

Could be a scam but it is hard to fake UN contracts. On the other hand the pr says the lead company in a 22 mil contract so they could have divided it up a lot.
No way to know how much they actually received.

If it would have been a Scam, we could have seen R/S and then more dilution like what is happening in some other stocks. Only time will tell. JMHO.

I don't mean to argue with you but is that the smart thing to do to help the pps? Aren't you supposed to do your homework before dumping money in a penny stock? No one forced you to spend your money, now you go crying to the sec? Don't you take responsibility for your own decisions? What if this stock is a winner? Do you run back to the sec and say "oh, never mind" Just askin.

if everything is ok with the SEC....what do you think they will do?....come on! but if it's a scam....would you like to know? tell my why a company with contract like they told is trading at .0003? it must be an error!!!hey....so far this year they are working on several contract for aprx 200 millions $$$. they must have made a lot of profit dont you think?

As far as I am aware ITGJ announced contracts for about $60 million this year, and they are payable in phases as their work is completed (not all of it upfront). They also have over 3 billion O/S, so the profit per share is very likely at a sub-penny level. Having said that, I still believe this is vastly undervalued. From what I've read from ITGJ's PRs I would estimated the true value of the PPS to closer to .03 - .04 range. That's why I'd like to see Kobi produce an annual report. I truely believe it would raise the PPS tremendously.
