7 is right on this. Dump all you can before the R/S (it's probably already too late) and if you believe in the stock you buy it back after the R/S on the cheap and wait for it to pop. Most people who ONLY deal with sub pennies are going to abandon it and it is going to have to develop a "following" at the next level. That will take a while, if it happens at all. I am going thru this with IPKL.

I'm not selling,on this R/S, I'm taking a chance, I think Kobi wants to buy back the shares at a discount because we all panic bailed!
He then announces he got the contract and makes himself money.
Hell if there really is only 366,352 tradeable shares on the open market today, and he buys them all at say a panic sell of .15 it will only cost him around $55,000.
