BTW, the last PR was released dec.23rd....it have no sense for a company working on multi millions $$ project... i'm not a basher but i think it's a big scam! they are internet specialists.....ITGJ website is full of error! email, phone etc.....

Maybe this will be a R/S for the better, it does happen. Maybe they got the Ero contract and its time to move to higher exchanges. You just never know. Come on Kobi give us BIG NEWS

People saying that this stock will be trading at .003 after the r/s does makes since initially because most stock prices drop quickly after an r/s. But if you think about it if this stock will be trading at .003 after the r/s it means you could buy out the float for $750 (250K * .003) but that makes no sense at all. Most floats for pennies are a couple hundred thousand dollars ,so i don't know what is going to happen

We don't know the R/S details. Whether it is applicable to Common Stock only or to the Restricted stock and also to the Preffered Stock. Possibly they have the contract news and a Solid PR will hit the market after the R/S is completed. I am ready to hold my Stock as the Float will be very thin and will a Solid Contract this will move.

Gem, I have been doing some thinking on this one, I can honestly say this is the first time I have not been peeved about a R/S. Yes 1-3000 is one huge mother-f**ken R/S (largest one I have been involved with). Kobi, I'm hoping has a reason for this, If its true Insiders own 65% of the shares, that means theres only 366,352 tradeable shares on the open market tomorrow. And if they got the European Community contract it is going to be impossible to buy shares. I won't be selling mine anytime soon (whats left of them, that is...LOL) You never know share price skyrockets, Low O/S, major contracts signed = BIG TIME STOCK EXCHANGE. I remain Positive with Interage, Kobi, please don't let me down.

Bigrod40, I agree. I was expecting this thing. This R/S may be very healthy if they get the contract news ,as they will get exposure to wider investors and if they really make to AMEX or Nasdaq then sky is the limit. I am holding my stocks and forgetting about them.
