People have also been known to get into hot water when they post or talk about things that are not public information.
Yes, but if I call or go to Q and I ask questions as an outsider, by definition, that information has now become freely available public knowledge. Just as if a reporter interviewed Frank and he said "We will be in 150 million households by tomorrow." True or not, it is no longer private information. The same with the meetings at the Open House. Those notes were passed on by the various groups that met with Frank after that day and some of that was not PRed information.
A private one on one meeting with Frank with a nondisclosure agreement in place is about the only way anyone could get nailed for insider trading if they are not an employee, affiliate, or family member.

Hopefully everyone is kidding about the above. Why waste your time. The SEC won't waste their time. Think of what you want before going the class action route. Do you want to try and win judgement against someone who is probably in debt up to his eyeballs??? Bankruptcy ?? no one wins. --------------------------

Then my unsolicited advice to you or anyone else would be not to post anything that you have heard, unless as you stated the messenger will be shot if it doesn't come true. Besides, think about this. How many times can you recall any BS message/rumor that has come true and/or been worth a hill of beans?. I can't recall one (of course the vast quantities of alcohol I have consumed because of QBID may something to do with my memory loss LOL!) Anhow, whenever, I read that someone spoke to Frankie and they post that he told them this and that... I ignore it (my choice). Why would anyone person feel that they are so much more special than anyone else, when it comes to getting info from Frankie boy and company? I will say it again...if it ain't PR'ed its BS, and then its still questionalbe. And that's all I gotta say bout' that.

Why would it be released after close on a Friday? I wouldn't think you'd want two days of being unable to trade between its release and the next day of trading.

i went to the studios yesterday..i couldnt talk to frank because he was in the board room with his lawyers discussing something very "important" ..one of his execs told me that the studios are gonna start producing motion pictures out of there very shortly..so thats all i got..and just to let you guys know..frank did tell me 2 weeks ago that the audit would be released after hours on friday,so i dont know what the hell is going on either..ok.see ya guys later

We are afraid of the company at this point, besides the pps!!
Doublek got the Q and hasn't been heard from since. DavidJanus said he was visiting Frank yesterday and poof, he is gone!!
I think since Scotty past away that Sulu was brought onboard the Q 'PPS DeathStar' to beam up any possible witness to the crimes of Q. Skunks is Q's planet Earth representative, preprogrammed to never say anything bad about the company, tries to keep up the pps so the company can dump at higher prices. The company is almost finished dumping to raise money for nuclear fuel ala 'back to the Future' and will leave this planet before irate earthlings storm their headquarters. The teleport in NO was purchased (not by Q, an outside investor, probably the military) to keep the channel going and to give Q time for a clean getaway. Q is headed back to planet GLBT where marriage is legal, pink the national color and disco lives. Plus Frank is bring all originals of the tv show "Mary Hartman Mary Hartman" back to the planet, he will be a national hero.
