That's what you call flipping. And there's little profit in those types of ventures. When you develop land you build, you don't sell land. This is real estate 101 stuff...

Not well written, but it sounds to me like they are going to both flip and develop. the "in several parcels" part indicates they intend to sell off some of the land for profit. There is a lot of land in this deal and sitting on all that acreage does not make sense.

You don't have to necessarily build to develop land. Their plan is to develop parcels and then sell those parcels to builders and other interesterd parties.

The 56 acre parcel of land will be developed and sub divided into equal sized lots and will be sold to prospective purchasers or builders. The closing is dependant on Commonwealth receiving satisfactory title, appraisals and other legal obligations necessary to ensure that closing can take place.

this will probably be a development with several custom builders to choose from (they do that alot down here). Technically, they will only be selling land, but won't be doing the actual construction.
It's still their development. But not their houses they're selling. They will probably sell the property to custom builders who will turn around and sell it with their construction services.

It was meant to be a status update to investors and to let us know what's going on.IMHO This is the new CEO trying to improve investor relations and communications.
I think we will see an uptick in the stock once they finalized the deal and again when they've sold the first parcel (which should establish a price point or fare market value).

Still in this one. I believe today's pr is a good thing. Ryals is keeping us informed, which is definately a good thing. IMO the next big day will be Feb. 10. Until then, I'm going to pick up as many shares at .0001 that I can.

I think CWFG is a pump and dump scam. Millions of shares and moving every day, but the price refuses to go up or down. PRs appear to me like deliberate attempts to manipulate stock price. (Rent _The Hudsucker Proxy._)

You can bet your balls on it, I'm still in CWFG and at the end I'll be with the winners.
Most pennies, especially the micro ones, took long long time to skyrocket.
BTW: What could I lose? Okay, I got in at 0.0002, but hell, even if I would use the next chance and sell for 0.0002, I would win nothing, but loose the chance for a great n-folder, how crazy I would've to be to get out of this now? lol

no brainer to hold this stock... very low investmnet with big possibilities. just from what is expected to occur in the next few months(sale of parcewls, building,etc) this stock should at least go to .0004 IMO - Good Luck To All!
