It's actually good that they waited this long to put out this PR. I'm sure they needed to time to do their own DD. This is awesome news. Just a matter of waiting and CWFG is another one that is worth waiting for. I wonder if I should pick up another 10 million shares.

I personally wouldn't worry much about a r/s until we get closer to closing on February 10.
Anyone have any idea how long it takes to execute a r/s and take the proceeds and put it into a bank account and then have it released by the bank to use?

LOL Well until someone actually gets on the bid, it won't go anywhere. It is encouraging that it didn't take much to bump up the ask. We haven't even traded $4K worth of stock today and it showed some life. That is good. Any real volume and we might actually see some movement.

I didn't expect my bibble to burst so soon but at least we have seen movement. I we can get more frequent trips to 0002, it could happen again like it did a few weeks ago, maybe we could stay there.

Anybody else here buy at $0.0001? Just picked me up another 10 million shares earlier in the day. Thinking about buying another 20 million for a total of 40 million. Maybe, maybe not.

As much as I hold out hope for my small CWFG holding, doing the math on this almost makes me cry.
40 million shares would be about one-quarter of 1% of the company's total common stock (per their website) Even if 2/3 of the 14 billion outstanding are owned by management that's a huge number of shares for a small company without a ton of revenue. 40 million shares is more than a lot of companies have outstanding, even some in pinkyland. I hope Ryals can make this thing move but I'm beginning to doubt...
Save me, my CWFG brothers and sisters, don't let me give up hope! lol

The news was good I suppose. Not what we all hoped for. But none the less good. As long as Mrs. Ryals is moving forward and making things happen...its all good. I just wonder if she is still seeking fema contracts. A pr stating that they are or that they are no longer pursueing these contracts would be nice. I just want to see more progress. Dont get me wrong guys.....I am in it just like you, but becoming impatient.

If I'm being your friend, I'll tell you I feel there is an 85% chance we will all break even, best case, on this stock. I made a post on investorshub.com that explains why I believe this, so I won't repeat it here. (My investment = $200.)
If I'm into Bigfoot, UFOs, and unicorns, I'll tell you that the new CEO appears any different from the old one, and that a strong, coherent business strategy has never been more apparent or clearly communicated.
These are only my opinions...

Here's my plan for now. I have 20 million shares and I don't think I'm going to buy anymore. If and when CWFG starts showing life as expected, then I'll sell 15 million of it and hold 5 million shares for awhile just incase if CWFG ever hits the bigger leagues ONLY if the company doesn't mention anything about a reverse split in the near future. The CEO has already advised us there would be no RS "for now", if I can recall in one of the press releases a month or so ago. It won't hurt to keep 5 million shares just to see what happens with this company a year from now or less. Just NO RS! Just PLEASE NO RS Ms. Ryals!!! Even a pretty please.....

This sounds like an entirely reasonable plan. Hang on to it a little while longer; it might go up yet!
Also, a R/S does not always imply a doomsday event to me. I am at odds with most forum posters on this issue. But where I would welcome R/S, I would strictly expect:
- STRONG, audited earnings statement - Encouraging and thorough prospectus - At least 1-2 significant partnerships - A public stated effort to move to larger, more transparent exchanges like OTC/Nasdaq
(None of which CWFG appears to have, so I agree with you that an R/S at this juncture would be an extremely bad omen.)
The warning signs I look for with R/S are a) standalone and unsupported "why-don't-we-just-reverse-split-today" style announcements which are historically accompanied by eventual insolvency or b) the public relations angle is misjudged by mgmt, thereby driving the stock price much lower than necessary even though a R/S was justifiable.
Just my 2 cents. Not much.

Thread is dead because the volume is dead. The next pr needs to be something that investors don't already know about. Ex: more land purchases, FEMA, Buyback...
That will give us a pop. At this rate we will raise the pps but one month at a time
