What happened to the Gaming contract and I heard some chat on some other boards regarding some contract with Google. Even if we do not account the 770 M contract or a part of that. this company should have 50-60M in revenues sales this year. Then why so undervalued. We really need to know the O/S . My guess is that it is < 4B as most of the days there is a minimal volume. This company does not appear to be diluting.
Any information on the O/S count will be appreciated.

I am just now learning about this stuff in accounting class...... How does the number of O/S shares affect the price?

The best way for me to explain the O/S is say we have 4 billion shares and I buy half of that. That leaves 2 Billion which makes those 2 billion worth more because the amount available decreases so the lower amount of shares available makes it rise faster when shares are bought.
If I am wrong or someone wants to add to this feel free. Buy the way I wish I had 2 Billion.

petermares, (I am an accountant by the way). Yes O/S affects the PPS. Here's a simple illustration: 100 people chip in to buy a $ 10,000 car. (A taxi company). That means, without consideration to revenues or any other expenses, the price per share is at $100. (10,000/100). If everything remained stable/neutral and they authorized and issued 100 more shares, that makes the PPS $ 50. (10,000/200). And so on. The more shares, the more the dilution of ownership. However, in ITGJ's case, even though they have 3.14 billion O/S, the PPS is only .0003 or so. Now 3.1 billion x .0003 is just under $ 1 million. So that means ITGJ's capital worth (based on pps) is $ 1 million or so. (For a company that earned about $60 million in 2005 so far). Seem undervalued to you? Even without the EU contract, this company is vastly undervalued. (In one accountant's opinion). Posts: 798 | Registered: Jun 2004

Given the fact that he is a CEO of a company that is trying to win a part of a 770 million euro deal, I am not sure he has time to address random e-mails. IMHO. In fact if he answered I would have more concern. Hopefully he is hard at work approving a fantasic PR.

yes, it take times but he reply, anyway, i keep on saying we need to email him and ask for real fact. even if we don't get his answer, he will know what he have to do. remember....it's our company, it's our right as shareholder. if ITGJ is for real....he should let us know! i never read anything about financial statement or SEC form from ITGJ

Kobi has emailed me twice also. I've posted the email (several times) where he responded to me when I asked him how come he didn't buy back shares. He is just very busy and selective about what he will answer. Understand he cannot(legally)disclose some things he may know yet has not made public. (e.g. contract information that hasn't finalized). As to why he hasn't posted financials, I don't know. I can only guess that the more financials he publishes, the more open he is to his competitors.

but he have to make it public, what about the profit ITGJ made ? dividend ? it's a public company, not a private one...it's illegal to hide theses facts to shareholders

"sources and distributes prescribed eyeglass frames and non-prescribed sunglasses. The company distributes the products to department and specialty stores, optical chains and eyewear boutiques throughout the world. The products of the company are offered under various trade names such as Oscar de la Renta, Kathy Ireland, Halston, Playskool, John Lennon, etc. During the year, the company completed its initial public offering and changed its name from Diplomat Ambassador, Inc."
This must be some kind of mistake ... The company as subscribed above is in eyeglass bisuness ...
ITGJ is an internet company ...
found another thing ... a discussion on allstocks some months ago about the same thing ... here is the link (scroll down in the text)

I don't think it's a mistake. According to pinksheets, they were Ambassador Eyewear until 5/04.
